About Brian Davis
G. Brian Davis is a real estate investor, personal finance writer, and co-founder of SparkRental.com with over two decades in the real estate and finance industries. He owns an interest in over 2,000 units, adding more each month in a form of dollar cost averaging. He loves hiking, cooking, travel, scuba diving, and occasionally surfing (badly).
