British musician and film maker Jason Carter has worked in over 100 countries and recorded 18 albums, with a passion for intercultural dialogue and unity. Often working alongside the British Council, British Embassies and UNESCO, Jason has given concerts and workshops in places such as North Korea, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Russia and China. Jason has lived in the UK, United Arab Emirates, Denmark, Finland, Singapore, Bahrain and settled in the South of France. In 2015 Jason switched focus from music to film, embarking on a documentary entitled ‘Grain of Sand’, a film questioning cultural identity in the Middle East, a region that has experienced growth at an unprecedented rate.
Jason is currently working on 2 documentary projects and various music projects. Watch this space!
