Welcome to holistic secretspodcast.
Where we will guide you toreveal the secrets that aren't
always shared join us.
As we help you gain anunderstanding of spiritual world
with me Apryl.
And with me Tess.
Let's dive and do it.
What's up guys.
Back at it.

(00:22):
Uh, so starting this week andfor the next 12 weeks, I know it
seems like a really long time, but we're going to start going
into the Zodiacs and all thedifferent things about the
Zodiacs and.
Just really deep diving intothat to give you guys some more
information mainly aboutyourselves, pretty much.
So.

(00:42):
Yeah.
It'll be exciting to listen tothe different zodiacs cause I
don't know all of them.
So it'll be interesting.
I'll learn from this too.
And, uh, I know, most of them.
I mean, I know them, but I'mlike, I've never done a deeper
dive into them and all theircharacteristics.
Like I know you guys, you know,my kids.

(01:03):
And other signs, but not, notsome of the other random.
Yeah.
Signs that are out there.
All right.
So this week we'll be startingour journey with Aries.
Because it was considered to bethe first sign.
Because it represents newbeginnings.

(01:24):
It is marked by the springEquinox.
On March 21st.
And the dates for Aries areMarch 21st through April 19th.
So if you're born between thesedates you are an Aries Aries
season begins at the VernalEquinox representing the yearly

(01:44):
birth of the sun in the Northernhemisphere.
And the renewal of growth inspring.
Aries is bursting with youthfulenthusiasm and the long winter.
Aries is the first of the fourCardinal signs of the Zodiac.
Hold an elemental initiatoryenergy that marks the beginning

(02:06):
of the four seasons.
Aries begins the spring, thesource of the Rams affinity.
For being a fiery starter.
Leader and trailblazer.
The other Cardinal signs are.
Cancer starts summer.
Libra begins fall and Capricornstarts winter.

(02:27):
The presence of Aries alwaysmarks the beginning of something
energetic and turbulent.
Constantly looking for dynamicspeed and competition.
Always being first ineverything.
Aries is one of the most activeZodiac signs and is in their
nature to take action sometimesbefore they even think about it.

(02:50):
Yeah, you do that all the time.
Aries rules the head and leadwith the head often, literally
walking head first.
There are naturally brave andrarely, afraid of trial and
risk.
So then the sign that representsAries is the flying Ram.
Makes sense.

(03:11):
Yeah.
Head first.
So the flying Ram was guided bythe story of the golden fleece.
Now I didn't, I'm not going toinclude the entire story of the
golden fleece.
I'm just gonna quickly give youlike a brief recap of it in a
sense.
But the fleece is a symbol ofauthority and kingship.
The golden fleece.

(03:32):
Is the fleece created from Criusthe flying Ram

Speaker (03:38):
who was born of the sea god Poseidon and the goddess
Theophane.
The golden fleece is also themuch coveted object which Jason
must present to Pelias toreclaim his throne.
Through the help of Medea, theyacquire the golden fleece.
The theme in this story is thatbeing greedy always comes back

(04:00):
to bite you and it neverbenefits you.
In the myth, Pelias lets greedand wealth get to him.
He sends Jason on this questonly just to get rid of him.
However, Jason returns andbecomes king, while Pelias ends
up dying from his own actions.
This story shows that Aries isready to be the hero of the day.

(04:23):
The power of the Ram is carriedon its back.
He is the gold itself, shiningand attractive to those ready
for betrayal.
The story of glory that isn'teasy to carry on its, in its two
horns.
If the animal doesn't get shorn, allowing change, they won't

(04:44):
receive much from the world.
Aries has a task to share theirposition, power, gold, physical
strength with other peoplewillingly.
And if they do not share whatthey have, stopping the natural
flow, fear within them will takeover.
And the process of giving andreceiving will hold balance at

(05:05):
zero, which means Aries, Ariesis a giver and they have to
give, they have to help, theyhave to be doing things for
other people in order to fulfilltheir, like to fulfill
themselves.
And if they're not doing that, that's when their mind takes
over, they get in on themselves.

(05:25):
It's actually really like, weirdbecause of how Standoffish an
Aries can be because they don'tget along with people well, but
they have to do the most forpeople, if that makes sense.

Speaker 2 (05:38):
Well, yeah, that's how you and my oldest are,
because you both are Aries.
And, um, yeah.
Very stubborn, though, too.
Mm

Speaker (05:48):
hmm.

Speaker 2 (05:49):
Mm hmm.
I

Speaker (05:50):
try my best.
Alright, so.
Getting into.
Uh, the constellation aspect ofthings.
Aries is a small constellationin the Northern sky between
Pisces and Torres.
It has an area of 441 squarefeet.

(06:13):
Making it the 39th largestconstellation.
Aries is difficult to see.
Because the stars are dim.
But it is best viewed from theNorthern hemisphere in December
or January.
The brightest star in theconstellation is Hamel.
With a magnitude of 2.0.

(06:35):
The magnitude scale for stars isthat the brightest objects have
the smallest numbers.
While the faintest objects havethe larger numbers.
The name hamill comes from theArabic word for lamb.
Aries is represented by a Ram.
Which is associated with theEgyptian God Ammon.

(06:56):
And the Ram with the goldenfleece in Greek mythology.
According to one myth.
A winged golden Ram.
uh, Nephelle the true mother oftwins Phrixus and Helle.
Sorry, I'm going to apologize.
Now, these Greek names are I'mgonna.

(07:17):
Butcher them.
I would too.
The rest.
Of Phoenix and Helle rescuedthem from starvation and took
them.
To Colchis.
Helle, Fell off the Ram anddrowned in Dardanelles but

(07:37):
Phrixus survived and latersacrificed the Ram to the gods
in gratitude.
The Ram was then immortalized asthe constellation Aries.
The constellation Aries has manymain stars.
Including the three that form.
Add an asterism.
And asterism is a prominentpattern or group of stars.

(08:01):
Typically having a popular name, but smaller than a
constellation.
And they're often used fornavigation.
Those three stars are AlphaArietis or Hamel.
The brightest star in Aries andit has.
An orange giant that forms theconstellations head.

(08:21):
And then there's Beta Arietis orSheratan.
A binary system that forms thepoint of Aries horns.
Gamma Arietis or Mesarthim.
It is a triple star system.
That's 160 light years away fromearth.

(08:42):
So that's like crazy far.
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (08:47):
Okay, the color associated with Aries is the
color red, represented by theelement fire.
Fire is an element with strongmasculine energy.
It easily neglects its feminineside.

Speaker (09:04):
Very true, very true.

Speaker 2 (09:06):
Yeah, that's probably why you're a tomboy.
This can cause a disruption inyour emotional state.
Essentially burning everythingaround you.
Being a fire sign, you need torespect your emotional side and
acknowledge your emotional needsor it can lead to conflicts.

(09:28):
Your emotions tie into yourfeminine side, so ignoring that
could be why you're in aconstant battle with, I feel
this, but I don't want to showthat.
because your masculine sidetakes over.
The biggest challenge for anyonewho is guided by the element of

(09:50):
fire is remaining calm andpeaceful.

Speaker (09:53):
I don't know what that means.

Speaker 2 (09:55):
What does calm

Speaker (09:55):
and peaceful mean?

Speaker 2 (09:57):
I don't know.
You've never had it since youwere born.
They tend to forget that apassive approach is needed as
much as an active one.
They tend to react beforethinking.

Speaker (10:12):
Always.

Speaker 2 (10:13):
Uh huh.

Speaker (10:15):
Always.

Speaker 2 (10:16):
Yep, that's you.
The ruler is Mars, whichrepresents our basic energy, our
first chakra, and speaking offears that tend to control our
lives.
If you're brave enough to liveup to your full potential here
on planet Earth, Mars is the oneto help you find your grounding.

(10:38):
resolve material and existentialissues.
It provides you with the energyneeded to follow any plans and
reach any goals you wish to.
But Mars is also seen as fast, instinctive, rash, aggressive,

(11:01):
pushy, and angry.
Cause you're pushy.

Speaker (11:06):
I become aggressive a lot.

Speaker 2 (11:08):
Yeah, that too.
Mars rules are instinctive andunconscious tendencies.
It is a master of crimes ofpassion.
When our mind darkens andbecomes foggy, might be the
reason for most of ouraggression in the world.
But it is merely a point to showwhich physical needs in our

(11:32):
lives were never met.
The ruling planet of Aries ismax powered Mars.
But all April born Aries areeither second or third.
decan Aries meaning that theyhave secondary cold ruling
planets.
Affecting the radiation of theirAries, energy.

(11:53):
Because March Aries arecompletely ruled by Mars.
They often come across as themost textbook Aries.
And embody this sign, strengthand weaknesses.
Think impulsive headstrong andtake charge.
Aries is known for being one ofthe most daring embrace signs of

(12:14):
the zodiac.
But April born Aries may be evenmore drawn to the wild side of
life.
Then March Aries.
That fits you.
You're right.
That's because about half ofApril Aries is cold ruled by the
lucky planet.
Jupiter.

(12:35):
Which is all about saying yes toadventure and expanding our
horizons.
This free spirited, planetaryinfluence, emphasizes April's
Aries, thrill seeking and risktaking ways.
And you're right.
We take all the risks over here.
No fucks given.
Sorry.
Hi.
Anyway.

(12:56):
March Aires personality.
Uh, March is the first decade ofAries, which means they are
completely ruled by theambitious planet.
Mars.
An influence that magnifies thefiercely competitive street.
Well, all Aries love a goodchallenge and get excited by the
thrill of winning.

(13:17):
The March Aries is likely to beeven more enthusiastic and
determined to take the crown.
Aries people would do anythingto make sure they crush their
competition.
Whether they are playing a boardgame or at a corporate.
Chain.
Uh, yeah, that fits Brandi.
My oldest one who's Aries.

(13:38):
Uh, March Aries.
Yeah, she's nothing verycompetitive, a fucking monopoly.
I never played her at Uno.
Terrifying.
She wins at.
Every game.
April Aries personality.
April's Aries is one of the firesigns.
So their appearance is alwaysbright and full of sparkle.

(14:00):
But about half of April's Ariesare second decan Aries meaning
that they have the sun.
As their planetary co ruler.
Uses them with an ever deeperdrive to succeed and an
unwavering sense of selfcompetence.
Even more so than their March.

(14:22):
Born counterparts.
The planet sun is the center ofourSurya Mandel.
Which symbolizes the ultimatesource of energy and life.
So these Aries can help, butstrike their stuff and attract
the spotlight wherever they go.
You're right.
I'm always the center ofattention.

(14:44):
Yeah.
In your own mind.
And sorry for some of thepronunciations, because some of
these words are.
Like tripping me up tonight.
Aries needs to take initiative when it comes to
romance.
When they fall in love, theywill express their feelings
without giving it too muchthought.

(15:04):
The compatibility of an Arieswith other signs of the Zodiac
is very complex.
When in love, they may showertheir loved one with affection,
sometimes even to an excess.
They are very passionate, energetic, and love adventures.
They are passionate lovers.

(15:27):
They are tolerant of people theycome in contact with, respectful
of different personalities.
Their circle of friends needs awide range of strange
individuals.
mostly for them to have enoughdifferent views on personal
matters that they don't know howto resolve.
Since people born in the sign ofAries easily enter communication

(15:53):
direct and honest in theirapproach, they will make an
incredible number of connectionsand acquaintances in their
lifetime.
They often cut many of theseshort due to dishonesty or
unclear intentions.
Long term friendships will comewith those who are just as
energetic and brave.

Speaker (16:14):
And that's why, like, from element, I remember when I
started elementary school, mymom thought I wasn't going to
make any friends because I wasso mean.

Speaker 2 (16:22):
You were.
You were so mean.
Any kid that came over to playwith you, you were so mean to
them.
And I was like, you're notmaking any friends.
If you keep this up, there is nofriends in your future.

Speaker (16:35):
But when I got to school, I did, I made, I made
friends pretty easily.
But like this says, I didn'tkeep a lot of them.
I rotated friends like notomorrow.
I have my handful of my strangeindividuals.

Speaker 2 (16:51):
Very strange.

Speaker (16:52):
Hey, they're good friends.
I know that matters.
Yep.
They're strange, but I do go toevery single one of them
separately with a problem andevery single person gives me a
different response.
But they're all relatively thesame.

Speaker 2 (17:13):
Right, right.

Speaker (17:14):
But they give me a different approach.
So, like, that makes so muchsense.

Speaker 2 (17:20):
Mm hmm.

Speaker (17:22):
To all of my friendships throughout
elementary school, middleschool, high school.
Cause I did, I rotated peoplelike they were fuckin

Speaker 2 (17:30):
I know, they rotated through my house.
The most compatible signs forAries.
Tend to be the three fire signs,Aries, Leo Sagittarius.
Who understand the need forindependence and passion.
Aries is also compatible withthe three air signs, Gemini

(17:51):
Libra and Aquarius.
Who have similar attitudes andvalues.
And value of venture freedom andopen conversation.
But it does have a downside andthat is.
Since they are so similar.
It could be hard for arelationship to gain traction
since they both love theirfreedom.

(18:11):
Yeah.
Um, I'm Aquarius.
I want my freedom.
It's hard for Aries to establishlong-term committed
relationships with fire and airsigns.
That does not mean it couldn'thappen.
It's just that it could beharder.
The least compatible signs orthe water signs.
Cancer Scorpio Pisces.
Who tend to be more internal andprivate than the fire signs.

(18:36):
The direct communication stylesof Aries can hurt the sensitive
water signs feelings and causedthem to withdraw.
Water signs can be insecure andjealous, which in turn can
interfere with Aries need forfreedom.
They can find themselvesincompatible with the earth
signs.

(18:57):
Taurus Virgo, Capricorn.
Who tend to be traditional andstructured.
At first, the dependable earthsign can feel like a welcome
anchor, but over time Aries canfeel suffocated by the earth
signs need to plan.
Power struggles can developsince both of them will want to

(19:18):
control.
And compromising will bedifficult.
So if you like pay attention,Aries as a fire sign.
Aries gets along with air signs, like fire signs, get along with
air signs because air fuelsfire.
But if you look they're at leastcompatible with water, because

(19:39):
what puts out fire.
Water.
They can find themselves incompatible with earth because if
you throw dirt on fire, whathappens.
You put them out.
The funny thing is my fiance isa Taurus.
But because I am so fiery and Iam so.
Very in tune with my Aries sideover the top.

(20:03):
Yes, he doesn't extinguish me.
He just dwindles me down alittle bit.
Cause he's not as this is goingto sound so bad, but he's not as
dull.
As most earth science can, because like that said, they're
very structured, verytraditional and he is not.
He is, I don't think he wassupposed to be a Taurus, but he

(20:26):
doesn't completely put me out, which is why I think we're not
completely incompatible.
Well, he's an earth sign.
So he just throws a little dirton you.
Yeah.
He's like, knock it off.
Yeah.
Yeah, and that is so true.
He does do that.
He brings her down.
Oh, yeah, a lot.
'cause there's times I'll just.
Like last night.

(20:47):
I'm yelling at him, just yellingand screaming because I went
downstairs to get a drink.
And he left all the fuckingcheese and the sour cream.
Everything out.
But turned off the lights and hetried saying to me, Well, I
didn't think you were done thenwhy did you to turn the damn
light out.
Why'd you come up here and getall cuddle in bed and not say
nothing to me.

(21:09):
Huh.
I'm going off.
She just looks at me.
He goes, Will you please.
Go to bed.
You are so tired and you'rebeing ridiculous.
And I was like, The fuck youcrawl in bed, went to bed.
I love that he tamps.
Your ass down.

(21:30):
When it kills me, man.
Oh man.
But.
With talking about that.
Being independent, anyambitious.
They often know at a young agewhere they want to go in life
and they separate from familypretty early.
Which I did.
I moved out at like, 16.

(21:53):
Moved in with.
Douche bag.
Okay.
Anyway.
As children, they can be hard tocontrol.
And if they don't receive enoughlove and patience from their
parents, all of their intimatebonds later in life could
suffer.
A lot of anger comes from thesign.
If too many restrictions cometheir way.

(22:14):
They will take on familyobligations when they need to be
taken care of.
Never refusing more work as iftheir pool of energy never runs
out.
They are a natural born leader, preferring to issue orders
rather than receive them.
When faced with challenges, theywill quickly assess the
situation and come to asolution.

(22:35):
Competition does not botherthem, but in sending encourages
them to shine even brighter.
As an Aries parent.
As a mom or dad, they can tendto be a bit competitive.
Accurate.
They may push their kids toachieve.
Yes.
Yes, I do.

(22:56):
Aries parents can be excellentteachers and role models.
If one of their children happensto be interested in the same
thing as the parent.
There'll be over the moon, excited to teach them their
expertise.
Like.
We're putting Raleigh intocheer.
We're just a little six weekthing.
She's only three years old.

(23:16):
Going to be three years.
It's a little stupid six weekcheer camp, but like, I'm so
excited for her to start.
And I keep asking her like,Raleigh.
You want to start cheering?
She's like, yeah.
I'm like really?
You want to start cheering.
Yeah.
And I'm like, yeah.
Well that's because you were acompetitive cheerleader coach
and everything else.
Over the top.
You're right.
We don't like winter art.

(23:37):
We don't like losers.
We're only winners here.
Hello.
Yeah, you were, you had thatmindset for quite a few years.
Cause anything below secondplace, we were a bunch of
fucking losers.
Just kidding.
If we got, if we didn't getfirst, we were all crying.
Yeah, your team did because Imean, they were very good.
They were a very good team, butthey needed to get that second

(23:59):
place because their heads werejust.
way Up in the air.
And I was so glad when they gotthat first, second place, man,
even though they all cried, ohmy God, we didn't want them cry.
We were so hysterical.
Like I know half the girlswouldn't even take the trophy.
Well, well, that's wrong.
Oh, my God, it was so bad.
Like, oh, they, nobody wantsnothing to do with that second

(24:21):
place.
You use we're like what?
10, 11.
Yeah, usually.
Our first that, oh, what's thatour first season, I think that
was like our second or thirdseason that we got that first,
second.
Because I know first, my firstseason cheering, we got off
first because that was the yearwe went to national.
You did that?
You did that a couple of coupleof years.

(24:42):
And then I think it was yourthird year that.
That's the first second.
We were like, 10 and 10 to 12.
Yeah.
And like your heart, like asyoung girls, like your hormones
are just starting to likepresent themselves.
You'll.
Everybody lost it.
That was it.
These were all a bunch ofassholes, brats, brats, spoiled,
spoiled brats.

(25:03):
Yes.
Hey, you did that.
Oh, no, no, no, no, not me.
Uh, But Aries can be wise.
I know it's hard to believe, butI can be.
You are and save money for arainy day, but they love the joy
of spending it.
They live in the present andthey aren't that focus on the

(25:23):
future, which that's.
What makes them a littleirrational and hasty when it
comes to like financialdecisions.
But they always find a way toearn money and they always
compensate for what they spend.
Some strengths of an Aries.
Is that they're courageous,determined, confident,
enthusiastic, optimistic,honest, and passionate.

(25:47):
But with those strengths do comesome weaknesses.
Such as their impatient moody,short-tempered impulsive and
aggressive.
Again, my.
My fiance, my friends and myfamily can all attest.
I am all of the above.
Yep.
They love comfy clothes takingon leadership roles and physical
challenges.

(26:08):
They also love individualsports.
See, I wasn't much of anindividual sport person.
Like, no, you were a team.
You can catch me out there, likerunning track or like hurdling
shit or nothing like that.
Like, I feel like I alwaysneeded like a team.
Yeah.
But they dislike inactivitydelay and work that does not use

(26:29):
one's talent.
Aries is an aggressive, assertive, compassionate, and
loving sign.
Like anyone, they have theirchallenges.
But once you're in an Aries"slife, they will do.
Basically anything for you atany given time, but the second
you were dishonest or you proveyourself to be untrustworthy.
Kick it to the curb.

(26:50):
Because they're not going to putup with it.
All right.
So then just some lucky numbersfor Aries are nine, seven, and
17.
Some say that the lucky numbersare associated with it.
Each Zodiac sign.
And our belief to bring thepositive energy and good
fortune.
Aries are also said to be luckyon Tuesdays, Fridays and

(27:12):
Saturdays would, you know, Idon't think I'm looking on
Fridays because every Friday atwork I'm fucking slammed.
Every home was like 15, 20 14.
And I'm like why we had allweek.
So I think that's a lie, butthat's just my opinion.
Um, Aries are known for beingnaturally confident and

(27:34):
assertive.
The most powerful affirmationsfor an area is I am.
dot.dot.
You can easily manifest yourgoals since you have this bold
and courageous side.
Some examples.
Or like, I am successful.
I am loved.

(27:54):
I am allowed to feel good.
I am living with abundance.
So whatever you want.
I am.
Overcome with money.
I am.
Living in my new house, whateveryou want, just put I am in front
of it.
And if you say it every singleday, It'll come out eventually,

(28:18):
even if you say it more thanonce a day.
Oh, yeah.
Bare minimum once a day.
Yeah.
So then being action oriented.
Aries and benefit from dynamicrituals.
Like a candle ritual, trylighting a red candle and
visualize your desires whileaffirming your attentions with

(28:38):
confidence.
Aries are full of confidence.
If you speak everything withconfidence and assertiveness.
While doing this candle ritualwith the red candle since red is
the color of Aries.
It's also going to help bringyour dreams to fruition.

(28:59):
So then Aries have two differentbirthstones.
And those two birthstones areaquamarine for March and diamond
for April.
Aqua Marine is used to heal thesick.
Purify water.
And protect sailors.

(29:19):
And helps us gain insight truth.
Wisdom and can be used to helpcalm the mind.
Nerves and anxieties.
When wearing aquamarine orhaving the crystal on you.
It aides and gaining,understanding honesty,
discipline.
And wisdom.
And helps to attract wealth.

(29:41):
Prosperity and good luck.
In the middle ages, peoplebelieve that wearing aquamarine
will prevent them from beingpoisoned.
Ancient Romans carved frogs intothem to help turn enemies into
friends.
Ancient medicines were made fromaquamarine powders to help cure

(30:02):
a variety of illnesses.
eye ailments and allergicreactions.
I also wonder if that's why somany people died because they
were just ingesting rocks.
I don't know.
That's probably why they didn'tlive too long, but that's what I
mean, like, yeah, come on now.
So then diamonds symbolizestrength and everlasting love.

(30:24):
Why else do you think we havediamond rings for engagement
rings?
True.
It's clarity and radiantsignifies purity.
In a sense and positive energy.
Believing the illumination andreflection of a diamond will
inspire imagination ingenuity.
And it's where they also bringabout strength, fortitude and

(30:49):
courage, three diamonds.
Hardness and quote-unquoteinvincibility.
Having the power to drive away, bad energy or fortune.
It is believed that diamondshave cosmic energy.
Ancient Egyptiansbelieveddiamonds represented the sun.

(31:10):
In India, they were considered.
Divine objects and we're used toward off evil spirits.
And in many cultures they'rebelieved to cleanse, restore and
balance the mind, body and soul.
They're associated with thepower to illuminate.
The mind and provide mentalclarity.

(31:33):
So, I wonder if that's why theygive.
The diamonds as the rings.
Oh, yeah, definitely.
I agree with that.
Yeah.
'cause that, that like digginginto that it's like, wow, well
done.
I wonder if they're trying toget that woman.
But like, is this really whatyou want to do, girl?
Like, is that really what youwant?
Let's clear your mind up alittle bit.

(31:53):
Uh, huh.
Which some people would takethat into consideration.
Instead of getting married whenthey shouldn't.
And then just some of thewell-known Aries are Lady Gaga,
Mariah Carey, Celine Dion.

(32:14):

She is, a poet.
And, my God.

She's a very well-known actress.
Oh, she was in one of the Medeamovies.
Oh, we're at the end.
She sits there.
At the wedding and she does thespeech.

(32:34):
It's a very great speech.
Um, yeah, she's the one that hasthe locks and the, and Medea
family reunion.
I don't know.
I don't remember.
She was locked.
Look it up later and look it upguys.

because in the moonology ones, they have, um, the Zodiac.

(34:00):

Shit.
So the cards that we pulled outtoday was.
For full moon in Sagittarius, which goes along with our fire
sign.
Uh, look at the bigger pictureand for just a regular full moon
to surrender to the divine.

(34:22):
So basically.
You're going to look at the, atthe bigger picture, which is
going to include the divine, which you can't get much bigger
than that.
Yeah.
Basically surrender yourself tothat.
And I can bet you a lot ofthings in your life and then
just start kind of like falling.

(34:43):
Into the place.
Yep.
Look at the big picture and thenfigure out what your small steps
are to get to that biggerpicture and have the divine with
you.
And the divine could be just, you know, universe, God,
whatever you believe in.
It's not one thing.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Literally just be your guides.
Yeah, exactly.
You know, your higher self.

(35:05):
Yeah, I can literally just beyourself.
Your higher self is up duringthe divine.
So.

You know, just keep pluggingalong.
Do your.
Do your, uh, positive.
Mantras.
get out there.
Do some of your moon.
The moon rituals.
Yeah.
That'll help.

(35:25):
It'll help a lot.
I mean, you don't have to doevery single one.
No, but if you do, if you do thenew moon, you do the full moon.
And working between them.
That'll get you to your higher.
Bigger picture.
