Jeffrey Spaide, a retired veteran and engineer, lived in the quiet town of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Known for his reserved but friendly nature, Jeffrey took pride in his home and enjoyed working on his house, yard, and garden. However, his peaceful existence was disrupted by his neighbors, Lisa and James Goy, who were known for their rowdy and disrespectful behavior. The Goys often antagonized Jeffrey, leading to escalating tensions over trivial matters like parking and property disputes.

On February 1st, 2021, after a heavy snowstorm, the conflict reached a tragic climax.
