This week, I'm not the one doing the talking…Jamie is a graduate of Healthy Habits, Happy Life and she’s here to talk about her experience. I know y’all trust me but I wanted you to hear first hand from someone who has nothing to gain by sharing. Jamie talks about her mental wins, non-scale success including an INCH off of all her measurements, as well as her future goals to incorporate healthier foods for her family. She and her husband have also discussed a meal delivery service to aid in the ease of the transition. She’s excited about “being on the right track” and most importantly she feels like the new her is sustainable!
