They talk about his mentorship program for young men, Blind Men Now Can See, and how he discovered ways to empower young men through identifying their needs, wants, providing more than just superficial mentorship, but changing the innermost being to create strong, successful men. Orlando is also the founder of Wounds Healed Out Loud, a national organization. 

Orlando hails from New Jersey, where his program stemmed. He targets young men ages 13-17 from urban and suburban areas to become the best versions of themselves. Orlando also has a podcast, ministers and is a mental health advocate.
