Foggy Future

In the latest episode of Heart Fire, Carly and Tom catch up as Carly is having home renovations happening and Tom has adopted a cute but energetic puppy! Carly talks about how this hasn’t been an easy process for everyday living or the small self being comfortable, but through changing her relationship to the circumstances, she’s been able to move through it gracefully. Tom discusses having a new puppy and how that’s been a butt kicking of sorts as she needs constant attention, care, and consideration of her schedule. This has led to a lack of sleep and energy which has been a struggle as it leads to frustration. Tom dives into how he has been sitting with and learning from this frustration and how to work with the circumstances more gracefully. They both discuss the work it takes to serve this being that’s new to the world and not judging oneself when they struggle or get frustrated when raising this new being. The idea of meditating in the marketplace comes up again as we all must learn to hold our high vibration even when life gets crazy around us. Their talk leads into a letting go of ideas of the future and how our ideas of the future can hold us back.  Both Carly and Tom draw cards and get fascinating insights into the questions asked. Finally, they end on how their hard experiences with habits they adopted from their parents give them more compassion for their parents who did the same things without the same level of awareness.
