Going into the year with a mindset of progression! Instead of setting goals that are measured by perfection and completion of a set end, 2023 goals will be measured by progression. For someone like me who's overcoming perfectionism, this is such a healthy shift because it helps me to see all of the growth in between accomplishments instead of being tunnel focused on the end goal and feeling like I failed if it is not fully accomplished. I pray this encourages you to write goals that are not just measured by completion or focused on the end, but that allow for measurement of progression. Enjoy this episode!
