In 2011, Deborah transitioned from a demanding international corporate marketing career to focus on holistic healing. A certified yoga teacher and therapist, she is also trained in Ayurvedic massage, nutrition, and other holistic modalities. Deborah created therapeutic workshops like Dem Bones, Gutsy Yoga, and Breath of Life, offered in English and Spanish.
