She competed at the highest level as a captain for Penn State's dance team from 2015-2019, then pivoted to a coaching role for the 2020 season while finishing graduate school. Today, she's passionate about living optimally in all areas of life and empowering others to elevate their fitness - mentally, spiritually, and physically. She has been a finalist for 4 professional cheerleading teams since 2021, most recently the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders in 2023.
