How can cultivating a relationship with the elements - air, water, fire, earth, ether - help you connect more deeply with your embodied experience?
And what are some pathways to support this practice?
In today's episode, lead steward of Dancing Freedom and ritualist Phoenix Onesong Marolda shares about her personal path to a more liberated life through connecting with the elements.
From her decades of dance practice that led her to be passed the reins of the international dance facilitator training that is Dancing Freedom to her journeys to Peru exploring transformational growth with plant medicine, she shares about how simple it can all be at the core.
Probably many of us can relate to being socialized into worlds where we orient to more, better, bigger, faster. I mean, look at the world we live in right now! Constantly orienting to expansion and development.
But when we peel back the layers, as Phoenix has been doing more recently while diving deeply into traditional lineage wisdom teachings from Huachuma (San Pedro cactus), simplicity is what matters.
Small life-giving acts. Tending to the generative force, to our ancestors and future generations, to the earth.
So, how can you more fully embody the elements in your own life? Tune in to find out.
