Someone recently asked me what self-love looks like. It was something I had to sit with for a while before I could give an honest answer; I'm still working on the self-love piece in my own life. In this episode, I discuss the belief systems that we carry with us since childhood and help you discover your belief system through a short, guided activity. Once you identify your self-love narrative or your belief system, I give you my philosophy on self-love. You won't find any superficial guidelines in this episode. It's meant to give you the starting point to love yourself in a way that's real, that's deep, that's long-lasting. After listening, you will now know your belief system and hopefully, will start your self-love journey by finding your fire within.
