Probably not as extreme as what Grant Amato did in order to remain in contact with a Bulgarian web cam model that he was in love with in 2019. After Grant steals hundreds of thousands of dollars from his family to continue viewing and speaking with Sylvie, he is a given an ultimatum--get help, and cease contact with her. Unable to curb his desire for Sylvie, Grant felt he had no other choice than to resort to extreme measures.
More recently, in March 2025, Grant Amato's name would resurface in connection with an alleged murder-for-hire plot...
