Dr. Shainna is a mental health counselor, educator, and advocate who is passionate about empowering individuals to foster mental wellness. Dr. Shainna has created a variety of resources to support mental well-being across the lifespan including the newest release, Designing Healthy Boundaries and a best-seller, The Self-Love Workbook.
