Welcome to another episode ofHope Unlocked Tuesday Thoughts.
I'm your host, kristen Kurtz.
Today I want to talk aboutsomething many women struggle
with, and that's trying to walkin someone else's shoes.

You know what I'm talking about.
You know what I mean.
We compare our past to othersand wonder why we don't seem to
fit just right.
It's like trying on shoes thatare too big, too small or just
not our style.
But here's the truth.
God has ordered our steps andhe's got shoes that are
perfectly fitted just for you.
Psalm 37, 23 in the NIV tellsus the Lord directs the steps of

(01:23):
the godly.
He delights in every detail oftheir lives.
This means that God has aunique plan for each of us.
Your path is not a copy ofsomeone else's.
It's perfectly designed justfor you, just like shoes that
are tailor-made.
Your calling and purpose arefitted to your exact size.

(01:44):
The key is trusting that Godknows the exact fit for your
life and walking confidently inthat.
Here's the problem.
So many of us are trying towear shoes that aren't ours.
We look around and see otherssucceeding and we think that
must be the way.
We end up stepping into someoneelse's shoes because we think

(02:05):
theirs will fit us.
The truth is, when we try towalk in shoes that don't fit us,
we feel uncomfortable, out ofplace and unsteady.
We get tired, frustrated anddiscouraged because we're not
walking the path God designedjust for us.
So what would it look like ifyou stopped trying to fit in
someone else's shoes and insteadembrace the pair God has just

for you?
And when you walk in the shoesGod has prepared for you, you
move with confidence and purpose.
You're equipped with the giftsand strength to fulfill the
anointing and call he's placedon your life.
Your journey is not anyoneelse's.
It's your divine destiny path.
