Here are some of my go-to techniques to help you protect your peace:
Daily Energy Reset Ritual: Use a shower or visualization exercise to wash away the energy you’ve picked up throughout the day. Picture it going down the drain and feel refreshed.
“Return to Sender” Mantra: When you feel overwhelmed by emotions that aren’t yours, say “Return to Sender” three times. Repeat as needed to release that energy.
Boundary Meditation: Try my 7-layer meditation to reset your personal space and place people where they belong in your energetic boundaries. This weekly practice is a game-changer.
Morning Energy Shielding: Visualize yourself surrounded by a bubble of protective light (any color you choose!) to block chaos and let love in.
Energy Audit: Treat your energy like a bank account—ask yourself if your interactions are over-drawing your balance and make adjustments as needed.
