“Food freedom” and “intuitive eating” culture often shame women for wanting to lose weight. They tell you to just “accept your body” at any size and focus on eating without any rules. This narrative kept me stuck with excess weight that I felt I had to accept when deep down I knew there was a better way. In this episode, I’m sharing how you can lose “food freedom” weight in a healthy way even if you have a history of disordered eating.
