2 Weeks Without Music Transformed My Life- Here’s How

Are you constantly listening to music and podcasts? Is it an inconvenience if you leave your AirPods at home when you go to the gym? Does the thought of you driving an hour in your car without listening to music make you cringe?.... Then you may be like me... or how I used to be... For the past week and a half I've been fasting from music and podcasts. I haven't been listening to anything for almost 2 weeks! And boy did I not realize how hard this would be. I was addicted! I couldn't sit in the silence. I always had to be listening to something. Are you like this? Do you always have to have a distraction on in the background? During my fast I've learned a few things about myself and the world that I decide to share in the podcast. If you get the slightest inkling to do this for yourself, I say do it! Only good things have come out of this little "experiment" for me.
