The host, Mike Tohikian, started his Real Estate career in 2003 and is now owner/president of a full service real estate brokerage firm in the Los Angeles area called Hot Spot Properties, Inc. Hot Spot Properties, Inc. currently represents major clients including McDonald's, Denny's, Wingstop, Panda Express, and Big Chicken.
