I don't know if you've listenedto this week's episode with Amy
Lykosh, but her intercessoryprayer ministry for business

really highlighted to me theimportance of intercessory
prayer for others, and that iswhy I have emphasized so much
that I am going to pray for mylisteners.
Be more intentional about it.
I'll be honest.
I wasn't.
I'm still working on it.
It's a struggle when you have alot of things going in your life

You've got a job, you've gotkids, you've got a spouse.
There are so many factors goingon in our lives.
It is really hard to pin downtime to focus and pray and allow
God to speak to us as wellthrough prayer.
It is not an easy thing to do,but I am making sure that you

(02:33):
are important in my life byputting you in prayer as well.
I may not know all that you aregoing through, but I know we
are going through things.
We are all struggling at onepoint or another.
Or we're having a good season,maybe it's a good season for you
, but you still need prayer forsomething.
You need prayer for the thingsthat are to come.

(02:54):
So intercessory prayer is soimportant.
It is important that we prayfor each other, that we focus on
each other and do what isnecessary to be there for each
other, and even if you don'tknow what to pray, the Holy
Spirit's leading will pray foryou.
So if you have to just besilent, just be silent.

(03:15):
God knows what you want to say,even if you can't voice it.

Here is your question who areyou doing intercessory prayer
for in your life, and are youbeing consistent with it?
When was the last time that youprayed sincerely for someone
else that maybe you don't agreewith, maybe you don't like too

much, maybe you have a strainedrelationship with?
These are hard questions toanswer, even for me.
I'm thinking of some people inmy life right now, but they are
necessary.
We need to be praying forothers.
We definitely need to bepraying for those who we don't
align with as well.
So, yeah, there's yourquestions who are you doing

intercessory prayer for, andwhen was the last time that you
prayed for someone that youdon't agree with?
Chew on that for however longGod needs you to, and then act
on what he's telling you to do.
