God shows us in His Word He not only wants us to have His peace, but how to get it! Peace is tranquility, freedom from disturbance. The opposite of peace is turmoil, discord, contention, unrest, upheaval, anxiety and stress. And stress lowers your immune system!! No wonder God wants us to have His peace!
