There’s nothing worse than your workout getting sacrificed…again, to make sure you get work done or attend that meeting. Or worse, when you realize you will be working this weekend to get caught up.
Take a look at your actual planner and then analyze how you are filling it in. Are you scheduling time for brain breaks? Are you spending time with an “energy vampire?” Is there a meeting that could realistically be a call or email? And lastly, decide on the items that have to get done that day and move them to the top of the list.
In this episode, I'll ask you a few questions to make sure you attend to the duties that make you money but also to the things that make you happy. You'll love the balance this will give your life!
