It’s time for a new season, where Claudia Winkleman and Professor Tanya Byron meet a different guest each week who has an issue that they are struggling with. Professor Tanya speaks to them in a one to one session and Claudia asks questions in the breaks. Claud and Tan aim to unlock the challenges facing our guest and help them to move to a place of clarity. This season we look at challenges such as PTSD, anxiety, surprise DNA tests results, sexuality, grief and trauma. No matter what the subject, the themes of loss, guilt, love and forgiveness are universal with practical advice and tools that we can all use. Series 3 launches Tuesday 29th June.
