Today we welcome to the pod Lauren Johnson. He is a physical therapist, avid cyclist, wellness guru, lifelong learner, husband, and dad to 3 (soon to be 4)! We welcome Lauren to the show today to discuss how movement is connected to our longevity and our quality of life, which lead us to a discussion of lifespan vs. healthspan. Lauren gives practical step by step advice on what the current research is telling us we can do today that will contribute to our quality of life in later years. Lauren also shares injuries he sees specific to prenatal and postpartum body changes and how physical therapy might help. We learned a TON and we hope you do too!
