Combining two topics today as I talk about holistic living from a Christian perspective. Sometimes it is easy to fall into things and not even take a step back and say "is this Biblical?" Many of these sins I committed too when I first started rejecting the mainstream medical community and allopathic medicine and embracing more natural modalities. We have to be on guard in all areas of life and holistic medicine is no different.
