Ever wondered if you could design your life with the same intention you design your home? In this special episode, I share one of my most powerful teachings from my Empowerment Fundamentals Course—the exact four-step manifestation process that transformed my career and life.

What makes my approach different is the crucial step that many overlook: embodiment. Before taking action toward your desires, you must first become the version of yourself who has already achieved them. Through vivid storytelling, I reveal how I manifested myself out of a successful interior design career and into my true calling as a coach, speaker, and course creator by consistently embodying the energy of my future self.

You'll discover practical techniques for raising your vibration through journaling, meditation, and mindset shifts that align you with your desires. I share vulnerable personal examples, including how I visualized myself on a stage speaking to thousands long before opportunities arose, and how I recognized divine timing when a client unexpectedly released me from an interior design project—providing both the confirmation and financial runway I needed to pivot.

The manifestation process isn't just about getting what you want—it's about becoming who you're meant to be. Through breathwork exercises, embodiment practices, and trust-building techniques, you'll learn how to co-create with the universe while surrendering to perfect timing. Whether you're seeking career transformation, relationship fulfillment, or simply a parking spot at the grocery store, these principles work at every level when applied consistently.

Ready to become a conscious creator of your reality? This episode offers a taste of the transformational work available in my complete Empowerment Fundamentals course. The universe has your back—are you ready to meet it halfway?

(00:24):
million women to live all in.
I am your host, jean Collins, and I invite you to become
inspired by this week's guest.
Welcome to the House of Jarmarpodcast where wellness starts
within.
I'm your host, jean Collins, and today we're going to do
something different.
Normally, I have guests on myshow.

(00:45):
We talk about all kinds ofwellness, whether it be wellness
within your home or withinyourself, and one of my favorite
things about that is that thispodcast has given me the
opportunity to learn so much.
I learn from every podcastguest and, in particular, I
learned so much about personalgrowth, and one of the reasons
why I started the podcast wasbecause I love learning and I am

(01:08):
so grateful for the opportunityto be able to teach you things
and I get to learn along the way.
So what a bonus it is for me.
We are in season two.
I never did a recap of seasonone because it was so hard for
me to think about how to recapseason one.
There were so many incredibleepisodes and, like trying to

(01:28):
pick a favorite child, Icouldn't do it.
But I did want to touch for oneminute, before we move into
today, about some of the thingsthat I learned from season one,
because today is all aboutlearning and we're going to talk
about manifestation, but beforewe do, let's talk about season
one and some of the incrediblethings that I learned from my

(01:48):
guests in season one, and if youhaven't watched these episodes,
go back.
There's so much to learn thereand so much growth.
Okay, so what are some of myfavorites that we learned?
Reiki, reiki breathwork oh mygoodness, game changer.

(02:10):
Tarot cards, astrology,numerology, energy management,
acupuncture, feng shui, humandesign, gene keys, vein health
oh, that was such a good one.
I learned so much on that one.
We also learned aboutneuroplasticity, intermittent
fasting, near-death experiences.
There's so much and there is somuch ahead in season two.

(02:33):
I am really focused on seasontwo about learning and bringing
things to you guys that youmight not know about and also
things that I am curious about.
Learning about All right today.
Like I said, today is all aboutmanifesting.
Now I just launched a course.
It's called EmpowermentFundamentals, and this course is

(02:54):
a culmination of so many thingsthat I have researched, learned
, tried and experienced over thelast five years, and these are
things that have made it so thatI could manifest my ideal life,
create.
My unique house buildingapproach, which has helped
transform my life, has gotten meinto the coaching business,
where I help my clients tackletheir fears, tap into their

(03:17):
intuition and really uncover howthey can become the designers
of their lives.
Now this is a four-week course,self-paced, there are five
videos every week and there'salso homework every day.
There's a 124-page homeworkbook and I start off with
mindset, fear versus intuition, learning how to hit, pause and

(03:40):
listen, and then I also share mymanifestation process.
And then I move into my uniquehouse building approach and
spend two weeks doing a deepdive on that to help the people
who take the course and alsohelp people in my coaching
program to understand how touncover the cracks in their
life's foundation so they cangain the clarity and confidence
to be able to move forward.

(04:00):
So I decided this week, underthe premise of wanting to teach
everybody and wanting everyoneto learn.
I was going to share with youone of the entire days of my
course recordings.
So week two, day four, is whereI share all about my
manifestation process and Ishare stories.

(04:21):
I share how I do it, what I do,stories of how I do it, and so
I decided I am going to gift toall of you that day as part of
my course.
I hope you enjoy it.
Manifesting is something thatis so near and dear to my heart
and I am so excited that I canbe able to share this part of my
course with you.

(04:42):
And, of course, if thisinterests you, after you've
watched it, go and check outmore about my course.
It's going to be linked in thenotes below, but you can also
find out more by going tohouseofgermarcom and then go to
my store.
You can find out more about itthere, but I'm going to link it
in the show notes too.
So I'd like to share with youOne full day of my Empowerment

(05:03):
Fundamentals course, the daywhere I talk about manifesting.
Take a look and enjoy.
Welcome back to Design yourLife Empowerment Fundamentals.
I'm Jean Collins and today isweek two, day four.
I honestly think that this ismy favorite day of the entire

(05:26):
course.
Today we get to talk aboutmanifesting.
Before we do, let's recap whatwe talked about yesterday.
Yesterday we talked about myhouse building approach, right
Foundation, framing, finish workand design.
So, based on your homework, howin depth is your list of what
might be causing the cracks inyour life's foundation?

(05:46):
What score did you giveyourself on a one to 10 ranking?
How are you doing on boundarysetting and making yourself
truly a priority in your life?
Is there a lot of room forimprovement there?
So, as I said, our agenda fortoday is to talk about my
manifestation process.
So let's get into it Firstbreath work, grounding.

(06:09):
You know the deal I put my handon my heart, my hand on my
belly.
If that doesn't work for you,you want to put your hands in
prayer.
You do what works for you.
That's what works for me.
To help connect to my breath,we're going to do four counts in
through the nose pause.
Four counts out, through thenose pause.
We're going to do this threetimes.
I like to close my eyes.
I really like to feel the airmove fully through my body.

(06:32):
So let's get started.
This helps us ground andconnect.
Put my hand on my heart, handon my belly.
I'm going to close my eyes.
Okay, four counts in throughthe nose One, two, three, four.
Pause out through the nose 1, 2, 3, 4,.

(06:52):
Pause in through the nose 1, 2,3, 4, pause out through the
nose 1, 2, 3, 4, pause one morein through the nose One, two,
three, four Pause.
One more In through the noseOne, two, three, four.

(07:13):
Pause out through the nose One,two, three, four Pause, pause.
Okay, let's get intomanifestation.
I love this.

(07:35):
All right.
So if you've done any researchon manifestation reading
podcasts, youtube there's somuch out there about manifesting
and basically a typical processfor manifesting is that you set
an intention, which we talkedabout at the beginning of week
one, about setting intentions,setting goals.

(07:55):
You then have to take someinspired action.
You can't just put it out thereand think that it will come and
then you need to let it go andyou need to have some trust that
the universe will deliver it atthe right time in the right way
.
And what I've realized?
I've spent the last five yearsreally doing a lot of work for
myself about really connectinginward and really spending a lot

(08:16):
of time working on my innerconsciousness, connecting to
myself, journaling, manifesting, finding inner peace, really
having a calm about myself andpart of that journey has been
really understanding how toactually manifest things.
How do I create an abundantlife that I'm looking for?
And what I've realized is thatI actually insert a step before

(08:38):
the inspired action.
So, for me, I set an intention, then I embody my future self
and we're going to talk aboutthis in such great detail, but I
really spend time embodying theenergy and the vibration of
that future self.
And many other mindset andmanifestation experts, such as
Dr Joe Dispenza, who's one of myabsolute favorites If you don't

(09:00):
follow him, he has so manyincredible YouTube videos
definitely do.
He focuses on this concept ofembodiment and raising your
vibration as a way to attractand manifest what you want.
He does it a great deal.
What I do is I insert thatbefore taking inspired action.
Some people put it after.
I actually put it before, sowe're going to dig into what all

(09:23):
this added step means.
Let's get started.
All right, first set anintention.
We already did this in week one, right?
It's all about having goals andknowing where you want to go.
That is the start.
So let me give you an exampleof one of my intentions is to
get my voice out into the worldto be embraced by those who will

(09:47):
benefit from my wisdom and mymagic.
I write that intention everysingle day.
I actually have a new moonritual.
Okay, if you are not familiarwith rituals around the moon,
terrell Laurie she's out onInstagram.
She has two books out, one iscalled Burn your Shit and the

(10:08):
other one's called Big DeckEnergy, and so she does rituals
around the full moon and aroundthe new moon, and one of her new
moon rituals is about settingan intention, and then the best
part is you actually write it ona piece of paper and you sleep
on it, so I actually have it inmy pillowcase.
I do this every single month.
So that is an example of whatone of my intentions are and I'm

(10:29):
going to share with you.
Then the other steps that I doto align with that intention.
All right, the second stepembodying the future self that
has already achieved that goal.
So for me, it's embodying thatfuture person who already has
really felt like I've gotten myvoice out into the world and
what you want to do is you wantto live in the present moment,

(10:52):
in the energy field of thatfuture person you want to align
with the vibration of thatperson.
You want to be a magnet toattract the energy of that
person.
It to attract the energy ofthat person.
So I'm sure you're wondering, well, how in the world do you do
that?
So let me share some of theways that I do that.
So I do it through journaling, writing about all of the details

(11:14):
about what that future personlooks like, feels like, sounds
like.
What are they wearing, whereare they, what's the season,
who's with them, what's theirlifestyle, what's the house, All
of the future parts of thatperson in that life that I'm
looking to create.
I will meditate.
I will often journal and thenmeditate, because I've journaled
to raise my vibration intoreally feeling like I am already

(11:36):
that person, and then I willmeditate to let that sink in
much more deeply.
Another thing that I do that'sreally, really important is
having an awareness of thenegative self-talk that might be
going on in my mind, basicallythe imposter syndrome telling me
that I can't do it.
What are you thinking?
Even just the craziness aroundthis whole manifestation process
, being aware of the negativeself-talk and then stopping it

(11:59):
and really thinking about whynot?
Why not me?
Why not me as the person whoreally is famous, getting my
voice out into the world to beheard and impacting people and
reaching my goals of empoweringa million women to live all in.
Why not me really taking thingswhere I might have self-doubt

(12:23):
and reframing it?
So, instead of just saying Iwant to become a very successful
podcaster, I'm reframing it tobe a much broader statement,
which is I want to get my voiceout into the world, and that's a
much bigger umbrella and itopens up so many more
possibilities when I reframe itthat way, acting as if this

(12:45):
doesn't mean I run right out andbuy a top of the line Porsche
because I've already becomefamous and gotten my voice out
into the world and achieved thisincredible state of financial
abundance.
However, it does mean I can actas if, today and right now,
that my voice matters, that myvoice is empowering people, and
I always say on social media youknow, if you impact one person,

(13:09):
then you've made a difference, and that's one of the reasons
that I wrote my book.
I talk about it all the timethat really often I have this
quote that I love the responsesare very often hidden, but that
doesn't mean that you haven'ttouched someone and that you
haven't made a difference.
Sometimes one of the otherthings I do to connect to that
vibration is I will go out innature and I will go for a walk.

(13:31):
Getting into nature for me isso therapeutic.
I get so many of my greatbusiness ideas by walking in
nature.
I solve so many problems.
Really getting your feet ontothe ground, connecting with
nature, looking around at what'sgoing on Nature really helps
you understand the expanse ofthe universe.
And then while I walk, I reallyfocus on what is my energy as I

(13:52):
am walking and how can I raisethe vibration of my energy.
And I really think about thefact that I am an energetic
field as I'm walking down thestreet.
And how can I raise thatvibration?
Stand up taller, raise myvibration to act and be that
future self who has successfullygotten my voice out into the
world and empowered over amillion women to live all in.

(14:14):
When I do this, how am I seeingmy future self?
Right, let me give you anexample of what my future self
looks like.
In this intention, how do I seemy future self?
And every time I ask myself howdo I see my future self?
Or someone else asks me how doyou see your future self?
I'm so in tune to my intuitionthat I'm able to recognize that

(14:37):
the very first image that popsto my mind is not me as a
successful coach, not me hereteaching a course that I love,
not even me as an interiordesigner.
That very first image that popsinto my mind and has popped
into my mind for the last fewyears which is why I'm pursuing
this is of me on a stage.

(14:58):
It's a large stage, it's like aCarnegie Hall type of stage
Lots of big lights, crowds ofwomen.
They are engaged, they arelaughing and I am speaking to
them.
Get this.
I even see myself there in awhite suit.
I see myself on this stage bymyself in a white suit, with a

(15:19):
great pair of shoes, beingreally confident, excited,
having my energy sort of bounceoff of me and the energy of the
crowd feeding into me.
I realized in that moment that Iam just so grateful to be doing
what I'm doing and to be ableto make a difference, and that
this is really truly my passionand my calling.

(15:39):
What I do is I will sit withthat vision and I will journal
about the details of that vision.
I really tap into how it wouldbe to feel that I am on that
stage.
What would I feel afterwards?
How would that experience makeme feel, make me be and make me

(16:01):
act.
And I become that personthrough journaling and
meditation.
So that's an example of what Ido in the embodiment stage.
All right, so moving on toinspired action, you can't just
say you want it and expect it tohappen.
Okay, the universe runsmiracles.
However, you have to meet theuniverse halfway.

(16:23):
You have to do some of the work.
So you need to show theuniverse that you are serious
and that you want to co-createwith the universe.
Now, when I say the universe, Itrust in the universe.
I have a belief that there is ahigher calling.
I believe we are spiritualbeings walking around in these
human body suits.
I'm not going to say that I ama huge proponent of.

(16:43):
Everything is about a God.
For you, it might be about aGod.
For me, it is really abouthaving a faith in something
greater than myself.
So I'm going to use the worduniverse when I talk here versus
the word God, but for you, theword God might be what really
resonates for you.
So use it, do what works foryou.
All right.
So inspired action what is onestep that you can take to help

(17:06):
you move forward towards yourgoals, towards your intentions?
All right, we're going to useme as an example, getting my
voice out into the world to beheard.
Okay, one example for me was tocommit to doing a TEDx talk and
then actually doing it right.
So part of that was taking thefirst step, which was to hire an

(17:27):
agency to help me really finetune writing it.
I know how to write.
I know how to speak.
I am not an expert on writing aTEDx talk, so I actually sought
out advice from an agency onhow to help me fine tune my TEDx
talk.
For me, that was the inspiredaction.
It was also the inspired actionof making the commitment that I
was going to do that andvocalizing that commitment to

(17:49):
other people.
And, if you haven't heard thisalready, I did manifest that.
I gave my TEDx talk in April of2025.
Depending on when you'rewatching this, I did this in
April 2025 in Dallas.
It was such an incredibleexperience and I have blog posts
about it on my website, socheck it out when I talk about
becoming a coach, right when Iset the intention that I really

(18:11):
wanted to become a high levelcoach for really ambitious
executives C-level womenexecutives that were like the
person that I was.
Because I really felt I am bestpositioned to help the person
that I once was and I could helpthem find a more balanced life,
help them in crossroads, helpthem make sure they don't lose
themselves in the busy of theirlives.

(18:31):
And when I decided I wanted tobecome a coach, not only did I
get a certification in becominga mindset coach, but I also set
out to do this advancedhigh-level certification with
ICF so that I could really bethe best coach I could possibly
be.
And taking that inspired actionof signing up for those courses
, that was the inspired actionand the steps that I needed to

(18:54):
really get my coaching businessoff the ground.
All right, the last step ofmanifesting letting go, let go
of the process, let go of thetiming and also let go of the
specific outcome.
For me, this is always thehardest part.
This is also one of the hardestparts for many people.

(19:15):
Let's be honest.
We want things now.
We don't want to have to wait.
We want what we want and wewant it now.
We also want to know the timing.
We want to know that things aregoing to work out okay.
We want to know when that bigdoor is going to open.
When are we going to meet oursoulmate?
When are we going to havechildren?
We want to know.

(19:36):
The reality is, you can'talways know.
You won't know the timing, youwon't even know the what and you
won't know the when.
And you won't even know thewhat and you won't know the when

(19:56):
and you won't know the how.
So the key to thismanifestation process at the
very end is letting go.
Things always do work out.
They might not work out the wayyou thought they would, though,
but that's okay If you reallytrust trust in life, trust the
universe, trust that theuniverse has your back, and if
you are struggling with trusting, reach out.
There are so many people likemyself who have so many stories
where they learn to trust theuniverse.
I have podcast guests on allthe time who have taken massive

(20:19):
risks in their life, and theydid it because they really just
trusted somehow, some waywhether it be God or the
universe that something wasgoing to happen and it was going
to work out.
If they did the work, it wasgoing to work out.
I end my journaling every daythat I end my journaling with
this phrase and so it will bethis or something greater for my

(20:41):
highest good and that's reallyimportant.
I'm going to say it one moretime and so it will be this or
something greater for my highestgood, because sometimes what we
think we want might not be whatis really for our highest good,
and I'm going to share a storyabout that in a minute.
That phrase signals to theuniverse that I am trying to

(21:03):
manifest and that it's alreadybeen done, even if it isn't
exactly what I think it shouldbe.
One of the other things I oftendo as part of the end of my
meditation is I ask the universefor signs that I'm on the right
path.
And if you really focus ontapping into the vibration and
the energy of your future selfand you ask this, your ask will

(21:26):
be answered right.
So for me, I often ask myangels, my spirit guides in the
universe, for signs that I'm onthe right path when I'm working
on something, and I'll ask forthat sign.
Very often I say for that signto come to me in angel signs,
and on the day that I do that, Iam telling you I must see five,
six, seven angel signs.

(21:47):
Angel signs, numbers repeatingin a sequence of more than three
1111, 1010, 333, 444, 222.
I'll see it in clocks, I'll seeit all over the place.
So when I ask for signs thatI'm on the right path, when I'm
working on something that Ireally feel connected to as my
purpose, or I really am comingto a crossroads and I have to

(22:10):
make a difficult decision andI'm trying to trust my intuition
, I will often ask for a signand what you'll find is you get
a sign and you can work withintuitives that will also help
you.
You can find bodily signs.
You can do things by tappinginto your energy and talk to the
universe and your angel guidesand say show me a sign of how my
body should move.
If the answer is yes or theanswer is no, and if you really

(22:33):
tap in and you really listen, your body will move in different
ways.
For me, yes, my body movesforward.
No, my body moves to the left.
It's very interesting.
It's a fascinating thing to do.
Let's talk about a book.
I love to share resources witheverybody.
So there's this great bookcalled E-Squared by Pam Grout,
and this book has exercises init that you can do to show you

(22:55):
the power of your brain.
I honestly suggest you pick upa copy and try them.
You will see how manifestationis really possible, especially
when you learn the power thatyour mind has to create your
reality.
E squared, all right.
One of the other things that'sreally important in this process

(23:15):
for me that I found is that Irepeat the process and you'll
notice in the diagram there arearrows that go from let it go
either back to setting anintention or back to embodiment,
arrows that go from let it goeither back to setting an
intention or back to embodiment.
And so if my intention is stillaligned using my intentions,
example, to get my voice out tothe world that is still my
intention.
After I let it go, it doesn'tmean that's over for me.
I go back to embodiment.

(23:36):
I do that again and again, andagain, and I continue to take
inspired action, which is oftendifferent action steps, because
taking inspired action is thefirst step and then there are
more steps.
You don't have to know all thesteps.
So for me it is a continualloop.
You don't just let it go andthen it's over.
You have to go back to aligningthat vibration again and again,

(23:58):
and again.
Also, sometimes you have to goback and revisit your intention.
You might manifest somethingand decide that that's no longer
your intention.
For years I looked to manifestmy soulmate, but now that I
found my soulmate and I'm in arelationship with my boyfriend,
I don't have that intention.
So I had to go back and reviseit and now my intention around
that relationship is reallyabout learning to become more

(24:20):
heart-centered, heart-driven,heart-connected with that
relationship.
So my intention has changed, how I manifested something into
my life, and sometimesmanifesting can be manifesting
things into your life andsometimes it's also manifesting
things out of your life.
So back in December of 2023, Iwas invited to be a guest on a

(24:42):
podcast show, and this was at atime when I was doing lots of
podcasts to promote my new book, and every podcast that I was a
guest on, I would always go andwatch or listen ideally watch
because I wanted to see thepodcast host watch a few of
their most recently postedepisodes before I was going to
be a guest, so I could befamiliar with their style, their
format.
A lot of people ask the samequestion, so it kind of gave me

(25:05):
an inkling into how the podcastwas going to go so I could be
the best guest possible.
So there was this gentleman whowas going to be a guest on his
show and I went and I watchedhis latest post episode and
there was this woman on therenamed Pia Lecter, and Pia has a
branding company and Pia livesin Copenhagen and she has gone
on this incredible spiritualjourney and she used to work in

(25:27):
advertising sales.
She comes from New York, sheused to work in London and she
has a small business, a creativefirm.
It's a creative agency,creative marketing agency, and
she helps people with branding.
And at the time I was reallystruggling because I had my
interior design business and Ihad my book and I wanted the
book to become like a bookspeaking business and I was

(25:48):
really struggling to combinethose two separate identities of
myself.
I was managing two differentwebsites, separate businesses,
separate emails.
I was really struggling to seethe long-term vision of that
brand as a big umbrella.
So I was seeking someone whocould really help me build a
brand that could encompass allof the things I was interested
in.
I started watching Pia on thisshow.

(26:10):
I watched her for five minutesand I immediately connected with
her energy, I connected withher vibe.
I connected with the way shewas speaking.
I reached out to her, I set uptime to get on her calendar and
within 10 minutes of our call Iwas like you're hired, let's
just do this.
And Pia is the brains and thebrilliance behind the House of

(26:31):
Germart.
She really helped me toarticulate what I wanted to do,
what my mission was, how Iwanted to get there, what my
brand values were.
She helped me with everythingand then she connected me with
someone.
She did all of the copyrightfor my relaunch of my brand.
That happened in 2024.
She connected me with a womanto do all of the design and the
imagery of it.
So the birth of the House ofJarmar is really a result of the

(26:55):
work that I did with Pia.
Now, what's so interesting alsoabout that is at the time we had
to create a vision for where Iwanted this business to be, and
this slide right here is thevision of where I wanted the
business to be at the end of2024.
So this was doing this inJanuary.
This was where I wanted thebusiness to be at the end of

(27:15):
2024 for the House of Jermar andthe different buckets I wanted
to be playing in for this vision, right?
And so you have interior design, you have the podcast, you have
the book.
All of this was part of thevision.
Then we also worked to createthe vision for three years later
, and this is the three yearlater board.
Okay, so this is 2027 visionboard.

(27:37):
So, in three years 2027, Iwanted to be speaking and events
and I wanted that to be thelargest circle of where I spent
my time, followed by books andeditorial and a movie and the
podcast, right.
Interior design and designingproducts because I'm very
interested in designing productswere also part of the picture,
but they were smaller.

(27:58):
Do you want to see the realityof what I have manifested so far
?
And we haven't even gotten to2027.
Here's where we are right now.
Coaching is a big circle.
Coaching wasn't even on myvision in 2024, let alone for
2027.
This course is also part ofthat big circle.
This wasn't part of my originalvision at all.

(28:19):
Speaking is big, but it's notas big right now as it will be
in 2024.
But we haven't gotten to 2027because remember my intention
the visualization that alwayscomes to me when I really dig
into my heart is me on that bigstage.
The book is still there, butit's small.
It's not as much of a biggerfocus.
The podcast is there.
It's about the size that it wasin 2027.

(28:42):
So I can only imagine how bigit's going to be in 2027.
It was in 2027.
So I can only imagine how bigit's going to be in 2027.
And the biggest part of thisstory at all, of all of this
manifestation, is I've createdall this right.
I've manifested coaching.
I've manifested the course.
I've manifested the podcast somuch faster than I thought.
But I also manifested myselfout of interior design.

(29:02):
Notice, interior design is noton the grid.
Designing products is not evenon the grid.
I got to a turning point.
I got to a crossroad.
I was doing so many things.
I was so fragmented with mytime that I really had to tune
into my intuition, ask myselfsome very difficult,

(29:23):
gut-wrenching questions toidentify what I was going to do
with my interior design business.
Was I going to stay in it orwas I going to move out of it?
And I have actually moved outof it.
I have given away any projectsthat came my way.
I've had to turn down businessand I've had to make the
decision that I will walk awayfrom my interior design business
, my baby that I grew.

(29:44):
Five years ago, after gettingfired from my VP job, I really
decided that in order for me toreally go after my passion and
really go after my vision toempower 1 million women to live
all in, I can't do that byinterior design and I love
interior design, but it's notgoing to get me to the bigger
vision and my bigger purpose.
So I always say to people Iactually manifested myself out

(30:09):
of that business.
I had a client with a project.
It was a multi-year projectthat we were working on and she
called me one day and she saidyou know what?
I think my husband's going todo the design from here on out.
And it's not that you aren'tgood, but my husband's going to
take over your job.
And I was like wow, okay.
And at the time I owed her somemoney back because she had
prepaid.

(30:29):
And she said I don't want themoney back.
And that was a sign from theuniverse and a gift, because she
gave me some money.
That also gave me a little bitof a runway so I can invest in
this course and invest evenfurther in my coaching.
And that was a sign I waspaying attention to the signs
from the universe, because I'dreally put out there that I was
trying to identify what was theright path forward at my

(30:51):
crossroad, and I really spent alot of time listening inward,
listening to what my gut told me.
Where was my passion?
What excited me?
How do I want to spend my time?
Where did I see myself going?
And every time I asked thatquestion, I kept seeing that
stage.
And that stage is not interiordesign.
So this long story is to reallyjust tell you that I have

(31:12):
manifested myself into a life ofcoaching, into the life of
coursework.
I've also manifested myself outof a life of interior design
which I had manifested back fiveyears ago.
It's all an evolution, it's alla process.
All right, 2027,.
I can honestly say right now,as I sit here today and stand

(31:33):
here today creating this course,I have no idea what the circles
are going to look like in 2027.
But that is such an inspiring, empowering place to be is to not
know, and I just have to remindmyself.
Trust, trust in the universe, trust in life.
The universe has my back and ifI lead forward with a place of
goodness, positivity, purpose, Iwill find it All right.

(31:58):
Your homework for today.
I want you to spend some timeon embodiment.
I want you to write ways thatyou can embody feeling and being
in the energy of your futureself.
So I want you to write aboutall of those and then I want you
to pick two of them to try overthe next few days.
How do they feel?
How long can you hold thatenergy and that vibration of

(32:22):
your future self?
This is just the beginning.
It's practice, so I'm excitedfor you to try it.
It really does work.
A recap of today Wow, okay, today, manifestation process
right, setting an intention, embodying that future self,
taking inspired action and thenletting go.

(32:42):
Tomorrow we're going to recapthis big week, because this was
a huge week.
We covered so much content andthen we're going to review our
reflection homework.
I hope you enjoyed learningabout manifesting and I hope you
have a beautiful day and I willsee you tomorrow.
Bye, tomorrow, bye, all right.
So now you all have learned howI manifest my four-step process,

(33:06):
which really, just the otherday I manifested once again just
a great parking spot, andsometimes it's those little
things in life that happen to meall the time that really keep
me in tune, and I spend timeevery single day embodying my
future self and embodying thethings that I am trying to
manifest and create.
I cannot tell you enough thepower in tapping into that

(33:30):
energy and that vibration.
And you also got exposed to mybeginning breath work.
I do this at the beginning ofevery day of the course and to
me it is a game changer toreally be able to breathe,
ground myself and tap into whatis going on on the inside.
So I encourage you you got tosee my embodiment homework
exercise.

(33:50):
That is part of my course.
I encourage you, now thatyou've taken that day of the
course, do the embodimenthomework.
Think about ways that you canembody the energy of your future
self in today's moment.
Do it today, because the moreyou align with the energy of
that future person that has whatyou want, the faster you're

(34:10):
going to create it.
We are all just energy, likeattracts, like All right.
