Ep 2-Heat cycles in mares and how to help them naturally

For many of us who own mares we know that the natural occurrences of heat cycles can be disruptive for both them, and us. Today I present a very raw and unscripted conversation about how we have implemented a few natural resources to help our mare over-come, and self regulate the uncomfortable side of her normal hormonal cycle.
