Episode Summary: The Liberation from Longing (Pages 162-171)
The theme and focus of this chapter are about how we become trapped in patterns of wanting—constantly seeking external validation, possessions, and acceptance to feel complete. The offering here reveals how these very longings end up owning us through our fears and attachments. We are reminded of a fundamental truth we often forget: we already are whole and complete just as we are. True liberation comes not from acquiring more but from releasing our attachments to external belongings and recognizing that we already belong to something greater: the Divine. Through this process, we learn how to become free from the servitude of longing and from waiting for something outside ourselves to make us feel whole.
Key Themes
* Breaking Free from the Cycle of Longing – Understanding how external seeking keeps us bound in limitation.
* Ownership vs. Belonging – Releasing attachments to external possessions and validation.
* True Belonging – Recognizing that we already belong to the Divine.
* Faith, Forgiveness, and Freedom – The keys to transcending fear and attachment.
The Burden of Longing
* As Yeshua says, "When you seek too much to belong or for belonging—ownership of things on the outside—it can completely blind and strip your lens of the wheat on the inside."
* Our wheat-self is our soul, yet longing for external validation can lead us to forget this truth.
* The more we long for something external—a relationship, money, validation—the more we give our power away to it.
* The ego convinces us that we aren’t enough without that thing, fueling fears of rejection and insecurity.
The Fear of Not Having vs. The Fear of Losing
* "I won’t get what I need to feel safe and worthy. I must seek harder, compromise my boundaries, work harder—or I will be alone."
* "I have worked so hard to obtain these things that define me. I must avoid loss at all costs."
* These fears are exhausting and keep us locked in cycles of seeking and attachment.
* When we are bound by these things, our ego narrows our perception, keeping us trapped in a cycle of hypervigilance and control.
True Liberation: The Path of Belonging to the Divine
* We don’t truly own anything—not our belongings, not other people.
* Even our bodies, Yeshua teaches, ultimately belong to Gaia and the Divine.
* The question we are asked: Do we belong to God in humility and peace, or to fear and victim consciousness?
* When we deeply belong with the Divine, we are set free from external attachments and fear.
* No matter what happens externally, we belong.
The Illusion of Cancel Culture
* Yeshua points out that many seek to reject or cancel others, but Spirit holds the ostracized closest.
* When we cancel another’s worth, we negate our own divine self.
* No soul can be canceled.
* We are encouraged to honor all people as divine beings rather than possessions we judge or discard.
Freedom Through Surrender
* True liberation from longing means aligning with Spirit.
* When we release attachments and recognize our source in the Divine, we become free.
* We are taught: “The essence of your be-ing is Peace. And Love. As long as you are be-ing and present at any moment, you have everything.”
* The illusion of scarcity and unworthiness binds us, but faith sets us free.
* Faith dissolves fear, allowing us to trust that our needs will be met.
What We Carry With Us After Death
* We take with us moments of deep connection, belonging, and reciprocity.<
