And before UCLA, he clerked at the US Supreme Court for Justice Sandra Day O'Connor. Prof. Volokh is the author of "The First Amendment and Related Statutes" 8th Ed., and he hosts Free Speech Unmuted – a video podcast series sponsored by the Hoover Institution.
