I am so excited to have herhere today.

(01:00):
If you guys have been listeningto the show, I love meeting
people.
I love connections and weactually connected first and
foremost through Grow back inthe day with Nate and Christy
Johnston Such a profound time tobe in that group and so
thankful.
And then we connected furtherthrough like social media and

(01:24):
had the privilege of just goingdeeper with her earlier this
year.
So, amber, would you be open tosharing more about yourself and
maybe like how has it been foryou since we connected?
It's been a fun journey, hasn'tit?

Speaker 2 (01:40):
Absolutely yeah, and thank you for having me.
Absolutely yeah, and thank youfor having me.

(02:06):
I'm really excited to be heretoday to share with you and your
audience, your listeners, andyeah, so, since we really
connected you and I back inDecember when I joined your New
Wings coaching the one-on-onecoaching I was just in a place
where I had been in a season ofwaiting and I knew that
transition was coming.
But just I needed someone totalk to about it and to explore
that further and deeper.
And there was a post that youhad made shortly before I was
about to turn 40.

(02:27):
And the Lord had already beenspeaking to me about 40, had
been preparing me for months.
I felt like just in anticipation, that with turning 40, there
was going to be a change, therewas going to be a transition and
a new chapter was going tostart.
And so you had made a post andyou had mentioned specifically

(02:49):
the number 40.
And I thought, okay, I need to,I need to connect with her and
just kind of explore this andsee what this is about.
And I went on your site and wasjust reading some of the
reviews and everything thatthese reviews were talking about
.
I just knew in my spirit thatthat's.
That's what I needed.
I needed, like a spiritualmidwife to to help me through

(03:12):
this process and just kind of,you know, um help navigate the
waters of of transition.
And so, uh, yeah, we had thatinitial um I don't remember what
it was called, but like theinitial call.

Speaker 1 (03:28):
It's like a discovery call.

Speaker 2 (03:30):
Yes, discovery call to see if it would be, you know,
a good fit.
And it was, and it was just so Imean I have so many notes, my
journaling took off during thattime Like I couldn't hardly keep
up with things the Lord wasshowing and speaking and

(03:50):
revealing through our sessions.
And just really that time, those sessions that we had just
really digging in and the thingsthat the Lord would highlight
to you and the things that youwould hear, it would be directly
connected to something elsethat you know he had already
been sharing with me, orsomething he had spoken but I

(04:12):
had forgotten about.
Or you know, there were thingsthat weren't on my radar even,
um, that that he would speak andhighlight.
And, yeah, I mean I just havepages and pages and pages of
discovery, yeah, and so, yeah, Iturned 40 and it's just been a

(04:38):
lot of change has happened, goodchange, and, yeah, just really
really grateful for that timeand can't recommend these
sessions enough.
Sometimes you just need somebodyto come alongside you and you
know, yeah, just hold your handthrough it, and especially with

(05:01):
someone like you who has thatprophetic gifting of of being
able to hear certain things inthe spirit and, um, yeah, I, I,
just I can't recommend it enough.

Speaker 1 (05:14):
Well, thank you Um, you know we.
I always say you know, it's likea three-way call with Holy
Spirit and it's such a privilegeto to do this and, gosh, what a
privilege to walk alongside youand see the things that the
Lord's calling you into in thistime.
And I would love for you toshare a little bit more of what
that looks like.

(05:34):
And I know you mentioned maybewe can back it up a little bit
the weight, right, I often callit weight training, w-a-i-t
training.
So what did that look like foryou and how?
I know waiting can be reallychallenging sometimes, right?
So what did that look like foryou and how did you I don't know
I'm hearing like endure thatwaiting season?

Speaker 2 (05:57):
Yeah, so it was.
It was a process, you know, I Ihad just so year I was in
Israel for a couple of months, which that's a whole story of
how the Lord called me there, and it pertains to Israel and
and as it goes in Israel, so itgoes with the rest of the world

(06:28):
and you know, supportive of ofIsrael and that kind of thing.
But it wasn't really until umOctober 7th that things shifted,
um, uh, quite dramatically forme.
And just the, the very specific, undeniable call that um I
heard from the Lord to go toIsrael.
And so I had been in Israel fora few months last year and I

(06:51):
came back thinking that I wasgoing to go back pretty soon and
because when I was there, I hadreceived a very specific word
from the Lord, a very specificcall, as I was reading through
scripture, and it was just thatrhema word.
You know, when you're readingthe word of God and there's

(07:12):
times where something justexplodes in your spirit.
And I had one of thoseencounters with the Lord one day
in prayer when I was inJerusalem, and I knew what he
was calling me to do.
And so I came back and I didn'thave all the details, I had

(07:34):
just the general idea, but Ididn't have all the details and
I didn't know how that was goingto unfold.
And I'll go ahead and share thescripture.
Let me turn to it, just share.
So I was in prayer one day overIsrael and I came to Isaiah 49,

(07:54):
22.
And when I read this I readthis like I said it was just
like a bomb went off in myspirit and I knew.
I knew there was no questionthat this was what the Lord was
calling me to do, and I don'tknow how many times I had read

(08:18):
over the scripture over theyears.
But it wasn't meant to comealive until this point in
history and for me.
But Isaiah 49, 22 says this iswhat the sovereign Lord says See
, I will beckon to the Gentiles,I will lift up my banner to the
peoples.
They will bring your sons intheir arms and carry your

(08:39):
daughters on their shoulders.
And so I'm just weeping beforethe Lord, right, and I'm just
like, oh, my goodness, this iswhat I'm supposed to do.
I just and.
But I took a moment and I said,ok, lord, I want to make sure
I'm not getting ahead of you andthat this isn't just me.
And I said is this what's onyour heart?

(08:59):
Is this what you're wanting meto pray for and intercede for?
Is this what this is what's onyour heart to bring your people
back home, or is this whatyou're wanting me to pray for
and intercede for?
Is this what this is what's onyour heart to bring your people
back home, or is this whatyou're calling me to do?
And he said it's both.
And so, from there, I just Ibegan praying about OK, what

(09:20):
does this look like?
How, how do I do this?
I don't, I don't know how to dothis.
I'm just Amber, don't?
I don't know how to do this?
Um, I'm just Amber, um, youknow?
And um, so when I came home, like I said, I thought I would
maybe be going back pretty soonto Israel, and, um, that is not
what the Lord had for me, and heknew that I needed to go

(09:45):
through this season of waitingand preparation and refining and
purifying, and so, instead, Iended up going back to the job
where I was working prior togoing to Israel.
I had actually resigned from myjob in order to go to Israel and

(10:07):
did not want to go back there.
I'll be honest, I did not wantto go back there, and going back
there felt like I wasregressing.
It felt like I was actuallygoing backwards instead of
forward.
But there were lessons throughthat job and I'm still there
actually, through that job andI'm still there actually.

(10:28):
I'm there part-time that butthere were lessons there that I
needed to learn and there werethings that he needed to teach
me through that job, one of thembeing financially and trusting
him to be my provider, becauseit's, you know, it's it's a
part-time job, doesn't't pay themost, doesn't, and I mean I'm
grateful for his provision, butit's really stretched me and my

(10:50):
faith and to trust him and toput my hope and my trust in him
and not in my bank account, and,and so that was one of the
lessons, and there were others,um, but really just learning to
enjoy the journey with him andthe process and what he had to

(11:14):
unfold and what he was teachingme and and it's like once I
learned to enjoy that journeyand enjoy the process instead of
begrudging it and and insteadof resisting it and, you know,
fighting against it, it was like, oh, this is actually enjoyable
.
You know like, yes, granted, there are some uncomfortable

(11:36):
lessons and there were somethings that he had to show and
reveal in my heart and prune out.
So not all of it was, you know, pleasant, but he does that
because he loves us and he knowswhat is ahead of us and what is
before us and we can't carrysome of these things that are
within us into that next chapterand into that next season.

(11:57):
Um, he wants what is best forus and so, yeah, really just
kind of learning to embrace that, that journey and that
adventure with him, becausetruly it is an adventure.
There's there's nothing boringor dull about following the Lord

(12:17):
.
Yeah, so I think I'm.
I think I might have lost trackof your question, but the way
to yeah, just yielding to that, when you yield, the more you
buck against it, the worse it'sgoing to be, the harder it's
going to be.
But when you yield to that andjust surrender and say yes,

(12:42):
which there's a Hebrew wordthat's part of.
One of the lessons that theLord was kind of showing me is
when you give him yourunreserved yes, your unequivocal
yes.
We see that in the three places.
Where we see that in scriptureis first, when he calls Abraham,
what was Abram at the time?

(13:02):
When he calls Abraham, well, itwas Abram at the time.
And he and Abram responds withyou know, here I am.
Actually I'm sorry.
It's when he's calling Abram tosacrifice his son Isaac and
Abram says, before he even knowswhat the Lord is going to ask
of him, he says hineni, that'swhat it is in Hebrew, hebrews

(13:23):
Hineni.
And then we see it again withMoses in the burning bush.
He says here I am, which isHineni.
And then when he's calling toSamuel three times when he's
calling to Samuel, and it's thatwhat you're saying is I don't

(13:44):
even know what's on the otherside of this, but I'm giving you
my yes, I'm saying yes towhatever unfolds, and I'll tell
you, based on a time in my lifewhen I was not giving the Lord
my yes and I wasn't living forhim fully, I would much rather

(14:06):
give the Lord my hineni, notknowing what's on the other side
, than to do it my way.
And it's far, far greater doingit his way, even if you don't
know, because he will take youon an adventure.
He will take you to placeswhere you never expected.

(14:27):
He will do exceedingly, abundantly more than what you
could think or ask.
And yeah, so that's.
That's kind of been the thingsthat I've learned through that
waiting.

Speaker 1 (14:43):
So beautiful.
I mean, I I'm all with you onthat.
Like people ask, like how arethings going?
And I say I'm on a wildadventure.
Yeah, yeah, it truly is likewhen we step into you know, the
places he's calling us, the, thethings he's calling us into,
like it truly, and I don't knowabout you, but you, you know, on

(15:04):
paper sometimes it it doesn'tmake sense, like it's not going
to be.
Um, you know, in school, youknow you had everything kind of
written out, it was planned outand this, this is a wild and fun
adventure.
It comes with little bumps inthe roads, you know.
And, yeah, as you were likekind of stepping into this full

(15:26):
on, yes, cause, how long, howlong would you say you've been
full on, like full on, yes, howlong has it been?

Speaker 2 (15:35):
Full on.
Yes, I would say 2022 or 2020.
Yeah, I would say beginning of2022, end of 2021, maybe because
prior to that, I was, the Lord, was just.
He was, he was pursuing myheart and I had had a long

(15:58):
season away from the Lord, through some bad decisions and
long-term relationships that Ihad no business being in and
that led to a lot of brokenness,a lot of despair and
hopelessness and just dead, absolutely dead inside.

(16:20):
You know, the Bible says thatthe wages of sin is death and I
was dead.
You know the Bible says thatthe wages of sin is death and I
was dead.
I wasn't suicidal, but manytimes I just I didn't want to be
alive anymore and just, reallyjust the shame and condemnation
and just believing the lies ofthe enemy.
I was just.

(16:43):
I was in a really dark, unhealthy place and the Lord
began a healing in me though itstarted in 2020, but it was a
process and I had some setbacksbecause of, again, some choices
that I had made, but ultimately,I would say yeah, towards the
end of 2021, beginning of 2022.

(17:05):
I would say yeah, towards theend of 2021, beginning of 2022.
And then, even after my dad, Ihad moved back home to help be a
caregiver for my dad and I hadmoved back in with my parents,
which, as an adult, was reallyhard and after being on my own
for so long, and I'm sure it washard on them, but they were

(17:26):
very gracious to me and um, youknow, having their adult
daughter back in the home.
But it was really through their, just their daily witness and
living out their lives for theLord, that, um, the Lord began
to just woo me and draw me backand and um, yeah, just began a

(17:54):
healing.
And um, but I would say, yeah,2022 was when I really started.
There were bigger changes thatwere made and um, just really
deep inner healing that tookplace.
Um, and yeah, it was throughthat healing that I was in that

(18:20):
place and finally, you know, full surrender and giving him my
yes.

Speaker 1 (18:27):
Yeah, but I know, at least for me, and you know many
that I've talked to like in ouryes, will come a test and many
tests, right, so do you haveanything that's come along?
You know, sometimes it feelslike there's a um, almost like a
bomb that tries to kind ofdetour you from moving forward.

(18:49):
Have you encountered anythinglike that?

Speaker 2 (18:53):
Um, yeah, I, um I would say I had I had ended a
relationship, a long-termrelationship, um, a little bit
before moving back home andafter I had moved home, um, and

(19:14):
I had begun doing some healing.
That was actually one of mysetbacks was, um, just that door
opening again and um, but itwas like once that was closed,
once that was fully, fullyclosed, and I said, you know no
more, you know I'm not, I'm notgoing back into this.

(19:35):
Um, it was I was able to reallyreally start that healing and
embracing more of okay, lord, what is it that you're wanting
me to do?
What is it that you're callingme to do?
And yeah, I don't.

(19:55):
So hopefully that answers yourquestion.

Speaker 1 (19:58):
Yeah, and I mean what like?
What keeps you moving forward, because right now you're still
on an adventure with the Lordand we're always going to be on
an adventure with the Lord, butI'm kind of thinking back to
that time.
You're in Israel and you'reIsaiah 49, 22 is is like like

(20:18):
permeating in your spirit so andthis has been almost a year and
a half ago.
Was it a year and a half ago orno, just last year, right.

Speaker 2 (20:27):
Yeah, so I got back April 1st of last year.

Speaker 1 (20:32):
Okay, so just over a year, so since then, like what
has happened and where is hetaking you?

Speaker 2 (20:43):
Well, yeah, so I just kept bringing it before the
lord in prayer of you know, um,what do you want me to do with
this?
How do I go about doing this?
Am I, am I, called to help yourpeople return home from this
side of the ocean you knowmeaning, from the united states
or am I supposed to be in israel, on that side, doing something

(21:04):
with Aliyah, which that is theHebrew word for when Jewish
people move back to theirancestral homeland, it's called
Aliyah which Aliyah, and whenyou read through the Psalms, the
Psalms of Ascent, that's theword that is used when they
would ascend, it's called Aliyah.

(21:26):
And so when you're going up toJerusalem, it's called Aliyah.
And so they've just modern inmodern terms or modern language,
that's, they've adapted that, and they use the term Aliyah to
say, to describe when a Jewishperson immigrates and moves back
or moves to Israel, back totheir ancestral homeland.

(21:49):
So when I say Aliyah, that'swhat I mean.
So when I'm praying about Aliyahand how I'm supposed to be
involved, I just, yeah, I'm justpresenting that to the Lord and
just really seeking what doesthat look like?
But in the process of that,he's, he's, you know, along the

(22:11):
way, he's showing me differentthings in scripture and all
these different propheticpromises.
Isaiah 49, 22 is one of many, many scriptures that talk about
God's promises to bring hispeople back into the land, and
so it was really just a lot ofdiscovery and allowing the Holy

(22:33):
Spirit to teach me through theword that this was not just
something that happened in thepast.
This is something that iscontinuing to unfold, where we
have seen an unfolding of thatUm, but we are going to continue
to see the these promisesunfold and um, so I, I I made a

(22:57):
friend in when I was inJerusalem and um, and she also
is called to the work of Aliyahand um, she actually told me
about a nonprofit, a Christiannonprofit organization called
Operation Exodus, and um, Ihadn't heard of it, but they are

(23:17):
.
They specifically help theJewish people, specifically
American Jews, return to Israel, and they do so through
practical support, practicalassistance, financial assistance
and through prayer.
And so I had, long story shortI reached out to them this was

(23:39):
last fall, and because they havesome volunteer opportunities
this was last fall and becausethey have some volunteer
opportunities and so I spokewith the outreach director and
just immediately, immediately, I, just I was like, oh, my
goodness, I love this woman.
I've got to know her and she Icould tell like her heart was
was for Aliyah, and I thought, you know, I could really learn a

(24:05):
lot from this lady.
And so we, we stayed in touchover the next several months and
then in February there was avolunteer training, and so I
went up to their headquartersfor volunteer training and while
I was up there, they asked meif I was looking for a job and I

(24:26):
said you have no idea.
Um, and it was just such a suchan answer to to many prayers and
um, so we not only haveOperation Exodus USA, but
there's actually what is calledEbenezer Operation Exodus, which
is the international office, and so there's an office in

(24:50):
Jerusalem and they have a coupleof houses in the north and in
the south of Israel where theyhelp the Jewish people once they
have come into the land, oncethey have immigrated.
They help them with theabsorption process.

(25:11):
So there's a lot of resourcesthat they have available to them
.
But there's Operation Exodusoffices all throughout the world
and they help the Jewish peoplefrom those nations immigrate
back, go back to Israel.
So, um, yeah, that's, that'swhere I'm at right now.
I'm, I'm um working with thempart-time and just trying to

(25:36):
bring awareness to the work ofAliyah, because in these, in the
times, these last days thatwe're living in, you know, we
see what God is doing in theearth and it's it's the
evangelism of nations, it's thepurification of the church of
his bride, and then Aliyah, andAliyah is one of those things

(25:57):
that isn't really on the radarof church of Christians, like we
know to pray for Israel and weknow that God commands us to
pray for the peace of Jerusalem, but many times we don't realize
myself included, until the HolySpirit started teaching me just

(26:19):
how many references there arein the Old Testament to a latter
day regathering of the Jewishpeople to their homeland that
God gave them.
And so there's so manyreferences I believe there's
over 60 of them and if it's okay, I'd like to read a few of them
.
Did I answer your question?

Speaker 1 (26:39):
Yes, keep going, this is great.
Yeah, absolutely share somescripture that relates to it.
Okay, I would agree, like thisis not a focal point, for you
know many churches right, yeah, and it's yeah, it's not.

Speaker 2 (26:58):
I mean um, and then too, with you've got replacement
theology, you know, rearing itsugly head, but yeah.
So regarding the latter dayregathering, in Jeremiah 16, 14,
it says However, the days arecoming, declares the Lord, when

(27:19):
men will no longer say, assurely as the Lord lives, who
brought the Israelites up out ofEgypt, but they will say as
surely as the Lord lives, whobrought the Israelites up out of
the land of the north and outof all the countries where he
had banished them?
For I will restore them to theland I gave their forefathers.
And then again, in Jeremiah 31,10, 10, god promises and he

(27:44):
says hear the word of the Lord,o nations, proclaim it in
distant coastlands.
He who scattered Israel willgather them and will watch over
his flock like a shepherd.
And so these are just a fewsamples.
I mean, there's so many, somany good ones where God says

(28:06):
over and over I will do this, Iwill bring you back, I will
gather you.
I will read another one, inIsaiah 43, where he says do not
be afraid, for I am with you, Iwill bring your children from
the east and gather you from thewest.
I will say to the north, givethem up.
And to the south, do not holdthem back, bring my I mean again

(28:27):
.
There's so many.
That's just a really smallsample of where he promises to
do this, where God himself sayshe will do it, this, where God
himself says he will do it.
And then a call to the Gentilesis Isaiah 49, 22,.
Where we can, where God iscalling to the Gentiles to

(28:55):
partner with him in this promiseto bring the sons and daughters
of Israel's back home.
And so it's.
It's really easy, you know, toread over these passages and not
realize that this regatheringfrom the four corners of the
earth where they've beenscattered, and God says you know
, I've scattered you, but I'mgoing to regather you it's
unfolding before our eyes andit's going to continue to unfold

(29:17):
.
And there is a place inscripture, in Jeremiah 32, 41,
that says I will rejoice indoing them good, talking about
Israel, and will assuredly plantthem in this land with all my
heart and soul.
And so we see, this is the onlyplace in the Bible where we see

(29:37):
where God says he will dosomething with all of his heart
and all of his soul.
And God promises that he'sfaithful to watch over his word.
He says that in the firstchapter of Jeremiah and that his
word will not return to himvoid, but it's going to
accomplish his purposes.
And so why is God restoringthem to their land?

(29:59):
I know this is a really hottopic in the world right now and
even in Christian circles.
You know like is God done withIsrael?
And the answer is no.
Romans 11 is very clear aboutthat.
How God is not done.
He has not rejected his people.
So I encourage listeners toreally check out Romans 11.

(30:25):
That's a really good one toread if, if you have questions
about you know if God's donewith Israel or not.
But you know when, as we readthese scriptures where God's
promising to return his people, you know why is he doing that
and it's because he's a covenantkeeping God and he made a

(30:45):
promise to Abram and hisdescendants, before he even
changed his name to Abraham, that they would inherit the land
.
And in Genesis 15, verse 18,that's where we find that
promise.
That's where we find where hemakes that covenant and he says
to your descendants, I will givethis land.

(31:06):
And then he lists out.
You know the parameters of thatland and and from from Egypt to
the river great river, theEuphrates, and and so.
But what's interesting aboutthat?
Um, abraham was in a.
He was in a sleep.
The Lord put him in a deepsleep when he made that covenant

(31:27):
.
And so back in that time inbiblical times, when two parties
wanted to come together to makea covenant, they, there was a
process where they would, theywould cut animals in half and
they would split those halves, and then the two people making
the covenant would walk betweenthose pieces to make an oath,

(31:48):
and so there was the shedding ofblood, and, and by walking
through those split animals, each person was saying that they
were, they were making an oath,a very solemn commitment, and
that if they broke thatagreement, they would meet that
same end, basically, as thesacrificed animal.

(32:09):
So, but what we see withAbraham is that God alone walks
through those halves, and itwasn't him and Abraham.
And so this signifies and thisshows that God took
responsibility for fulfillingthe terms of the covenant, and

(32:29):
it's, you know, it wasn't up tothe faithfulness of Abraham and
his descendants in Israel.
It was God's unconditional, irrevocable covenant that he
made, and so he's the one that'sholding up this covenant, and

(32:50):
so it's not based on what Israeldoes or doesn't do.
I mean if, if God were to breakhis covenant that he made with
them, what's to say?
That he wouldn't and can'tbreak his covenant with us?
Right, and so, um, yeah, anyways, going back to um, some

(33:14):
other things, just you know howGod says he's he's not going to
go back on his word.
He's not a man that he shouldlie, and so that's that's why
he's bringing them back isbecause he is faithful to his
word, he is faithful to hiscovenant and he watches over his
word to make sure that it isperformed and also when they're

(33:36):
restored to their land.
Ezekiel 36 speaks of a spiritualrestoration that will take
place, so that first there's aphysical restoration and then
there's a spiritual restorationthat takes place, and this is
for the sake of God's holy name.
You can read that in Ezekiel 36, where he's doing it for the

(33:58):
sake of his holy name, so thatthe nations will know that he is
the Lord, and this spiritualrestoration will ultimately
impact the whole world, and soit's.
Really.
We see how important that is,and how important it is to be
praying for those that aremaking Aliyah and um for the

(34:21):
Lord's word to be fulfilled intheir lives, because it doesn't
just impact them, it impacts us.
It's it's Jew and Gentile, it'sthat one new man, um, that we
see where that's talked about inEphesians, um, and it's.
It's not that one is betterthan the other.
You know, we need the OldTestament and the New Testament,

(34:42):
we need the roots and theshoots, and yeah, exactly, and
so it's, we need both the Jewand the Gentile.
It's that one new man.
And so that spiritualrestoration and the way in which
he's going to do it.

(35:02):
There's going to be no denyingthat the Lord is the one that's
doing it and making the way forthem to come back.
And so you know what is ourrole.
It's going back to Isaiah 49,22, where he's beckoning to the
Gentiles, and so at OperationExodus and also Ebenezer,
operation Exodus, prayer is thefoundation of what we do, and we

(35:28):
carry them home through ourprayers.
So at Operation Exodus, we havedaily prayer calls during the
weekday, and then there'smonthly prayer calls, and we
pray that there would be astirring in the hearts of the
Jews to respond to God's call toreturn to the land, and we pray

(35:49):
for their specific needs aswell.
We have staff that workdirectly with the Jewish people
that are making Aliyah.
They help them, give thempractical support and help them
through that process, because itcan be very daunting and
overwhelming, and so we've gotstaff that help with that and

(36:10):
then so, if there's specificobstacles that they're running
up against, you know we pray forthose specific needs and we
encourage others to join us inthose prayers and to carry the
Jewish people home throughprayer.
But, again, like I said, weoffer financial support to them

(36:30):
as well, and we're a Christiannonprofit, but we are able to
help them through our financesand then we carry them home by
just deepening that awarenessand others, by sharing God's
promises that he will returnthem back to their land.
So, and that's part of what I do, so, I completely lost track of

(36:56):
what your original question was.

Speaker 1 (36:57):
I'm just imagining as you're.
I'm such a visionary.

(37:19):
You know a family going backlike do you have any stories
that you can share of maybe afamily that's been called back,
like a real time story?
I think sometimes that's reallyhelpful for people to hear
maybe a story of a family thathas been called back and you've

(37:40):
either.
You know Operation Exist.
You're okay with sharing thatstory.
Is that something that you'reable to share on here?

Speaker 2 (37:58):
careful with you know , just for protection,
especially with theanti-Semitism that we're seeing
unfold, and just honoring theprivacy of those that we work
with.
Yeah, and I know there aredefinitely.
There's hundreds of examplesthat I'm sure the staff that
have been working there a lotlonger than I have could
probably share, but I will saythat without you know violating

(38:22):
any kind of privacy.
Yeah, of course, and yeah, heis.
He is returning them and wehave seen an increase since
October 7th of an increase, andwe see a lot in the European
nations.

(38:42):
We have seen an increase ofJews making aliyah from America.
I believe we will see more withthe increase of anti-Semitism,
but he is making a way, he isspeaking to his people and there
is a stirring in their hearts,um, and so we are seeing that

(39:09):
and you know we have seen thoseobstacles be removed and you
know whether it be, you know, documents being held up or, um,
whatever the case may be withthe beer, because there's a lot
of, there can be a lot of redtape, and so we do see how our
prayers are effective and theyare removing those obstacles on

(39:32):
the alley, all highway, and andum, I actually I've got isaiah
49 open right here where it saysI will turn all my mountains
into roads and my highways willbe raised up.
See, they will come from afar, some from the north, some from
the west, some from the regionof aswan.
And so he is.
He is clearing the highway andhe is going ahead of them and he

(39:55):
is preparing the way.
So we are seeing that and I canalways check back and see if
there's a specific example thatI would be able to share, if
there's something I am able toshare with a little bit more
specific.
But I can say just in general,we are seeing and they I think

(40:18):
the amazing thing is there a lotof them are amazed that like,
oh, you want to help us and youknow there are people out there
that don't hate us and want tohelp us and support us, and I
think that really, more thananything, touches their heart,
that there are people who dowant to bless them and and we

(40:39):
don't want anything in return,we just want to obey the Lord
and we just want to walk inobedience and do what he's
called us to do, no stringsattached.

Speaker 1 (40:50):
Yeah, it's unheard of really, especially in this
world, right, I'm sure it'salmost shocking at times for
people to be like, yeah, youwant to actually help me and
it's not like just a small thing, it's a journey yeah absolutely
a big journey.
I can only imagine, um, I wasgoing to ask you about the

(41:13):
obstacles that we're trying toyou know, come in the way, and I
love that.
You, about the obstacles thatwe're trying to, you know, come
in the way, and I love that youknow the Lord is bringing, like
supernatural the word I usedearlier when we were talking
before this like decimatingright, decimating obstacles to
make a way right.

Speaker 2 (41:30):
Yes, absolutely yeah.
He says he will be the one todo it over and over.
We just get to partner with him.
And there's actually ascripture in Micah this is one
of my favorite ones in Micah 2that says, verse 12, I will

(41:50):
surely gather all of you, oJacob.
I will surely bring togetherthe remnant of Israel.
I will bring them together likesheep in a pen, like a flock in
its pasture.
So this is his work, this ishis holy work, and we're just,

(42:21):
you know, fortunate enough to beable to partner with him as
Gentiles.
And yeah, it's a huge blessing, huge honor, very humbling huge
honor, very humbling yes.

Speaker 1 (42:41):
Well, I love that that door opened for you.
What a huge answer to prayer.
I know like so.
Operation Exodus how long hasOperation Exodus been around?

Speaker 2 (42:48):
So back in 1991 is when it was founded, the
Ebenezer Operation Exodus, andso that's our international
office and they're headquarteredin Israel and so they began
actually taking ships from likeUkraine and Russia, like

(43:12):
European.
That's where we saw a huge waveof Aliyah in the 90s and we
actually have a staff personhere in the US that was part of
those voyages and those shipsand bringing Jews from Odessa
down to Israel and she's with usnow in our USA operation and so

(43:37):
she's been doing this work forI think 30 years now and she's
the one that has the directcontact with the Jewish people,
helping them day in and day outwith their questions, and just
the requirements can be a littletricky and they can often

(44:00):
change, and so she helpsnavigate that with them and she
also has another person workingwith her helping her, as she,
you know, processes their app, helps process their application
for assistance through OperationExodus.
Now they also get assistancefrom the Jewish agency, I
believe, and we coordinate withthem.

(44:21):
But as far as the USA branch Ishould know this I cannot
remember when the USA branch wasestablished.
I'm wanting to say it was inthe early 2000s.
I need to follow up on that.
That's terrible.
I should know that.

Speaker 1 (44:41):
You know me, I'm very curious.
So how many?
How many people work forOperation Excess?
And then there's a lot ofvolunteers as well, correct,
well, correct.

Speaker 2 (44:54):
Yeah, so we have a smaller staff.
I work remotely, but our staffis smaller, I would say less
than 10.
And then we have arearepresentatives throughout the
country that go and speak tochurches, bringing awareness to

(45:15):
the work of Aliyah and speakingto small groups.
Also, you know, bringing ourinformation into the Jewish
community and letting them knowthat this is another resource
available to them should theyneed it or know anyone that's
wanting to make Aliyah.
And then we have Excuse me, Ibelieve offices or

(45:37):
representatives, I should say,in over 50 nations of the world.
I don't know exactly how manyrepresentatives, I just know
that they're throughout over 50nations and there's they've got
them in Australia, new Zealand, canada, mexico.

(45:59):
I mean there's, they're allover, so I'm missing out a lot
of them, but yeah, so there's.
I mean you know I think you hadmentioned earlier to me that
you've got listeners in over 49countries that you've got
listeners in over 49 countries, and so more than likely chances

(46:21):
are there is an EbenezerOperation Exodus branch in their
country that if they knowsomeone that is wanting to make
Ali out, they can get themconnected to those people and
those resources.
Or you may even have a Jewishperson on here listening and
they may not know about theseresources available to them in

(46:41):
their country.
And yeah, there's a websiteoperationexodususaorg.
And then the Ebenezer website.
If you go to the EbenezerOperation Exodus website,
there's a link at the top thatsays In your Country, I believe.
If you go to the EbenezerOperation Exodus website,
there's a link at the top thatsays in your country, I believe,
and you can click on that linkand it'll show you know the

(47:04):
different countries and it'llget you connected to that and
that's ebenezer-oeorg.
Okay.

Speaker 1 (47:14):
And I'll be sure to have these links in the show
notes for you guys to to go backto and click on Um.
So have you guys found that?
I mean you have these I'mseeing like boots on the ground
and all of these countries, um,is there like an awareness in

(47:34):
more countries than othercountries?
Um, that make sense, like kindof what I'm going?

Speaker 2 (47:39):
after.
Yeah, I, I think I'm followingyou.
Yeah, so, um, all y'all is oneof those things.
It's, it's really, I think, nottalked about a whole lot.
Um, which is what we're tryingto do is is bring that awareness
.
I will say I think in theEuropean countries we have seen

(48:03):
more Aliyah and there is more ofan awareness.
I believe, especially as we seethings unfolding before us.
Since October 7th, there was anincrease in I think I've heard
the Jewish agency mentioned thisthat there was a definite

(48:25):
uptick in applications that wereopened Doesn't necessarily mean
that they actually made Aliyah, but there's, you have to start
with the application process andand so there was a huge uptick
with applications that wereopened.
But, yeah, I, I would say that, yeah, your European countries

(48:49):
were.
And you know, it's no surprisewhat we're seeing in the streets
, what we see on the news withthe anti-Semitismism, and what
we saw in amsterdam last year.
And, um, what was it?
Amsterdam?
Yeah, I believe it wasamsterdam like where, literally
they were hunted.
The jewish people were huntedin the streets after the soccer
game and it was, um, I don'tknow if you recall hearing and

(49:12):
seeing that, but um, I don'twatch the news so I feel like
I'm I don't.

Speaker 1 (49:18):
I don't always hear everything yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2 (49:21):
so there, yeah, there was an incident last year after
a soccer game where, um, I meanit was pre-planned and
pre-meditated, um, I mean itjust these horrific images of
jews being hunted down in thestreet and um, so yeah, the
these, some of these Europeannations, that where Islam is

(49:41):
really taking over and don'tmake make no mistake, I'm not we
need to pray for them too, forthe Muslims, for their eyes to
be open to the man in white.
You know there's multitudes oftestimonies of, of Muslims who
have come to know Yeshua andthey all say you know, I had a
dream or I had a vision of a manin white, you know, which I

(50:04):
just love.
So we pray for them, for theireyes to be opened as well to the
truth and for their, for them,to be spiritually awakened as
well.
But, yeah, we see, in some ofthese nations where Islam is
really taking hold and takingroot, there is an increase in

(50:29):
Aliyah from those nations.
I don't know if that answeredyour question as far as
awareness.

Speaker 1 (50:34):
Absolutely.
I mean, it's just amazing workthat you're doing and I'm like I
cannot wait to hear more aboutyour journey, because I know
that there's so much more thathe's going to do through you,
through your voice.
As the listeners here, I'm sureyou can hear like Amber has
such a powerful voice and Ibelieve that it's going to reach

(50:56):
the multitudes through you, bringing awareness, through you
stepping in, saying your full.
Yes, you've already given it,but there's more.
Right, right?
Do you have, like, have you hadany more dreams about this?
Like what this might look likefor you to step into that more
in the future?
Like what is what's in thefuture for you?

Speaker 2 (51:19):
Well, with my role with Operation Exodus, I'm the
next generation's outreachcoordinator, and so this
generation, we really want tobring the awareness to this
upcoming generation to helpcarry the work of Aliyah,

(51:40):
because many of our intercessorsand our area representatives
you know some of them aregetting a little older and
slowing down or, you know, havegone on to be with the Lord and
so really want to for thismantle to be passed on to this
next generation and for them to.
I mean, only the Lord can callthem to this work it's.

(52:03):
You know I can't, I can sharethe word and I can bring
awareness, but ultimately it hasto be something that the Lord
calls them to and for there tobe a work done in their heart.
And so that's our goal withthis new position that I'm in is
to reach this next generationand to bring awareness.

(52:28):
And so I'm hoping to speak tocollege students and which say a
prayer, because you knowthere's a lot going on in these
college campuses with thepropaganda.
I'm sorry.

Speaker 1 (52:45):
You're the girl for it.

Speaker 2 (52:47):
Yes, praise God, help me, lord.
Yeah, just with everything thatwe see on college campuses and
the rhetoric, the propaganda andjust the lies that I mean, I
hear some of these things, evenwithin Christian circles, even
things that I've heard, it'slike, oh wow, that's really

(53:09):
destructive.
But I can see where people buyit because they don't know the
truth, buy it because they don'tknow the truth.
They've not maybe taken thetime to really do the research
or, you know, specificallyspeaking to Christian circles,
they've not.
There needs to be a revelationin God's word, and so, um, that

(53:32):
is, that's the next chapter.
The next step for me is to um,is to kind of pioneer that, and
um, uh, reach this generationwith, with an understanding of
God's covenant with Israel.
He's not done with them and heis going to return them to the
land, and so, um, yeah, justjust, it's, it's a hot topic,

(53:54):
it's a, you know, not a, not apopular one for sure Um, but you
know it's um, it's what theword says, you know, and I'm,
I'm, I'm, at the end of the day,I give an account to him and
you know what he's called me todo and and what his word says.

Speaker 1 (54:17):
I.

Speaker 2 (54:18):
I can't be swayed by the whims and the you know
opinion of man and what theythink about Israel.
And I'm not saying that Israelis perfect, I'm not saying that
they're not above reproach.
But at the end of the day, god's covenant is everlasting
and his covenant with us throughJesus is everlasting.

Speaker 1 (54:41):
So yeah, we take him at his word.

Speaker 2 (54:46):
Yes, we take him at his word.

Speaker 1 (54:49):
That's the key, right , mm?
Hmm, yeah, well, I just loveyour heart.
I'm imagining somebody likebeing stirred, like you were
that day reading Isaiah 4922.
And how, like, if they're beingstirred to step in and help,
potentially through OperationExodus or any other means, like,

(55:12):
are there ways that people canstep in and help?
Are there, you know, opportunities to you know a job,
or ways to like volunteerthrough Operation Exit?
What would that look like forsomebody who's like yeah, I want
to do this, I want to help out.

Speaker 2 (55:29):
Yeah, well, good question.
So yeah, they can reach out tous through our website, they can
.
I can even give you my emailaddress and, if you, want to
link.

Speaker 1 (55:42):
It's going to ask the best way for people to contact
you anyways too.

Speaker 2 (55:46):
Yeah, they can contact me through email.
And then, of course, if they godirectly to our website and
there's a place where they cansay I want to volunteer, I want
to learn more, and they can fillthat out and it will go to our
outreach director, adrian, andthey can become an area
representative and whereverthey're at in the United States

(56:13):
and wherever they're at in theUnited States and they can, you
know, do.
Essentially what we're doing iswe're going to churches and
we're speaking to small groups, whatever door that the Lord
opens for them, to speak aboutOperation Exodus and God's work
of bringing His people, his sonsand daughters, back to Israel.
And they can, if they feel ledto give financially, they can.
It's a, it's a nonprofit theycan get, so they can donate,

(56:40):
they can plant seeds throughthat way, obviously, we're
that's between them and the Lord.
You know we're not, you knowthat's.
Yeah, that's that's theirbusiness, between them and the
Lord.
But that's one they can, one waythey can help.
Or if they want to join us inprayer I think I mentioned
earlier, there are we haveweekly I'm sorry.

(57:01):
Every weekday we have morningprayer and then once a month we
have corporate I'm sorry, thedaily prayer is also corporate.
It's by phone and then we havemonthly Zoom prayer calls so
they can join us as a prayerpartner.
Or, if they want, if they'renot able to join in on those

(57:25):
prayer calls that we have, theycan, you know, they can still
sign up to be a prayer partnerand just pray for the work of
Aliyah, and they can sign up forour prayer newsletters and and,
um you know, see specificprayer points that we have.
You know, if there's a specificneed that a person that we're
working with has, they canspecifically be praying for

(57:45):
those things.
Um, so, yes, so by being anarea representative, by giving
financial seeds or throughprayer support, that's how they
can join in on this work.

Speaker 1 (57:59):
And.

Speaker 2 (58:00):
I mean.
One thing I want to say aboutprayer is don't ever
underestimate the power of yourprayer.
And just because you don't see, maybe, the fruit of what you
are praying for, doesn't meanthat there's not something
that's happening because wedon't know what God is doing in
their hearts.
We may not always, on this side, see the fruit of our prayers,

(58:26):
but God is working through themand and it's, I know for me,
sometimes you know, when youdon't always see the immediate
results, you think, well, are myprayers effective?
And we know from his word thatthey are effective.
Um and so, yeah, I I just alittle note of encouragement
there, for for people who think, well, I mean, what are my

(58:48):
prayers going to do?
You know that doesn't feel likemuch it is.
It really is.
So Absolutely.

Speaker 1 (58:56):
Thank you for sharing that with you know, again, I
always think of the one who'slistening, so I'm imagining that
that might have been somethingthat somebody was wondering like
do I actually are my prayerseffective?
You know, and I've had times inmy life where I mean it's years
of prayer and not only mepraying but having intercessors

(59:18):
come alongside and it's just, you know, it's about timing and
it's about there's just so manyelements that we won't know
until we get to heaven.
Like the fullness, right, yeah, yeah, I like to think of you
know.
Like the fullness, right, yeah, yeah, I like to think of you.
Know the bamboo plant at timesas well.
Like the this talking aboutroots and shoots, the roots have

(59:40):
to go so deep and then all of asudden, I don't even know how
long it takes, but it takes awhile, and then all of a sudden
those shoots, like they go, theygo accelerating, and I see that
for everything that he's doingin your life.
So, thank you so much forsharing today.
I would love to have you backagain another time as I, as we

(01:00:02):
close today again, would you beopen to sharing with that one
person any other words ofencouragement or wisdom you felt
led to speak over them, andwould you pray us out today?

Speaker 2 (01:00:15):
Yeah, absolutely yeah .
I just encourage you knowwhoever's listening, that weight
may feel endless and you mayfeel like you're going backwards
and you may see other peoplegoing forward in their calling
and you may see the Lord openingdoors for them.

(01:00:36):
And here you are Nothing'shappening, it's crickets.
But I assure you the Lord isworking and that may also be a
test too of how you're going torespond.
Are you going to rejoice withyour brother or sister in the
Lord, where the Lord is doingamazing things for them and he's

(01:00:56):
opening the door for them?
Or are you going to and withbrothers and sisters that I saw
the Lord doing things for, whereI had nothing to show for my

(01:01:17):
prayers and my, my waiting in it?
And it was, it was refining andit was, it was pure, he was
purifying me.
So I encourage you, if you'rein that season of waiting it's
not forever.
It may feel like it, um, andthe Lord will do for you what
you're seeing him do in othersum, just be faithful to him and

(01:01:40):
ultimately, your calling is tohim first and foremost.
Um that that he is your calling.
Jesus is your calling, andwhatever he's called to you to
is secondary, and so don't allowthat calling or that.
Oh God, I want what's next.
Don't let that take place ofyour relationship with him and

(01:02:01):
just enjoy that time with himand just really get to know him
and get in that secret placewith him, because there's
nothing like it, that time withthe Lord, there's nothing like
being in covenant relationshipwith him.
So I just encourage you in that.
So, lord, thank you for this.

(01:02:22):
This time together to to shareabout your holy work of Aliyah
and how you are going to bringyour sons and daughters back and
those that have been scattered, you will regather them and you
are faithful to your word.
And if you're faithful to yourword to the Jewish people, how
much more faithful are you to us, those that have been grafted

(01:02:44):
in into the olive, into theolive tree and olive branch?
Lord, we, just we thank you foryour faithfulness and that,
through these journeys, theprocess that you have us in,
lord, you are, you are refiningus, because you know that where
you're taking us, there arecertain things we can't bring
with us into that next chapter, into that next season, and you

(01:03:07):
truly do exceedingly, abundantlymore than we could ever ask or
think.
You are better to us than wedeserve.
Lord, you've been so faithfulto me, even when I've been
unfaithful and have not servedyou well and have not loved you.
And, lord, I know there areprobably listeners who may have
found themselves in that placeof you.

(01:03:28):
Know, maybe they once walkedwith you, but they walked away
from you and they're bound inshame and condemnation.
And I just break off that, thatshame and the lies of the enemy
that says that they've gone toofar, they've done too much.

will do it for them.
And I just speak life andfreedom over your sons and
daughters that are listening, and I thank you that you're
going to bring restoration andbring healing to them and you're
going to take them to placesand you've got callings on their
lives, things that they can'teven fathom.

(01:04:10):
