I will die on the hill that 1999 has the best movie releases of any year ever. Not necessarily when it comes it awards and accolades, but purely for cultural impact and memorability.
There's quite a bit of ranting in this one as I finish up the list of incredible and silly movies that came out in 1999. No really super emotional stuff but if I get a little shifty about stuff it's not my fault!!
