To coincide with Movember and International Men's Day, for this episode we talk about the vitally important topic of male mental health. We discuss some of the barriers that men, and those who identify as male, face when it comes to their mental health, and tackle topics such as traditional stereotypes, stigma and societal pressures which all may impact on men's ability and willingness to reach out. We also highlight the importance of us all taking responsibility for change, and knowing how to respond to and support someone who is struggling.
