In this episode [originally recorded in February 2023 for my first podcast] I share my own journey of evolution in the hopes that by me connecting the dots of my life, it might spark some moments of recognition within you. In Part 1 I cover my life from birth to age 30, at which point I confronted a life-altering situation that also accelerated my own awakening – a cancer diagnosis.
