(00:01):
Straw Hut Media. All Right, good morning, heartbreakers. Our guest today
(00:24):
is doctor Kelly. She's one ofmy long term friends since October. I
mean, that's not that long termnow that I think about it, but
I do love you and we connecton so many different ways, especially spiritually.
I feel like we have similar backgrounds, and I love you ever since
I met you. You were justso chill and so nice. Thank you.
(00:44):
How you don't know if a girlis going to be nice, you
know what I mean, especially prettyones. You're like, yes, that's
you know, like you're so nice, like so nice when I met you.
And I think you said long termbecause we like instantly connected, like
that type of friends where you're likeyou feel like you've known each other longer.
Yeah, but doctor Kelly is actuallya dentist. I don't have to
(01:06):
clarify what type of doctor. I'mnot a real doctor. I'm a dentist,
and I'm just why do people saythat it's from The Hangover? The
movie The Hangover? Was it fromthat? And there wasn't another movie to
another one where so I always sayit like, well, I'm not a
real doctor, because it doesn't botherme, like I don't need to be
called a doctor. That doesn't makeme feel special. I always say doctor
(01:29):
Kelly. I never call you Kelly. I don't know why. That's like
my nickname. People call me doctorKelly. Even up where I live in
Denver, they call me doctor Kelly. How's the schooling? Eight years?
I spent years in school, somepeople spend ten. Depending on what you
do, what's your favorite thing todo? Oh, cosmetics, that's what
you really do, right? Ido everything I do general dentistry and everything.
(01:52):
But my favorite thing is really takingsomeone who hates their smile and making
it over. And I've had likehuge, these big burly guys come in
that I do their smile like overand they cry in my chair when they're
done, And that to me iseverything. It's life changing. It is.
I had in visile line for likethree months and I couldn't do it.
It was so bad for me,like it was gonna be like a
(02:13):
year long and I should have justdone regular braces and then like hid for
three months. Yeah, but Itried to do the Invizile line and I
couldn't finish it, Like it wasmiserable. The Invizi line is such a
pain because you have to take themin and out and it works really well.
It does. Your teeth are amazing. I have already kind of straight
teeth. But I was dating adentist and he was like, we should
(02:34):
do invisile line and conned me intoit, and I was like, I
don't even need this. Did wetry to get you to do vinyars too?
No? Way? Yeah you dome? Vinears, Yeah you do
not. I don't. Your teethare perfect veneers are so in right now
they are. But thankfully I thinkwe're getting away from the big fake chick
lits. Please, let's stop withthe big fake chicklets. Let's do more
(02:57):
natural than ears. Don't they notlast? They're only like ten years?
Right, so I've seen them lastover twenty years, But you do say
ten They need to be replaced. If you're not taking care of them,
they're going to fail. What Isee most is people's gum tissue changes around
them, Like the vineyards are good, but their gums kind of receid.
But I've seen them last over twentyyears. You've just got to be brushing
(03:17):
and flossing. You need to bedoing Anyways, I know the majority of
my patients don't. I'm like, are you flossing? And they're like no,
like once a week, and I'mlike, okay, well that's like
ninety nine percent of the people listen. Don't hate me, but I can't
remember the last time I've floss.Oh, be serious, but I've only
(03:38):
had two cavities my whole life.Well, you're one of a lucky one.
It's super sick. I know.I forgot my floss last night and
I was like, couldn't sleep becauseI didn't fly. We should have just
ordered you, so we should have. Did you even have any hair?
I know at first I don't,maybe like one of those traveling kids they
(03:59):
gave on the plane when they giveyou like a super small one. Oh
my gosh, I watch's okay,I'm getting you a giant supply loss.
Well I was watching Shark Tank actually, and somebody came out with a electronic
flossinge thing. Because you know howwe have the tooth brushes. How do
you have you seen that yet?Is it? Are you talking about the
water? Like doesn't water? It'slike it has the floss and then you
(04:24):
just put it there and it doesn'tand it doesn't cut the way it's shaped
and everything doesn't cut. I didnot see that. But honestly, anything
that gets people to flaws, I'mbehind the side. Yeah, I'm going
to get all invest just to makeit proud. Let me know how it
works. I just don't. Idon't think about flossing. Sorry, well
it's sorry. I've had to mywhole life. And you know what,
(04:46):
you're the patient too that when theycome and they love getting their teeth cleaned.
No, I hate it. Ifit is, oh you do,
I hate it. And I can'tremember last time I got my teeth cleaned,
probably been two years. Yeah,I don't judge me, guys,
seriously, I know. Come on, everybody listening to this does the same
thing. Everybody that's honestly, theydo. Let's be honest. I see
you guys like they'll come to myoffice so like I'm flossing every day and
(05:09):
there and their guns are brutalized becausethey just started flossing like two days before
their appointment. Yeah, you guysdon't have to do that. Yeah,
just don't even do it. Ijust let it go. Gosh, So
what's your favorite most surprising case? Are you allowed to talk about cases?
No? Right? Can I justcannot say names my most surprising case.
(05:35):
Just tell me, it'd be scary. I tell you some stories of things
that I've seen. I have seensome interesting things in people's mouths, like
what like lots of pubic hair?No way, okay, what are they
doing by Oh, you're lying?I am not lying. This is when
(05:56):
I was in school and it wasa woman. She was super nice,
and I didn't tell her that Ifound it. It was like lots like
she was biting the hair out.It was like under the gum. What
so she was biting the hair, she was biting the pubic hair. I
actually did get a pubic hair stuckin by teethots. That's why it didn't
happen. Okay's but it was likecarring out under the gum. I would
(06:20):
say. That was shocking for me. And you know, we can tell
when people are doing it is true, like when they're doing like oral you
can tell. I had a girlthe other day that had like markings on
her back of her throat it likebruises it. Yes, it's all of
her TikTok, like can you yourdentist can tell. So just don't do
that right before you goll and thegirl and then how do you bring it
(06:43):
up to them? Because my hygieniswas like, can you check the back
of the throat because she doesn't know. And the girl was hilarious. She
knew what we were talking about, and so I didn't have to bring it
up. And she's like, oh, yeah, that was from you know,
oral sex. I was like okay, and we all after about it
because trying to bring it up,I mean, it's not harmful at heels,
but you do have to like documentit. I wasn't expecting that one
(07:06):
time, this is bad. Iprobably shouldn't be saying this that I might
have to want to hear it.I did a bunch of cocaine before I
went to You weren't expecting it.I was not wait back in the day,
and so yeah, and I wentto the dentist and they were like,
did you do a bunch of blowlast night? I don't know if
they could see it still, likein my throat maybe or my nose.
(07:29):
I don't know, but they knewthat I did a bunch of What did
they see? I wonder? Inever really didn't ask. I didn't ask.
I didn't even know I'm going tohave to go look that up because
I have not experienced that. Theyknew. They called me out to see
when you go to the dentist, they know what you're doing. One time.
Secret, Yeah for real, notone time. I got my teeth
whitened and I did four rounds ina row and it hurt so bad when
(07:53):
I left, like I was drooling. It felt like I was getting electrocuted
and my teeth throughout the day.And I will never do that again.
You got the zingers, I betyou, yes, it was so bad.
I can't talk. I've had thatbefore. It'll happen. Like a
week later was still happening. Yeah, Mine was like for days after,
like a good three days, Iwould like be talking and it would jolt
(08:13):
me, like literally you want todrop to the ground. It's so pain
it's so painful. So I usedto use a whitening system that did that,
and I did it all myself, and I was driving a week later
and I got a zinger and Iwas like I went threw that whitening system
out. I was like, neveragain. It has to all be the
same, right, No, there'sdifferent systems you can use. So there's
(08:35):
one that's called zoom. That isnot my favorite that will call. I
think that's what I got. Itcauses zingers because it uses heat, so
it dries the teeth out, Sozoom is they're probably gonna hate me,
but I hate that system. Well, they were like, don't it because
when you're getting it whitened, right, I was getting the zingers during it,
right, and so they're like, don't drool, and I'm like,
(08:56):
I can't because it fucks it up. Right if you're it's like wet and
they wanted to be dry the wholetime. Yeah, and I'm like,
guys, I can't prevent this becauseI'm like in so much pain. But
I could have stopped. I choseto do four rounds. Well, because
you're not a quitter and you're justgoing to go for it. But yes,
I appreciate that. So one ofyour companies, you have abs after
(09:18):
babies, how to just start that? So I started this. You know
when I've been on Instagram for awhile and fitness was huge. That's was
the foundation of Instagram. I feltlike it's changed. I got on Instagram
and I was sharing my story afterhaving four kids in five and a half
years, I had four babies andfive and a half years, I gained
a lot of you. I loveit now. It was looking back,
(09:41):
it was a lot to go through, but I gained a lot of weight.
And after I had my fourth baby, I went through a body transformation
and I had this condition called diastasisrecti, which eighty percent of women get
after pregnancy, where your ab musclesactually separate, yeah, and then they
don't come all the way back together. Some women need surgery to fix this
and some can do corrective exercises. So I was sharing my fitness journey on
(10:09):
my Instagram and I had a lotof women saying how are you doing it?
How are you doing it? AndI created a program after studying under
physical therapist, So it is basedI'm a big nerd. I'm a sports
nutritionist. In addition to me andDennis like I go back, I study
and learn. But I created thisprogram and I healed my own abs after
having four babies, and so womenwere asking me how I did it.
(10:31):
So I created a company called Absafter Babies. My program was on the
show The Doctors, and that wasreally fun, and I've been able to
help thousands of women heal their absnaturally. Without surgery because some people can't
afford it because that's a plastic surgery, right to fix that. Yes,
and it's actually very invasive. Yeahright, I mean it looks amazing,
(10:54):
but yeah, people can't afford that. Not everyone wants surgery and it's invasive,
but everyone wants their abs back. They want like that the flattest stomach
they can get after you know, putting your baby through that. And it's
actually really important for your health torestrengthen it too, because it holds like
your organs in correctly and helps forback pain. It's not just for looks
(11:16):
too. Yeah. I love thatbecause I've just started to work out in
January. I really don't work outbefore. No, Like, you did
really look super. I just I'vealways been small. But yeah, this
is like my new journey of workingon I do love it, don't you
love it? I love it.It's such a it's like such adrenaline rush
and stress reliever. Everybody was tellingme that, They're like, you got
(11:37):
to go to the gym to helpyour stress level, and I was like,
that's the last thing I want todo. But I did get a
trainer. It really helped me becausewhen I have to pay him whether I
go or not. So it forcedme to to keep it up. And
he holds you accountable and he guideyou and that's good. Yeah. And
I train at a private gym whereall the NFL players play training with their
(12:00):
trainers. So yeah, so lotsof lots of times to look at you
know, you just keep one whokeeps I like, keep to myself when
I work out. Yeah, becauseI do a bunch of embarrassing stuff because
I'm not the best person. Icomplain at everything. I don't want to.
I don't want to be there.I know, you know, I
know it's horrible. So your trainerhas to like he's like, come on,
(12:24):
come on. Like I was justtelling the producers, I was like,
my trainer hates me, he wantsto fire me. But whatever,
I paid them all in full forlike twenty years now. Yes, yes
to do that. One of thethings I want to talk to you about
before I do the hot topics ishow do you feel about the people going
to the gym and bringing their tripodsand like doing inappropriate workouts and uploading it
(12:46):
on Instagram? Does that bother you? Because it bothers me. I'm totally
guilty of filming my workouts. Idon't think filming your workouts is a problem,
but I should show you some ofthem where it's like super inappropriate.
Like one girl was evening on herback and I don't even know what the
machine would be called, but youknow like where the bardy push the weights
up machines. Yeah, so yeah, and so she's laying like on her
(13:09):
back with her feet up and obviouslyher like vagina out for everybody to see,
with like a camel toe, likethis is it's all one. I
thought cameltoe is bad, but Idon't know. I did too. They
make underwear that has it built inif you don't have cameltoe. Have you
seen that? No? Yes,man, I'm like, so, I
(13:31):
al, do you want that?Anyways to strow? She probably had that
on, but anyways, yeah,I was like, this is super inappropriate.
And so there's this guy that Idon't follow him because he gets irritating,
but he does like call people out, you know. Yeah. I
just don't like the inappropriate workouts wherethey're not even doing the workouts correctly and
they're just doing it to like showtheir cameltoe or like you know, yeah,
(13:52):
it's huge because sex cells like thefitness girrels are doing it. It's
right up on their booties, youknow. I mean, it's entertaining,
But do what I Yeah, Idon't like when people upload stuff on Instagram
that's inappropriate because there's children on there. You can be twelve years old to
make an Instagram and I think thatporn should stay on porn hubs. So
(14:13):
if you want to do that, upload it on porn hub or upload it
on your only fans, but keepit off of Instagram. On the big
Other thing about Instagram too, isthat certain instagrams can post very risque and
others others cannot. I get deletedall the time. Yeah, don't change
(14:39):
the somethings. What the fuck isthis piece of shit. One of the
hot topics is rise of Instagram andTikTok fitness Jim fluencers become a danger for
all young people. Despite attitudes towardsbody acceptance and self love, the mighty
(15:03):
Instagram is starting to create a newtrend of body image problems in the realm
of men. I'm surprised that thisis actually about men. I'm not gonna
lie. When I read this,I was like, they're totally going to
talk about women. But Danielle Rowlandsays, I think men are now objectifying
themselves like never before, and weneed to be really concerned. She's the
(15:24):
head of eating disorder charity Butterfly Foundation, and she's just talking about how there's
been very unhealthy eating habits, dangerouslevels of exercise, often bad or incorrect
form and routine, and as youngas boys sixteen and younger. They're talking
about how it's really hard on themmentally getting on Instagram and seeing like the
(15:46):
workout stuff which my Instagram right nowis all fitness. It used to be
just like random stuff, but itreally is all fit. I feel like
it's switching back to fitness. Andyou know, typically the women are the
ones that we've known to have bodyimage stuff going on, but there's a
lot of younger teenage boys with likeeating disorders, that's what you say,
(16:07):
And it's there is such pressure tolook perfect, and the people who are
growing their accounts a lot of timesthey have perfect bodies they you know,
and so these generation is really subjectiveto the idea of perfection. I know
that when I saw that, itwas I don't know why it hurt me.
More, maybe just because we're soused to it as women like hating
our bodies constantly. But it reallydid make me sad when I saw that
(16:30):
it's for men that makes me sadfor them. I just want people to
accept their bodies. It's so muchpressure. I don't know about you,
but I actually kind of like adad blob. That dad bob. If
they're so muscly and they're always lookingat themselves in the mirror and it's always
is a major turn off for me. It's not that I don't like the
(16:52):
way it looks esthetically, it's justthe attitude that comes along with it that
I can't have. The only thingwith the dad bods is like, sexually
they are lazy. I've noticed that'sthe only thing, right, They're a
little bit like, yes, they'renot as fit, so they just and
maybe they don't feel good about themselves. Yeah they Yeah, there's a limit
(17:15):
to the dad blot, like justa little dad blot. It's good,
but on dad like yeah, nobeer belly. But how do they see
now what we're doing? Exactly whatthe thing was saying on the true that
we got to stop, we gotto stop judging body types we're literally doing
exactly and hating on men. Everybodyis great. Everybody is great, honestly.
(17:40):
Yes, yes, And I thinkjust social media has pushed so much
pressure to be perfect and to lookperfect, and I think it's important to
remember there are people who are justperfect naturally, and then there's a lot
of people who are really faking onInstagram too, And I don't know what
to say of how to change. Are you talking about editing editing? Yeah,
(18:02):
for sure. There's video AI appsthat it's scary. They can talk
and be moving and it's changing faceshape. I think I need to get
one of those, though, becauseI'm a little bit in over my head
on some of the things that Igotta do and I'd love to just have
an AI that looks exactly like methat could do the reels and stuff.
Sign is always let me see,I need a clone. You do need
(18:26):
a clone, and so do I. I'm all gameed for that. Yeah.
The other hot topic is suffering frommental health challenges. It might be
your teeth. I grind my teetha lot when I'm upset, but it
says there's no secret to your mentalhealth and your physical health are deeply tied
together. But your oral health isbeing used as a new way to gauge
your physical health. So absolutely, grinding your teeth right, tooth decay,
(18:51):
nerve pain, dry mouth, isstress led. It is. It's a
huge indication of your overall health, and your health can affect your heart health,
your level into it right. Yeah, and also from the cosmetic end,
if you are not happy with yoursmile and you're covering up your you
meet someone new and you don't smilebecause you don't want to show your teeth.
(19:15):
Yeah, they've done studies about thisthat when you meet someone and you
don't smile, they trust you less. So what you're doing is you're you're
not getting the job opportunities because ifyou're not smiling because you're embarrassed about your
teeth, you're shutting down a lotof opportunities and you're not really showing people
they're really you. Now, Ihave some people whose teeth are not great,
(19:37):
but they smile because it doesn't botherthem. But then I have other
people who it really affects them.So that's why I love what I do.
I mean, what I do isvery life changing for a lot of
people, and it just like lightsme up inside and to see them come
back and how their life changed aftertheir smile. But on that people also
your overall health. If you're nottaking care of of your oral health,
(20:00):
it's it can affect everything. Iheard, everything, your immune system everything.
I had a friend that she gota boob job and she went like
somewhere random and they didn't do likethe routine blood work, you know how
it is, like you have tosend in all your blood work before.
But she ended up having a toothinfection that then went into where her boob
job was and they actually had totake out her implants because it did cause
(20:25):
an infection. Yes it can.I mean people are like, oh,
they're just teeth, but no,they can affect your whole body. And
it's the best thing. The bestthing to do ELSA is loss and go
to dentist every six months. Okay, they'll stay ahead of the problem.
I'll come to you because I wantto come visit you anyways, I don't
have all come Yeah, you knowwhat I heard too. This is not
(20:48):
off topic, but dentists usually tendto be suicidal and they can't like it's
like the top like career that hasno suicidal people. Why do you think
that is that my statistic might havechanged, it might going down, but
it's we are managing people's emotions onthe daily. I'm naturally a healer,
(21:11):
but if you're someone who's an introvert, you should not be a dentist because
you're not just treating a tooth andputting a crown. You're managing someone's they've
had trauma in their life with dentistry. Most people have had dental trauma,
yeah, and they're scared. Youhave to be able to soothe them and
manage their emotion on top of that, and you're talking to a million people
(21:32):
per day, so you're seeing somany patients, so you're really draining a
lot of your energy. I thinkthat's part of it, and the other
part is running a business. It'svery hard. I heard also this was
like a long time ago, andsomebody said it could be because you guys
are staring at a black hole tooconstantly. But I don't know if they're
just trying to be funny. Youthink we're looking down in the mouth.
Yeah, like and it distinks.Oh right, you know. The main
(21:56):
reason are honestly, yeah, Ihad you on here is because I think
it's so inspiring that you went toschool for eight years and you also have
an OnlyFans and you have your absafter babies, yes, and you just
do it all. Like, Ijust love that so much because I feel
like a lot of more women needto understand that you can also have an
(22:17):
OnlyFans and have like a career anda practice. Like I just think it's
inspiring. I really thank you.You know. I spent a time in
my life after I became a mom, and a lot of women go through
this of not feeling like myself. And I think a lot of women when
you become a mom, you kindof lose yourself and who you are.
(22:37):
And so I went through a timelike that and then I went on a
journey to find myself. It's ledme to a lot of different things,
and one of that being OnlyFans andPlayboy. Part of why I did that
is to break boundaries for women.Yeah, because I think there's a big
stereotype. And trust me, I'vegotten a lot of hate and a lot
of judgment. There's been a lotof terrible things. I had a hater
(23:03):
sending stuff to my mom my kids, like things that are I don't air
this out. But someone was purposelytrying to sabotage me because I was to
marry, or it was either someoneI knew. I feel like it's just
someone I knew, someone who's jealous. So when I did my only fans,
(23:26):
I thought of everything that could havehappened. I knew this was the
possibility. I had just set itup and be like, let's go.
But I have I just really havea problem with the idea that if you're
a doctor, if you're female doctor, you can't be sexy. Yeah,
that's what I'm saying. Like Iwant people to hear that and know that,
yes, you have a huge following, you have a great practice,
(23:48):
you do some of the most likefamous people ever you know, and like
I just love it, like youdo it all, thank you. And
the other thing is like, ifyou're a mom, oh you have to
be frump now, you can't besexy or put together. And a lot
of moms feel that and that's whenthey lose themselves. And that's you don't
have to be overly sexy too.I'm not talking you have to do nude
(24:11):
either, but not and you don'thave to do OnlyFans, but there's this
misconception is women that when you becomea mom, you have to shut down
who you are. I don't likethat. It's it's not healthy, and
that's why a lot of moms feelunhappy later their marriages suffer. Yeah.
And when I'm saying like shut downhere, I'm not saying every mom should
go to work or go do somethingsexier, but just be sure that you're
(24:36):
not shutting down your true being. And so everything I've done has been to
break some boundaries of what society sayswomen should be. I love it.
I really love it. I thinkit's so inspiring. I know I keep
saying that. I'm like, Ijust want like women that are going that
are in college right now, likeyou know, wanting to be doctors or
(24:57):
anything. And if they're like, man, I want to make an only
fans like, I want them toknow that you can do it. Why
not if there will be judgment thatcomes with it? Yeah, but there's
judgment. No matter what you doin your life, you will have haters
and judgment. The most important thingI feel ELSA is like being authentic.
(25:18):
If you're not living your life authentically, I feel like you're going to wake
up later and have a lot ofregrets for sure. So as long as
you're being a good person, beinggood to others, and then be authentic.
Yeah, we want to know, though, what makes more money only
fans are being a dentist? Listen? Yeah, it depends where my focus
(25:41):
is. And honestly, I kindof shifted away from only fans a little
and just threw myself into my practice. So right now my practice is.
But yes, for a while itwas my only fans. Yeah. Well
also there was COVID too. Youguys couldn't be seeing patience. I just
not thought of us, like, did you have an only fans during it?
Oh? No, you have?I know. Do you feel like
(26:03):
though the only fans is getting alittle saturated? Like everybody's doing it?
Absolutely, everybody's doing it, Andthat's why I try to tell people to
like everybody's doing it. So unlessyou come in with that fan base,
because you already had a follow Ihad, and I think the fan base
helps. If you don't have muchof a fan base, I think it's
harder to build on that. Absolutely, but it is very saturated, and
(26:26):
you know, my I'm just goingto be honest. My like percentage or
like my you know what I'm makingoff of it has been pretty stagnant.
But I know that that's just whenpeople are going back to work and like
just living life and stuff like that. So I knew that was going to
happen eventually. Yes, but yeah, it's very saturating. The economy changing,
and you know what's My biggest requesthad always been dental content, like
(26:49):
in my office, in my andyou. I never did it because I
was like, you know, Ijust cannot do that. But that is
like a high requested, like femaledoctors photo. Yes, I'm actually going
to let my friend use my officeto do it. She can use my
white coat, but just for pictures. I love it. Yeah, I
(27:12):
love it. I want to doit. Come on, come over,
you can wear my way. Ilove it. It's highly requested, so
come on over. I'm surprised thatis, but I never really thought about
that. That's pretty stuff. Yeah. I was talking to my husband,
he's a dentist too, and hewas like interesting, He's like, oh,
you know, like men when theycome to see you, and I
(27:34):
am so naive. You look whenyou have patients come in, I'm like,
my hairs up. I'm wearing thedorkiest glasses. But my husband's like,
you don't understand how men think, like they're probably your mouth like that.
I didn't know. I'm like,why is this a turn on?
Like I'm drilling in your mouth andspraying water in your face and asking you
(27:56):
questions when I was like a bunchof stuff in your mouth. I definitely
have an fixation. So I dolike this is odd, but I do
like my mouth touched and stuff. So I could see how like if I
had a hot dentist that yeah, weird, right, really get fingers in
my mouth? People have that.Oh my gosh, my careers forever change
because I like it. I likeit. I have myers with the gloves.
(28:21):
So now it's all like making sensewomen, So this is all making
sense now, Okay, yeah,I mean that's how I ended up dating
a dentist is really Yeah. Iwas like he was wait was he like
you in tons a dentist? Andthen I kind of like this, that's
illegal. I know he wasn't supposedto be. It's not because he owned
his practice. Okay, yeah, you're good, that's not it's just morally
(28:45):
wrong having sex with your patient.Wait did this happen in the office.
Can I ask you? We havethought about that? But well no,
once we started dating, like Iwould go visit visit him in his ctual
office where his computer was, likenot where they done told chairs were,
Well, there's disinfecting spray. It'sfine. I love it. I love
(29:07):
you. I love it so much. Okay, that's wild. Here's some
(29:30):
fan questions, right, This one'sa good one. A guy constantly flirts
with my girlfriend at her workplace andin child I asked my girlfriend to set
some boundaries and she's upset. Metwenty seven male, my girlfriend twenty nine
female. Ooh, so she's alittle older. I've been in a relationship
for three years. We've known eachother four years. She's a beautiful looking
person and I'm a bit more average. We're supposed to get married in around
(29:52):
ten months, and she joined anew job around three months ago. At
this job, there has been thisguy we'll call him Mike, who has
been flirting with her NonStop, texting, messaging at workplace when I'm there,
etc. Wow. I told herthat this is not okay with me and
to draw the line in the sandwith him. And we've had a ton
of fights over it. She thinksI'm overreacting and I need to stop being
(30:15):
jealous. Mike has a wife anddoesn't flirt with anyone else in the office.
What should I do. It's veryshady that she is not drawing a
line she likes it. That's ared flag. I don't her, don't
do it. I also think too, that he feels a little insecure because
he said he's average and she isabove, and that creates a weird dynamic.
(30:37):
I just need to accept that.Though. If they pick you,
they pick you. I know it'snot about looks a lot of times.
But she's not picking him right now. That's true, she's not. How
long have they been dating It saysthree years. She should be like,
okay, I'm stopping it. There'sa reason why she's not. For sure.
The texting needs to stop. That'ssuper inappropriate. As soon as you
(30:59):
leave work texting with people that Idon't know actually work with that are in
like you know, professional setting, like I don't, hey, what's up?
That's inappropriate. I could see howit could be like hard to put
up boundaries with someone when you're workingwith them because you're around them, but
like you just got to be mean. You do, right, that's another
thing that's hard for I know that'shard for me to do. You have
(31:21):
to learn to be mean as awoman and like cut that off. But
yeah, that's pretty shady. Giveher an ultimatum. This might be bad
advice, but say, listen unlessyou can't stop that behavior. I don't
think we can't get married. Ithink you should say that. I mean,
it's not worth it's not worth it. He's deserving of someone that ches
this guy. I don't know justfrom the way it's written. Okay,
(31:45):
I need help with a girl whoseteeth I accidentally knocked out? What I
although, you know what almost happenedto me? And this is Tami.
I was having sex with this guyin his chain? Was he hat like
a big change? Was this change? No? It was pretty big?
And so why did he keep iton like he had loved to do so
(32:07):
much? I don't know, butit did hit me in the teeth,
and it did. My teeth weresore for like days. They're still a
little bit sore. I'm not gonnalie. What did he say when I
said? He said, sorry,we were really drunk, but and he
had to take whatever, So Icould see how it could accidentally happen.
That's all I'm saying. Yeah,it could happen. Did he explain yeah,
(32:29):
twenty four or sorry? I justhad to tell my story. Twenty
four. Recently went to a houseparty at a friend's palace. Drank a
little bit more than I should have. At this party, I met this
gorgeous girl. We call her Jessfor sake of the story. Looking back
now, I realized that Jess hadbeen flirting with me the whole night,
and I was blind to realize it. After the party, I planned on
walking home. Just asked where Ilive. We live fairly close to each
(32:52):
other, and I wanted to walkwith her. Not thinking anything of it,
I agreed. We walked for abit, a little bit. Right
at the turn of her street, she stopped and grabbed my hand and looked
into my eyes. At this point, this, this guy is like a
really good writer? Is he likea novelist? Like? This is a
really detailed story. I could haveneed to read the book. At this
(33:14):
point, it finally clicked and Ileaned in for a kiss. Okay,
how did her teeth get knocked out? Because it goes on and on.
It's like a play by play. It's very well written. Okay, okay,
yeah, So then they start kissing. They're leaning in for a kiss
and he accidentally head butts her rightin the mouth and really really hard.
They were on the ground, herhairs tangled. I apologize, gave her
(33:37):
teeth back, and after that calledthe you know, the paramedics for her.
But instead she just takes her teethand she just runs down the street
with her teeth after they went tokiss and he knocked her teeth out.
What the absolute? He got hernumber from a mutual friend and texted her
and apologized, but she won't respond. Should he do? Is he sure
(34:00):
these weren't like dentures? That's whyshe ran away because she was embarrassed.
Maybe this is not what he thinksit is. Even if you knock someone's
denters out, okay, okay,d do the dentres you click back in?
Are they there's like these little thingscalled flippers? And so if you're
(34:21):
it can be like, yes,I think this is what happened, and
that's why she ran away embarrassed, and this poor guy thinks he knocked out
her real teeth. This could bea twist in the story, or she
had veneers. You know how someveneers aren't put in right and they're very
loose or easy ton't knock out orwhatever. Yes, I mean this is
like a disaster of story. Hegoes in for a kiss and then he
(34:45):
hit head buttser. Yeah, they'reon the ground, and then they're on
the ground rolling around and she's holdingher teeth. Yeah, and then he
called you know so, and shedidn't answer. He checked. I like
her address, so I can goinvestigate and or maybe a little bit.
I say, just keep reaching outand say, like, listen, I
know I knocked your teeth out andI'm so sorry, Like what can I
(35:07):
do to help? I really likeyou and like I don't care that you
have no teeth. Yeah yeah,he's like I like you too. Yeah
you know that. Well, heshould offer to pay for anything, but
that's expensive. That's thousands and thousandsof dollars. I know. But if
he knocked her real teeth off out, that's like a really big mistake.
(35:30):
It is he needs to take outalone. If he is, yeah,
you can get those dental credit cands. He needs to get one. So
I would say he should keep reachingout. And my thought is she's embarrassed.
I have a feeling these weren't realteeth that came out. I think
she's embarrassed. I'm sorry, that'ssounds horrible. I was like, I
(35:50):
wasn't expecting that when I was reading. It's a very disastrous story. Yeah,
you just got to keep reaching out, my friend, and like,
don't give up. Don't give up, and offer to fix your teeth in
some way. I mean, Iwould be livid if my teeth got knocked
out. If your teeth got knockedout with the chain, you would have
been really Oh yes, yeah youtoo. You're gonna listen if your teeth
(36:15):
ever get knocked out, I'm comingstraight to you. Yes, don't ever
brush the root, like pour milkon it, try to get the dirt
out if there's dirt, and thenpush them back up. No, you
have to no way, or ifyou're too scared to do that, put
it in milk and go right tothe dentist. This is important information because
(36:36):
you're right because if you touch theroots that go you can ruin it being
able to get back up there. But if there's dirt on it, try
to like rinse it off. Getif there's pebbles, because that happens like
sand gets on it. But youwatch them try to reimplant them. You
guys are really struggling with me talkingabout that. It's disgusting. I cannot
(36:58):
believe that you have to push themback in. I don't Why not expecting
that? Yeah, no, youwant to put him back in, but
don't touch them. And if youcan't, if you're just so you can't
touch it, you can't stomach it. Put it in milk. Put it
in a cup of milk. Getto the dentist right away. Okay,
these are very important. It's actuallyvery important. So if your kids get
knocked out, please put it insome milk. Milk, that's what she
(37:21):
went straight to the grocery store.I got her sea Yes, knocked on
the neighbor's door, asked for milkand a cup, and but she ran
off, so he couldn't have.Did he run after? That's the other
thing I would have wishes. No, that would be pretty was just shocking.
Does he cuts on his head?I bet you he probably does.
Can he send pictures? Yeah, right right in the forehead, these two
(37:43):
pat stitches. I feel really badfor him, Like that's very embarrassing.
I have a feeling she had faketeeth, though, I think you're right.
I hope that he hears this andrealizes she may have been embarrassed.
That's why she ran off. Sheactually has faked teeth. Yeah, and
she just popped him back in becausepeople were embarrassed. I'll have like older
ladies that their husband dies, theyget remarried, and they have dentures.
(38:04):
Their new husband never knows that shehas dentures, and she leaves them in
at night because she's too embarrassed,so they never know she has fake teeth.
Wow, So people, it's veryembarrassing for people, of course,
especially having no teeth. That's hard. Yes, that's really hard. Well,
thank you doctor, having you're soI love you. I love you
too. I'm so glad that wegot to do this. Yes, you're
(38:29):
the best. All right, heartbreakers, thanks for listening. See you guys
next time.
