Ep. 18 | Healing, Hope, and Pathways to Godliness with Julie Cluff, Professional Grief Coach

Julie Cluff joins us for this episode all about healing from experiences of grief, and finding the hope that is to be had through Jesus Christ and His Atonement. Julie shares her deeply poignant experiences of loss including the death of her brother by suicide, divorce, and losing her two youngest children in a rollover car crash on Mother's Day in 2007. She illustrates her personal process of healing, including the miracles offered to her both before and after each instance of loss and pain.

Julie has exhibited discipleship throughout the experiences, and especially as she followed impressions to use her grief to benefit and bless others in similar situations. We discuss what tools and practices are available to those going through such heart-wrenching challenges. We rejoice in the doctrines of pre-mortality, the resurrection, and a God who does not punish, but who only blesses.

In an age when "mens hearts [are] failing them", this episode will help prepare all of us who may be called to pass through sorrow, as we focus heavily on our source of healing, truth, and relief, our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Julie Cluff is a keynote speaker, author, an international grief coach and the host of the Build a Life After Loss podcast. She loves inspiring audiences with heartfelt stories to overcome the challenges they face and build a life they love. Her book Miracles in the Darkness: Building a Life After Loss encourages readers to look for miracles in their life despite hard times. Her online educational grief support group, The True Hope Club, is a place of love and light. She hopes that her experiences with overcoming devastating losses can bring reassurance to others. Julie enthusiastically shares a message of hope across many platforms, including the stage, podcasts, national radio, and television. She and her husband Ron live south of Salt Lake City with their goldendoodle Coco. They have 6 beautiful children including 2 angels and 10 incredible grandchildren.
