With a 20 year session and touring career, Dan has played and
recorded with a wide variety of artists from around the globe. Dan
recently moved back to NZ after living in Los Angeles for 6 years, in
which time he established himself as a go-to musician and producer. In
his time in the U.S, Dan recorded in iconic recording studios (Capitol,
East West, Sphere, Sunset Sound, Plyrz, Nightbird, Paramount etc),
toured nationally, and performed regularly with celebrated artists and
musicians.
During his career in New Zealand, Dan performed in the house band for
TV shows such as “New Zealand’s Got Talent” and “The Singing Bee”,
regularly played and toured with artists including: John Rowles, The
Ladykillers, Rikki Morris, Autozamm (and many more), and appeared on
countless recording sessions, theater stages, and festivals.
In 2014 Dan was on the grammy nominated album “Kitaro - Live in
Istanbul”, which was recorded during an extensive world tour with the
celebrated Grammy winner.
