It was a hit.
It was a hit, everybody lovedit, everyone grew Everyone
expanded.

Goddess Brittney King (01:43):
It was a vibe.
People's lives are different.
Grew Everyone expanded.
It was a vibe.
People's lives are different inthe best ways.
It's feeling so, so good.
And something that Lisette and Ireally value is integrity and
having a space that is held in acertain frequency and a certain
integrity that allows us to beable to go deep with this kind

(02:03):
of transformational work.
And we found the place.
And not only did we find theplace, we found the woman who
birthed it.
Anahata is freaking incredible.
Let me just read her.
Let me read her bio.
The full one will be in the shownotes, but Anahata Ananda is a
master healer, spiritual guideand founder of Shamanjelic

(02:25):
Healing, blending the compassionof an angel with the wisdom of
a shaman.
For over 25 years, she hassupported thousands on profound
journeys of emotional release, core healing and spiritual
awakening.
Drawing from her extensivetraining with indigenous healers
and global spiritual teachers, she artfully breathes together
breathwork, energy, healing andempowered living practices.

(02:48):
I mean this just scrapes thetip of what it is that she does,
and I just feel so honored tohave her on the podcast today,
because we're going to go deepy'all.
We're talking about trust.
We're talking about followingspirit.
We're going to talk about allthe things, but first like,
subscribe, share this podcastfar and wide.

Lisset King (03:08):
We love making this for you and, like we said
before, we know who's listening.
We love you, we appreciate youand share this so that it can
spread through our community.
Absolutely.

Goddess Brittney King (03:20):
Okay, let's give her a call.

Anahata (03:22):
Hi Anahata, Thank you so much for being here, my gosh,
my heart is just overflowingright now.
Just so good to see you guysagain.

Lisset King (03:32):
Yeah, yes, it's an honor to have you on the show.
We just gave your bio and, inyour own words, how do you serve
?

Anahata (03:41):
You know, my heart and soul is to inspire someone to
find their light within, whichmay mean to discover and
courageously guilt shame, likewhat is in the way of your light
, and then really like let's goshine then, as you guys were

(04:12):
just at Shine in Sedona, it's.
You know, then, the mission inthat location is to inspire
millions to shine, and so havingthat venue is perfect for the
work that I do, because I lovesupporting people going through
their process and coming home tothe true essence of who they

(04:33):
truly are and then shine it,bring it, bring your gifts like,
step out and serve in whateverway is in the highest divine
alignment for each individual, and that's going to look so
different for each of us.

Goddess Brittney King (04:45):
Yeah, oh, what a powerful, powerful space
that you hold, space thatyou've built temple, I mean,
gosh, I I'm just in awe of youand your work and the space and
I'm just so curious like whatled you to walk this path, how,
how, what led you to be thespace holder for people to shine

(05:06):
their light?

Anahata (05:08):
I think it's getting so lost.
You know we tend to follow thewrong people for the wrong
reason down the wrong path.
So I've heard, you know, justfollowing social cues and social
pressures, and I guess this iswhat I'm supposed to do next.
And you know, those littlemicro decisions off soul truth

(05:34):
take a toll over time where it'slike, okay, I created this life
, but is it what I truly desire?
Am I fulfilled, am I happy oram I lost?
Am I disconnected, am Iinauthentic and am I depressed
or sad or just not in alignment?
So then, when we're not inalignment in whatever way, in

(05:57):
our relationships, with oursexuality, with our service,
like how we show up, then thereis a secondary consequence to
that which is depression,addiction, insecurity.
So there's all these secondarycompensating factors that come

(06:18):
into play and then thataccelerates our misalignment.
And so I went through my darknight of the soul when I was
going through what I call amarital liberation, also known
as divorce.
I like the rebrand as far as notthat we weren't like ending the

(06:38):
marriage contract, but for somany reasons it was not an
integrity, and I was a mother oftwins that were three years old
and it took me a real deepinner search.
To be like this is not anintegrity for me.
This relationship is notrespectful, it's not honest, it

(06:59):
is not true, I'm getting lost,I'm not, I'm not myself here,
I'm not being seen or honored orsupported, and lots of other
reasons I won't get into, yeah.
But that was a big choice andthat sent me down a big self
inquiry journey of like, what amI going to do with my life here

(07:23):
?
Because I'm a mother of twinsthat are three years old and
I've got to get my shit together.
I've got to make sure that I'mnot passing on the anger and the
resentment and the rage thatI'm currently feeling down to
the next generation of my kids, you know.
So that sent me on a journey oflet's heal the anger and the

(07:45):
rage.
But it wasn't just from themarriage.
It was from way back fromchildhood experiences and
traumas that never got healed, from depression or addiction or
you know, physical pain, betrayal that never got dealt
with, and so it just built upover time and it was catching up

(08:09):
with me and I knew that Ididn't want to be the mom that
was going to pass on thosewounds to my children.
So I was also quite impatientat the time that you know
traditional therapies were notworking for me.
It was just kind of lip servicein the shallow end, at least

(08:29):
for what I was experiencing and.
I'm not getting anywhere and I'mjust too impatient to be like.
I don't have five years tofigure this out.
I want the most efficient like.
Give me the hard core stuffright now.
And so I was drawn to shamanichealing modalities and so much

(08:49):
from shamanic breath work anddeep emotional release, so much
shadow, darkness, emotion, ragewas released and I felt so much
lighter.
And at the same time I wasdrawn to learn how to open and

(09:09):
connect to spirituality andconsciousness.
And I was cleansing my physicalbody.
I was cleansing my emotionalbody.
I was healing my heart frombetrayal, many types of betrayal
.
I was stepping into my truthand my power.
I was using my voice.
I was clearing my beliefs andreinstalling new belief system

(09:31):
and then connecting more todivinity, more meditation.
I was literally balancing mychakras and opening in them.
And from doing that, like all inmy healing, gifts turned on.
I could clairvoyance, seeing,clairsentience, feeling,
claircognizance, knowing andclairaudience.
Here it all turned on at thesame time and I was like whoa, I

(09:56):
have gifts here and I didn'tknow what to do with them.
So my dark night of the soulsent me down this path of my own
healing journey, which sent medown the path of awakening my
gifts, which then sent me downthe path of all right.
Learn how to work with these, learn new modalities, put them
together, follow your intuitionand then start offering your

(10:19):
healing gifts out to people thatneed the most so that they can
be supported through their darknight of the soul.
Whatever that looks like.
Yeah, 25 year journey of doingthat.
You're like oh, just that, justthe.
So that's what happened.

Lisset King (10:34):
Marriage liberation man, yeah yeah, it's wild.
There's always.
For me, I've noticed thispivotal moment in your life,
this decision point, and it'slike we're either going this way
or that way and conventionallife is going to tell you muscle
through it.
You made a vow, or you canfollow your spirit, and you did,

(10:58):
and wow, the activation.

Anahata (11:01):
Well, I know the work that you guys do, in alignment
with the work that I do, is, isstepping into your personal
power, around your solar plexus, around your identity, your
truth, your authenticity, yourlight.
Those are all of the things youknow, many of the things that
our work has in common, and sothat means, at some point you're
going to individuate from thecollective.

Lisset King (11:23):
Yeah, yes.

Anahata (11:24):
Some point.
It's not about pleasing thecommunity or self-abandoning to
get somebody else's approval orlove, or to avoid criticism or
somebody else's judgment or justto fit in at some point.
The the staying small is justtoo much of a cost and we've got

(11:45):
to break through that.
And that's that awakening thathappens when you start following
your inner knowing and thatbecomes your soul guidance and
your spiritual guidance and itjust becomes too costly to
self-abandon anymore and tobetray anymore, because then you

(12:05):
just keep attracting.
Everybody betrays me.
It's like hold up.
I did it first.
Yes, hold up.
I wasn't honoring the red flags,I wasn't trusting my intuition,
I wasn't listening to my innerknowing.
So it starts coming back to meto also, in that same solar
plexus, to be accountable forwhere I'm not honoring my truth.

(12:27):
Therefore, I'm creating thechaos that I'm experiencing, the
level of maturing and levelingup and being accountable and
being honest about the fact thatwhen I don't listen, I create
pain, chaos, drama, sufferingfor myself.
Okay, let me sit with thattruth for a minute, yes, and

(12:52):
then like okay, well, what am Igoing to do differently?
Because if I'm going to changemy reality, it's going to start
with me.
It's not that everybody elseisn't trustworthy, because some
are and some aren't, and if I'mhonoring my intuition, I'll be
able to tell who's who.

Lisset King (13:06):
Yes, yes.
I would love to ask a questionregarding when you said all of
your gifts got turned on at thesame time.
We both dealt with clients thathave had very similar
experiences.
How do you guide someone whenthey're having that big?

Anahata (13:25):
activation.
Yes, you know, one of myabsolute passions and gifts is
to support lightworkers.
Of course I work with seekersthat are going through their
process, wherever they are ontheir journey of awakening their
dark night, their heart opening, stepping into their truth,

(13:46):
their dark night, their heartopening, stepping into their
truth.
You know, and once you havefelt this call, wait, I'm a
light worker or I am a healer,even if I don't understand fully
what that means or I don't yetknow what my gifts are, how to
use them.
One of my favorite things andthat's my shamanjelic 14 day
training is to help people trustthose voices, that gift,

(14:08):
because it's going to be in oneor many areas where they can see
, feel, hear or know.
And in the training we get tosee, all right, what one or ones
of those are your naturalaffinity.
And then how does that show up?
Do your hands get warm?

(14:29):
Do you just have thisinclination to ask this question
or use this instrument, or doyou have this visual that keeps
coming up?
Or can you see where the energyis blocked?
Or do you see colors or images?
Or can you hear spirit, likewhatever it is?
I'm like let's go, let's find it, and then let's fill your

(14:52):
medicine bag with differenttools and practices that fit
with your natural gifts so thatthey become amplifiers.
Because I'm like to be straightup honest, I'm just too
impatient.
I'm truth time.
Totally I want the fast pace, you know.

(15:15):
That doesn't mean that somehealing doesn't take its time,
for sure.
But I also want what can I doto stack different experiences
or use different tools ormodalities that weave together
to amplify and deepen andaccelerate someone's
transformation and awakeningshaman?

(15:35):
Jellic breath work has beenthat for me.

Goddess Brittney King (15:38):
Well, this might be personal and if
you want to go there, go, let'sgo.
But like when you, when youwere having the experience of,
like all the gifts turning on,like, what was that like?
Was there overwhelm?
Was there fear?
Like, how did you navigate that?
What were the challenges around?
Did you share that with friendsand family?
Or was it like me and my shaman.

Anahata (16:01):
Well, I think, in the right circles you can share that
, and then the right circles youcan share that, and in the
right circles it's understoodand it's not like you're whacked
.
You have, you know, gone overthe deep end.
I was knowing, as soon as theywould touch me or ask me a

(16:34):
question, I would flash to somepart of their life that I didn't
necessarily consent to knowing, and so it was super
overwhelming to have suchinformation, to know about that
person's cheating, that personhas a cancer, this person's
death is coming soon unless achange happens.
And I was like whoa, way toomuch information.
And so I needed to learn how toopen and close those gates,

(16:55):
because when you areclairsentient or where, if you
are very, you know, sensitiveperson, then you feel everything
and you don't want to feeleverything.
It'll be overwhelming.
And then that's wherelightworkers and healers start
getting overwhelmed and and andand dis-ease.

Lisset King (17:18):
So, in.

Anahata (17:19):
One of the things is learning clear boundaries.
It's one of the first coursesthat I teach in my training of
like clear boundaries, what'syours and what's not yours,
cause it should not be runningyour their energy through you A
thousand percent.
We are not the vessel fortransmuting somebody else's
shadow.
Right Hold space for that tohappen.

(17:41):
And um thing is, I just doveinto training so that I could
learn more skills about how torefine when I'm seeing something
, when I'm feeling something, and how I could use my skills to
actually benefit somebody'sdepression, their diagnosis,

(18:02):
their disease, their challenges.
Like how do I utilize that toolin a way that's beneficial for
somebody else?
Because knowing somethingdoesn't mean I know how to
present it in such a way thatcreates healing and
transformation.
And I've got to be able to readwhat level of openness and a

(18:25):
resistance is available, and ifI'm not reading that right,
they're going to close and pullback.

Lisset King (18:32):
Yeah.

Anahata (18:33):
So there's a lot of skill and refinement that
happens there, because you canhave these wonderful intuitive
gifts and if they're not refinedand practiced, skilled and safe
, with clear boundaries, someone's going to be left less
whole.

Lisset King (18:48):
Yeah.

Anahata (18:50):
Someone's going to have an energy drain or you know
where, it's not going to leaveeverybody better.

Lisset King (18:56):
Yeah.

Anahata (18:57):
And you want to win-win for both parties?
Yeah, and so just because I canread energy doesn't mean I have
all my fields open when I'mgoing to the airport.
Oh, you know, like I, I openthem for a session and I close
them up.
Yep, yep, yep, yep.

Lisset King (19:16):
And I'm sure that's learning how to shut it down in
itself is a training is atraining right.

Anahata (19:31):
And then how to read what is presenting itself, the
subtle, the emotions, the bodylanguage, the tone, what is not
being said.
So it's also skilled in askingquestions and really deeply
listening to what is being saidand what is not being said, so
that then you can create adiagnostic as to where to go
next.
So then we learned thestructures around the chakras as

(19:53):
a diagnostic for what might beout of balance, or the feminine
and masculine, or the elements.
So we have a free gift we'regoing to give you that We'll do
a guided visualization aboutbalancing the chakras, since
we've been talking about chakrasso excited.

Goddess Brittney King (20:05):
So excited, so excited.
Yes, there's a gift.
Well, I really want to dive inabout something specific that
really stuck to me and I feellike our conversation has really
teed us up, because we'retalking about this deep
listening, we're talking aboutsource spirit and something that
struck me so beautifully waswhen I was looking for a space

(20:26):
to host retreat, like spirit wastalking to me and it's like
it's Sedona and I'm looking andI'm like, energetically, I'm
looking where's the space?
And I found the wings, apicture of the wings which led
me to your site and it was sucha beautiful, different
experience of a website becauseit was like do you want to host
here?
And there was you talking fromyour heart to camera about what

(20:51):
this space, what shine, is, andit moved me and I was just like
she fucking cares, like shecares and she knows what's up.
And that is the intention and, yes, I can bring my people here
and getting to meet you and hearjust a little bit about the
story of how you've been founded, shine, which I'd love for you
to share.

(21:11):
My deeper question is how didyou learn to trust spirit and to
trust those messages and totrust to walk the?

Anahata (21:19):
path.
I'll let you know when Ifigured it out.
It is a daily test and practice.
I'll let you know when I'vefigured it out.
It is a daily test and practice.
I'll tell you.
Well, first of all, you knowpeople that find Shine Sedona,
people that find me, people thatfind you are following that
soul, knowing they're followingit, or else they wouldn't have

(21:42):
come to Sedona, they wouldn't.
You wouldn't have found shine, you wouldn't be doing the work
that you're doing.
And the people that show up atyour retreats, the people that
walk through the door at shine, are following that.
They're like I it was just aGoogle search, or a friend of
mine told me, or I was walkingby and so the people that find

(22:02):
you are already doing that, theyare already listening.
Everybody that came to theretreat either felt it, heard it
, saw it or knew that they weremeant to be there.
And then, when you get thateverybody listening or watching,
you also have at least one ofthose channels open, or you

(22:26):
wouldn't be on this podcastright now for sure, absolutely.
So the first thing is we mightbe saying, oh well, I want to
see things, but we might beclear audience and hear messages
.
So this is about allowingwhatever messages, whatever way
in which you are getting theinsight, to lean into that.

(22:48):
Now, when you get a messagelike in the middle of COVID to
open a brick and mortar, or it'stime to break up with this
person, or it's time to quitthis job, or it's time to break
up with this person, or it'stime to quit this job, or it's
time to move to a new city, orwhatever it is time to write a
book.
Whatever the message is doesn'tmean the message isn't scary,

(23:11):
af yeah.

Lisset King (23:13):
Yes.

Anahata (23:14):
And just because it's scary doesn't mean it's not the
right message.
So when you're walking the soulpath path, you really get to
practice a whole lot facing thefear dragon like right in your
face so you could fail.
It's covid, like everybody'sgoing out of business and you

(23:34):
don't have the skills, or or,like you, you don't have the
money, whatever it is like.
We all have this inner dialoguewhere the fear dragon is full
you know, game of Thrones, firedragon Just wanting to
completely dissolve yourconfidence, your faith, your

(23:58):
trust in yourself, yourintuition, and just feed your
doubt, your insecurities andeverybody else's potential
judgment, your fear of failure.
Like those are up likeshadowboxing you every day when
you're walking on your soul pathand you just get.
You get.
You get to practice learning.

(24:20):
If this message message is forme, it's for me.
If this path is for me, it'sfor me and there must be a way.
So let me ask divine, creator, source, higher self, whatever,
help a sister out here, yeah, help a brother out here, because
I don't know what I'm doing.
Just because you're walkingyour soul mission doesn't mean
you're masterful at it.

(24:40):
I haven't run a brick andmortar in the middle of these
economic times and I'm stilllearning daily.
I'm still on my knees likehumble pie daily.
That doesn't mean I'm not inalignment.
I am in alignment, I am onpurpose with my soul mission and

(25:01):
I've never felt more fulfilled.
I've never really, at a soullevel, my soul bank account,
knowing that I am filling up mysoul currency bank account.

Lisset King (25:13):
Yeah.

Anahata (25:14):
You know, so that at the end of my life I will know I
served it up.

Lisset King (25:18):
Yeah, yeah, you did .

Anahata (25:20):
I was all in.
It doesn't mean it was alwaysyeah, you did, I was all in
Doesn't mean it was alwaysgraceful or successful.
But I think one of the thingsthat happens when you start
walking that path and trusting, you ask for help, you trust a
lot and you say I don't have todo this all by myself.
There are other people thathave walked a similar path by

(25:44):
myself.
There are other people thathave walked a similar path.
I am going to have to try newthings and get familiar and get
comfortable with it being messyand be humble enough to say but
I put myself out there and Ilearned what doesn't work.
I'm really good at learningwhat doesn't work, yeah.

Goddess Brittney King (26:01):
Yeah.

Anahata (26:01):
So I know a few more things about what isn't it?
Yeah, yeah, yes, yeah, you knowwe get to really practice being
your own cheerleader, unhookedfrom external validations of
success, you know?
oh well, my parents think I'mnuts or you know this isn't the

(26:21):
right time to be like all ofthose judgments, and you really
get to individuate and be yourown queen, your own king that
says I'm creating my own, youknow empire here of things that
align with who I am, and so somethat means some people in your
current circle aren't going tomake the cut that support who

(26:42):
you are becoming.

Lisset King (26:44):
Yeah.

Anahata (26:45):
So there's constant refinements with your circle,
your daily practices, yourbelief system, your inner
dialogue and courageous, courageous leaps of faith, over
and over and over again.
And when the fear dragon winsand it will sometimes there's
the opportunity to say, okay, what did I learn?

(27:09):
Again, what doesn't work?
Where can I be more creative, more resourceful, more resilient
?
And it's a daily practice.
But I'll tell you, it's waymore fulfilling than being so
far off your truth that yourlife force is being sucked out
of you daily.

Lisset King (27:29):
Yeah.

Anahata (27:30):
Yeah, been there now and then then numbing as a
consequence.
Yep, not that anyone knows whatI'm talking about.

Goddess Brittney King (27:38):
These are people we heard about All just
read about it.

Anahata (27:42):
We read about best friends dealing with that.
I've never, actually ever, andso I can feel that contrast
between the success what successused to like, look like in my
twenties versus what successfeels like and is like in my 50s

(28:03):
, and the joy factor ofcollaborating and aligning with
people like you guys and gettingto serve people like all the
people that came to your retreat, and doing it in Sedona in a
venue that is high vibe andcrystals in the wall and there's
golden wings on the wall, andthen I get to see other people

(28:24):
step into their power and findtheir voice and it's like damn,
that was a good day, you know, like yes, changed lives today.

Lisset King (28:34):
Yeah, like win, win , win win, win, win, so you also
get this soul nourishing rewardthat other things just don't
provide.

Anahata (28:51):
It's so true, and you followed your true, you followed
your intuition by finding shine, you know.
And then magic happens when youtrust your intuition, because
then you're like oh, I justwalked in this door, or I picked
up the phone and like that'show you walk the path is I just
had this idea.
Or this is the third time I'veheard about this.

(29:12):
Yeah, someone told me.
Or I just know I have to go toSedona and like what happens is
that's the quantum acceleratorthat collapses linear time.

Lisset King (29:24):
Yes.

Anahata (29:27):
And you trust your intuition and courageously act
upon it Doesn't mean it's notmessy sometimes, but that's the
quantum accelerator.

Lisset King (29:38):
It's fantastic your space had such a in.
In my lineage we call it thecall like you put out.
At least it felt that way, likewe just answered it.
There was a call put out andand it was for light workers,
people who guide to come here, because I'm sure you just have

(30:00):
it, just has a grid and a filter, like not just anybody's going
to come and be like I want tohost.
Can we have a poker tournament?

Anahata (30:06):
like it's not that type of guy.
You cannot even imagine who haswanted to do things.
Oh, we don't do that here.
Yes, integrity, integrity, yeah, um, it is very intentional and
because for doing the work 25years I've been facilitating
healing, transformation andawakening.

(30:28):
What I know is that the venuewithin which you serve has a lot
to do with providing stability, safety and invitation, a high
vibe when you're facilitating.
Tonight I'm going to befacilitating breath work in that
space tonight sold out tonight, and I know when I walk in as a

(30:51):
facilitator I'm going to be likebecause the spiritual counsel
that I have invoked thatinhabits that room is going to
be supporting me.
The space is going to be clean.
All the amenities there, everything I need need is just
totally pristine.
And when people walk in, theirnervous system softens and so it

(31:14):
allows.
The venue supports me as thefacilitator, supports me as the
facilitator and also as peoplewalk in, we're able to go deeper
because they feel thecohesiveness of the field, of
the venue and my field, alreadymeeting them and welcoming them,

(31:34):
because we've all been inchaotic spaces before.
Oh yeah, disintegrated Smelllike feet.
Yeah, like feet yeah, weird, yeah, yeah, exactly.
And or the lighting is off orharsh, yeah, and the facilitator

(31:55):
is ungrounded and scattered andto.
To me, if I'm holding space forsomeone's healing and
transformation, safety, presence, cohesiveness is an integrity
and professionalism is anon-negotiable starting point.
And in my training I am allabout integrity, groundedness

(32:18):
and safety, because you know wewant to start at a minimum at
that level and then build trustimmediately.
And so, yes, lizette, as youwere saying, hey, I could feel
you call that's my job to havemy daily meditations putting out

(32:39):
to the universe that says bringthe people that are meant to
facilitate here, that are meantto shop here, that are meant to
be supported because they justlost a loved one or they're
going through a divorce, or youguys, maybe you know, wanting to
start a family and do a wombblessing bring those people that
are going to have their fieldenhanced Maybe it's an

(33:03):
overworked mom and she needs areset, or a light worker that is
coming to fill their medicinebag and step into their power.
I'm like bring the seekers, bring the light workers, bring
the shoppers, bring, you know, the influencers that are going
to benefit from walking into ourspace and they're going to be

(33:23):
left more whole.
Whatever that looks like, we'rehere to tailor how that looks.
Whatever somebody needs whenthey walk in the door at Shine,
because we always say welcome toShine and it's an invitation to
find your light as well, tofind your light as well.
So that's my job to be sendingout the marketing cosmic quantum

(33:50):
attraction beams Like that's mydaily job.
Okay, marketing angels, get outthere, do your thing, and then I
better listen.
If I get a hit from hey, reachout to this person to do a
collaboration or send a messageto this person and just see how
they're doing and, like alsothroughout the day, if I put

(34:11):
that out there, then I also haveto be listening to spirit
showing up, giving me actionitems, how to allow that in.
I can't be saying, be saying, hey, universe, bring them in,
and then not listen to all themessages of how that could
actually happen.
Then I'm just blocking it.

Goddess Brittney King (34:29):
So that's clear avoidance and clear
ignorance because, girl is alsoreally good at those too yeah,
oh, it reminds me that sometimesI have clients or people.
They'll come to events and it'slike I'll be like, oh well,
this, this, and they're like, oh, I only read the first part of
the email, didn't read the rest.
And then there's like there'sconfusion in the field, and so

(34:51):
it's this beautiful thing oflike, when we're, when we're
being intentional and we'resending out messages and we're
receiving messages, it's likelisten to all of spirit's
message out messages and we'rereceiving messages.
It's like listen to all ofspirit's message, just listen to
the whole message.

Anahata (35:10):
It's kind of like when you pull a card and you're like
okay, I got that one yesterday.
Next I need five more cards andthe universe just keeps saying
patience, no, I got it.
Next, You're like patiencelistening.
You're like, oh, I got it.

Goddess Brittney King (35:23):
That was literally my walk in the woods
this morning, was the meditationof patience and presence and
literally I kept like.
It was like random thought, random thought and I was like
patience, presence, touch a treethat I would start walking
spiral, spiral, tripped over aramp.
I'm like right, presence, patience, right presence,

(35:46):
patience, be here, be here, sothanks for the reminder again,
for my fifth card for theuniverse.

Anahata (35:49):
You know repeat patterns, you know tripping.
I literally, about four weeksago, tripped over a rock yeah,
totally first time in in ever.
Yeah, hiking that I had a falland literally sprained my wrist.
My masculine hand that waspushing, grabbing impatience,

(36:09):
like the irony, wasn't lost.
All right, all right, I have toreceive more because I couldn't
do anything with my right hand, like the masculine wing was so
overcompensating.
And when you just have thatmasculine energy pushing and
forcing or ignoring or rushing,it's trying to get off the

(36:30):
ground with one wing and youjust go in circles.

Lisset King (36:32):
Hypothetical, again , none of us have ever done this
.

Anahata (36:35):
This is also learning how to leverage our feminine you
know wing, our intuition, listening, patience, presence,
sensitivity and like that divineconnection, creativity, passion
, like all of these things thatare also when we go together.

(37:00):
That's why there's 14-footwings on the wall at Shine is so
that we can blend our feminineand masculine and strengthen the
weakened parts of our feminineor masculine, or release and
evolve those toxic parts andup-level them so that then our
feminine and masculine wing canbe in harmony, can be in

(37:23):
integrity, can be respectful andwith our heart in the middle.
That's opening.
Wow.
Here comes cosmic flight.
And this is another, like oneof those quantum accelerators is
wow, I can go a lot higher anda lot farther when I'm not just
trying to use one wing.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

(37:43):
So there's constant refinementsfrom the universe.
Yeah, that's why I say like oh,you know, like, well, how's that
working for you?
Like, oh, it's always a work inprogress, and especially living
in Sedona, where it's neverlets up.

Goddess Brittney King (37:59):
Oh, I'm sure I mean you're in the vortex
.
You're in the vortex, you're inthe cosmic soup, you're in the
other.
It's like no here.
Well, I have like a round tablequestion for the group.
Um, like us following, knowingit's been a daily practice, it
could be either the mosthumbling or just the one that
comes to mind.
What has been one of your bigthreshold moments of initiation

(38:23):
of like the universe is shaking.
You feel the call and you haveto answer it.
We'll start with you, alyssa.

Lisset King (38:32):
I think one of the ones that stands out in this
moment was the day we wereplanning our wedding, and so
we're like hey, let's get ahotel, let's eat some mushrooms,
because planning a wedding isbetter.
On that, and we decided this iswhat we're going to do.
And I remember being in abathtub and we had just had the
most beautiful, deepconversation of like really, we

(38:55):
started planning our marriage, forgot about the wedding.
It was just like startedplanning our marriage and I got
a download from spirit sayingForgot about the wedding.
It was like started planningour marriage and I got a
download from Spirit sayingtoday's the day you need to get
married today and I'm like youneed to chill, I am on mushrooms
right now.

Anahata (39:09):
Claire avoidance, Claire ignorance.

Lisset King (39:16):
Like leave a sister alone with that.
And I heard it was very still.
But again it said today is aportal, you must jump through it
.
And I was like, okay, it wasleap day.
And I said, babe, would youwant to get married on February
29th 2020?
We were planning a wedding forJune and I said would you want

(39:37):
to get married today?
Spirit said we should and shegoes, I'd marry you today,
called up a friend, came over, married us and we eloped you
know, because the best way tonot piss off anyone is to piss
off everyone.
And we got married that day andtwo weeks later was locked down
.
So the wedding we were planning, that we're about to dump money
into and invest into, wouldhave never happened.

(39:58):
And that was just like.
It was actually a very sweetmoment.
It wasn't.
There wasn't a lot to fightagainst when, when you're on
mushrooms, yeah, you're like no,but you answered it.

Anahata (40:09):
It sounds like a great idea.
Yeah, yeah.

Lisset King (40:12):
Yeah, recommend to everyone.

Goddess Brittney King (40:13):
Yeah For you.
What do you feel?
What moments coming?

Anahata (40:16):
through.
I think most recently that wasin the middle of covid, like in
that same year.
Later, that year was open, abrick and mortar when
everything's shutting down.
And I kept seeing these goldenwings in my, in my, every time I
closed my eyes.
I kept seeing these goldenwings and like sparks of light

(40:39):
coming out of sedona, goldensparks like a spiritual center
that just sparked, kind of likemy crown, chakra plant, like
fireworks of golden light thatare that were just going around
the globe, that from the centerthese sparks of light are going
to be going around.
And I just every time I tried to, you know, go to sleep, it was

(41:03):
there.
If I tried to do something else, it was there and I couldn't
shake it and I was like go away,go away.
And then it was like, well, what would this look like?
And this was one of those timesat two in the morning when I
really rather be sleeping andlike it was so loud and like so
much information.

(41:23):
And I go, well, what would itlook like?
And I never get out of bed, goand grab my computer, turn it on
and in bed I'm like what wouldit look like?
And it was seven pages of ideas.
Well, there would be a bigboutique who do I know?
That would already be, you knowproducts in.
We'd need a healing room.

(41:44):
It would look like this therewould be a biomed in there, like
, and the main room would looklike this these are the kinds of
offerings.
This is the name.
Here's the website, like, like, what kind of content would we
have?
Training could happen there.
Sound healing could happenthere, breath work, meditation,
women's retreat, men's retreats,wellness retreats.
I mean, like.
The download was three hoursand seven pages of detailed

(42:08):
information and I was like I'mnot saying I'm doing anything.
This is just an exercise.
This was just, you know, alittle homework exercise and it
sparked something inside me thatI might I actually do have the

(42:32):
pieces.
I've been gathering the piecesfor this and there's pieces that
are missing, but somebody knowswhat I don't know about brick
and mortar overhead, or likelease contracts, cause I knew 0%
about any of those things andit's like just like hey
publishing a book.
You're like hey, first timeauthors.

(42:52):
You don't know what you'redoing, but somebody does.
You know if you're not a healer, but you're doing, but somebody
does.
Someone does.
You know if you're not a healer, but you're called to it.
Somebody knows how to build ahealing practice and like and
help you figure out your gifts,so that, well, I don't know how
to do this, I've never done thisbefore Does not fly.
And so it was kind ofinteresting, because if you're

(43:16):
answering no because of fear, doubt or lack, those are not
valid answers, and I was likeall of my reasoning against this
are all in this big, sloshybucket big fear, doubt and lack
were all my reasons that I gookay, those can be dealt with.

(43:37):
And then it set me down a pathof learning how to put a pitch
deck for investors and how do Ido lease contracts, and it
turned like I was just in awhole new area, way outside my
natural skill set, following andtrusting that.
So I'd say that was that onefor me and I'm still like

(43:58):
swimming through it and learningand growing.
But it is my classroom, it's myteacher, it's also my, my
platform and it's my baby and italso is something way bigger
than me.
That isn't about me at all.
Mm, hmm, mm hmm, it'll be whatit is.

Goddess Brittney King (44:16):
Yeah.

Anahata (44:17):
What about you, Brittany?

Goddess Brittney King (44:18):
Oh gosh, these are all so good.
So first um, for me it was thecall to hold space for women.
You know, I was not sure.
I used to work in production.
I used to work for mediacompany and making videos and
all this stuff and I wasn'treally happy with it.
And then on our honeymoon Ifilmed a movie about us and I'm

(44:40):
like I'm going to make adocumentary.
All this stuff got so excited, sat down to finally do it, hated
it like, hated the process ofputting it together and I was
sitting with a lot in mushroomceremonies, a lot, and I kept
seeing myself like on a polebecause I pull dance in this
like very big splay, and it wassomething that was just like so

(45:02):
pleasure filled and I was justso confused and I literally was
like spirit, am I making porn?
Like what's my purpose?
What's my purpose?
And it was just like mespreading.
Me spreading and I was just likewhat eagle.
And I was just like what I was, like I no judgment, I just
don't know if that's my calling.
You know, I was just like.

(45:22):
I was so confused and then, like one day, literally I felt
like the mushroom was like stoptalking, put the camera down.
You have been on this path andit's time for you to hold a
light for others on this path.
Hold the light.
And it changed me and I and Ileaned in and it was just it was

(45:44):
.
I answered the call and I waslike I don't know how to run a
business.
No one in my family wasbusiness owners.
Everyone has a very traditionaljob and a doctorate.
So it was just like I wasalready.
I'm going to queers, I'malready out there in left field,
um, and luckily I had mybeautiful wife, who's just a
cheerleader and a supporter, andshe was like if you hear spirit

(46:05):
, be obedient to spirit andlisten, and like we're going to
figure it all out and stuff likethat, and it's like you want to
make porn.

Lisset King (46:12):
Let's make porn.
I'd support all your dreams.

Anahata (46:17):
Dedicated wife.
You are Lizette.

Lisset King (46:18):
She is.

Goddess Brittney King (46:19):
I'm here for you.
But to be that and to now be inthe other side of crossing the
thing and have those momentslike when you know, you know,
you feel you're like this is mygift, this is why I came, this
is what I was here to do and yousee it, and you're just like

(46:40):
today was a fucking great day.
This episode of Honest Feedbackis brought to you by King
Experiences us.
We are honored to invite you toour most intimate retreat ever,
the goddess experience, inPuerto Vallarta, in the lush

(47:03):
jungle, the most beautiful land,so sacred healing water, high
vibration food, and we areholding you as you remember who
you actually are, mm-hmm.

Lisset King (47:17):
This space.
First of all, the land itselfis just absolutely healing.
It's got healing waters, thebody workers are shamans from
lineages.
It's next level, and then youget to be held by us.
We're going to do some releasework.
We're doing embodiment.
There's rituals, you know, there's rituals if it's us and
women will leave in touch withtheir divinity, with their power

(47:41):
and living from their truestessence.

Goddess Brittney King (47:43):
Yeah, this is not.
Oh, I went there to learn howto be a goddess.
This is a space, this is areclamation, this is a reminder,
this is a rebirth into who youactually are.
We're shedding away all of themask, all of the lies, all of
the distractions, and living inthat vibration of your truth and
letting you shine your light.
So, if this feels like it isfor you, enrollment is

(48:06):
officially open.
Fill out the application below.
You're going to have a callwith me and if it's a fit, let's
go baby.

Lisset King (48:15):
And now back to our show.
Yeah, it was a great day it wastotally different.

Anahata (48:19):
It rewards a different part of you.
It's not rewarding the ego.
It's not rewarding you know.
Oh, I went, I'm winning in theeyes of my family and their
version of success.
It's a soul, you know.
Reward that, that it feelsdifferent when you say yes to
those things it really does andit's.

(48:40):
And once you feel that, what itfeels like to hear spirit and
to actually act upon it, thenyou start to get more familiar
with oh, this is what it feelslike.
So then you start to trust itsome more, maybe, or ignore it
more and feel that.
And then maybe I'll trysomething different, because

(49:01):
this ain't working.
And I think that in each ofthese stories there is that like
let's go.

Lisset King (49:11):
Yeah.

Anahata (49:12):
Well, like, let's trust and the unknown.
That's where you move outside ofthe box and for everyone.
If you're listening and watching, this is for you, because we're
speaking to that part of youthat is right at the door, right
at the threshold where we haveall been to be as we level up

(49:39):
and learn and change and evolveand grow a new set of wings
again and again in this lifetime, as we outgrow the previous
versions of ourself.
Because we're going to keepdoing that.
We're going to keep leveling upso we're not continuing to
plateau and get comfortable withwhat we used to be.
We're going to continue to grownew wings again and again so we
get more familiar with that.
So, if you're listening rightnow, the invitation from us to

(50:02):
you is to just breathe andlisten and be present as you sit
at the threshold of somethingon the other side that has the
ability to nourish your heartand and your soul in ways that
you haven't yet experienced thatthere's something else there
for you and yes, it'suncomfortable, but just know

(50:25):
we're reaching our hands out toyou to be like all right, let's
jump.
You got this.
We've already been over hereLike we got this.
Okay, count of three.

Lisset King (50:34):
One two, three.

Anahata (50:36):
Okay, let's go.
Okay.
One, we got this.
Okay.
Count of three.
One, two, three.
Okay, let's go Okay.
One, two, Come on, baby, youknow, let's put a great playlist
on like, like.
We will catch you, we got you.
And, most of all, what happenswhen you take that leap is your
own wings appear.
Yeah, you know we may encourageyou, but the but, the but, what

(50:58):
the?
The juicy truth is you findyour own wings and you're less
dependent on everybody else.
You know, that doesn't mean wedon't need community and we're
not here to inspire and supportand encourage each other, but we
tap into a power inside ofourselves that damn, I can fly
into a power inside of ourselves.

Lisset King (51:16):
That damn, I can fly.

Anahata (51:16):
Yeah, and it's like that feels so good.
Yeah, it's not like anyexternal validation or initials
that you can get after your nameor zeros and a paycheck.

Lisset King (51:30):
It's like wow.

Anahata (51:31):
I did that, I can do that, and then we just keep
doing that and that's why it'sreally nice.
What happens in that awakeningprocess is you start finding
your tribe that are go girl, doit, you got this.
And are right there going uh-uh, uh-uh.
You know, when it's about topublish the book or you're about
to do the thing and you want torun and hide, but are also

(51:52):
there saying don't run right now.
Yeah, yeah, I know this nextstep is not little.
It's a big leap.
You're signing the contract, you're letting go of the career,
you're making the investment inyourself and your future self,
and it's and you know a greatsister at this time will also be

(52:13):
like you got this girl.
They'll play cheerleader, butthey'll also be the truth teller
.
That is like stay or get backup.
You got this.
And I think it's reallyimportant that we, we are able
to play all of those roles assisters.
When we're holding support forour, for other sisters that are
struggling with you, know, confidence or doubt or fear

(52:37):
dragons, and just be like yougot this, and continuing to be
that inspiration and thatsupport, but also the truth
teller when you need to hear it.

Goddess Brittney King (52:45):
So yeah, I mean anybody who's hanging
with us in a quantum acceleratedtrain.
They are here for the truth, right?
We tell people you don't, ifyou don't want your life to
change, don't work with us.

Anahata (52:59):
They wouldn't find you, yeah, or they wouldn't stay on
your website or they wouldn'tfind your Instagram.
They wouldn't go past the firsttwo words if they're not
resonant with your vibe and yourmessage.
Just like you stayed on thewebsite with the video that
shines Sedona, because you'relike there's something here.
There's, there's something here, and like all of our magic is

(53:24):
unique.
Our medicine is unique and it'scertainly not for everybody,
and that doesn't mean that it'sthat anyone else is wrong.
It's just like.
Just like I don't like allkinds of music, yeah, yeah, you
know.
So this is where it'svibrational match, where you
find the person, the venue, theteacher, the coach that you need
to go to the next level.

Lisset King (53:45):
Yeah, oh, what a great conversation I know this
has just been beyond beyond.

Goddess Brittney King (53:51):
So, juicy , like, thank you so much for
sharing your wisdom and forbeing a light on the path and
just for crossing the thresholdof listening to spirit and doing
the things, because it's trulyan honor and everything you said
, I'm like yes, this iseverything that I feel, that,

(54:13):
and you know, the work that wewere able to do, the spaces that
we were able to hold womenthrough, got to go so much
deeper, so much faster, becauseof that vibration.
So, thank you just so much forbeing you and your angels there.
Yeah, tell everyone we say hi.

Anahata (54:29):
Yeah, I will.
I will because we're just inlove with you guys, and thank
you for having me, thank you fortrusting your intuition, thanks
for booking the venue, shine, and thank you for allowing me to
co-facilitate with you and takepeople on the land for a vortex
journey.
And thank you, brittany, fortaking the time to do a

(54:51):
one-on-one session so that youcould also be supported in what
you're going through and whatyou both are stepping into on a
personal level.
It's such an honor and aprivilege and I think you
modeled really importantly likehey, let me make sure to
prioritize my time outside ofbeing in service, in trusting
and listening to your intuition.
And the session we had togetherwas so cosmic, I know, and the

(55:17):
session we had together was socosmic, I know.
Yeah, no, and, and we lovehaving you know, people like you
and groups like you coming in,you just, you know, eat up all
the yummy treasures in ourboutique and you're just our
kind of weirdos, basically.

Goddess Brittney King (55:33):
Yeah, yeah, I'm so happy we listen and
we find each other and thankyou so much for the reminder.

Anahata (55:40):
Thank you.
So, people, if you're listening, go get the free gift.
It's going to be a chakrabalancing meditation and then,
you know, come and find, comeand visit.
If you're planning a trip toSedona, come and check out Shine
Sedona.
If you want to host somethingthere, just reach out.
If you need support withanything, we got you.

(56:02):
If you're a light worker, explore the training, whatever
you're going through.
Keep following whatever theseladies are offering, because
they're offering up the magicand the medicine really honestly
, potently and authentically.
So I want to thank everybodyfor tuning in and trusting your
own heart.
Listen to this podcast and keepdoing that.
