She held key leadership roles at the General Services Administration (GSA), the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). After retiring from federal service, she worked for the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) before discovering NIB. As you’ll hear, Soraya’s willingness to tackle difficult projects and her passion for making a difference led to significant innovations in procurement.
