We've all faced moments atthese crossroads.
The phrase when it rains, itpours captures two sentiments

town, but you find yourselfunemployed and unaware of the
resources around you.

feelings of isolation anduncertainty.

Just as I felt the weight of mypast while trying to guide my
son, many people face similarcrossroads.
It's essential to recognizethat in these moments, support
is crucial.
We'll explore how to seek outresources and foster connections

I'd like to share a pivotalpoint from my past.
At 16, I was struck by anoncoming car while riding my
bike.
I soared through the air beforecrashing onto the cold concrete

Despite the shock and potentialfor serious injury, I emerged

with only minor cuts and bruises.
This event, however, like manyothers, is etched in my memory,
highlighting how trauma cancreate lasting impressions,
especially during our formativeyears.
As we navigate our journeys, westrive for success and
independence.
We train for new jobs andcareers, trying to avoid the

pitfalls.
Yet, despite our best efforts,mistakes and setbacks occur due
to immaturity, innocence ordisaster.
In 2014, while completing mydegree, my oldest son moved in
with me and thought I could helphim from making the same
mistakes I did.

understand the struggles tied tothat existence.
As a father, I felt a deepresponsibility to guide my son
away from my past mistakes, andI often felt isolated in my
efforts.
