James is the head chef of Sneaky Snacky - home of the Wagyu Donut Burger. This Korean-fusion spot is not just aesthetic for your eyeballs, but a place where you put on some kitchen gloves, and eat a burger that should be consumed behind closed doors.
We all know that salty and sweet can make a beautiful combo, but this really spices things up. I can say from experience - I had the chicken donut burger, and it was insane.
James and I chat all things hospo - how he went from not knowing how to cook an egg, to working as a chef at Sugar Club, to now head cheffing at Sneaky Snacky.
