Most people are only focusing on 1-2 pillars (and they're doing it wrong). Learn about the 4 pillars of health that are fundamental to getting healthy and helping you reach your goals! They are food, fitness, sleep, and mindset. One is not more important than the other!
It sounds simple, but most people are not creating habits in all four pillars. Why does it matter?
Food is our fuel. And the old school mindset of calories in and calories out, is just not that simple! Let me shed some light on food and how to improve that relationship!
Next, is fitness. Good news, you do not need to be a cardio bunny! You’re welcome! Fitness should be something you enjoy, not punishment. What is your soulmate workout?
Sleep is so important. And I’m not talking quantity. You need quality sleep to help your body restore and repair. In fact, one-third of weight loss takes place in your sleep!
Last but certainly not least, you need to evaluate your mindset. How are you talking to yourself? What has been ingrained in you from your upbringing? What lies do you need to dismiss? You can do this. It may be challenging but you can do this. And THIS is where a coach really comes in handy. A coach’s job is to believe in your before you can believe in yourself!
