It is because the majority of people with mental illness believe that they are in it alone. The HHREC Podcast is here to tell you that you are not alone! Mental health is a tough conversation, but we are here to start it! The HHREC Podcast takes pride in sharing stories from community members, mental health advocates, and health professionals to shed light on mental health issues taking over our society.HHREC is a nonprofit program located on 1905 San Pablo Ave, in Downtown Oakland.
