Michael transitioned from single-family investments to multifamily in 2015. Today, he is a general partner in over 2,800 units and over $350,000,000 of assets, raised $100,000,000 of capital to date, and completed 7 full cycle deals.
He is the co-founder of Granite Towers Equity Group, a real estate private equity firm. Michael and his business partner Dan focus on acquiring and managing multi-family projects across the nation.
