Back in Peckham for Round Two of our Historic Peckham Pub Crawl through some of London’s most historic pubs.
We kick things off at The Olde Apple Tree, the last pub standing on Sumner Road and crowned one of Time Out London’s Top Ten Pubs.
Then it’s off to The Red Bull, home to a rescued Shakespearean tile mural and a legacy as colorful as its walls.
Next, we visit The White Horse — dating back to the 18th century, famous for its chess club and beloved Sunday roast.
Just a few minutes south is The Angel Oak, once a coaching inn and now a gastropub with a garden that locals rave about.
