Originally from Arizona, Shira earned her B.S. in Psychology from Arizona State University. Her journey led her to become a certified Advanced Yoga Nidra practitioner through the prestigious Amrit Yoga Institute. She boasts certifications in Yoga and Buti™, accompanied by an impressive track record of over 15 years of combined experience in Counseling and Community Services.
