Hi everyone.
Welcome back to How I AI Today Ihave a very special solo episode
(01:30):
for you all.
I'm recording from Bali,Indonesia.
I wanted to do another soloepisode because I am fresh off
the tails of a five day AImastermind conference with The
Collective AI Let's go ahead andget started with some
announcements.
My free Get Started guide isofficially live.
(01:50):
I'll link that in the shownotes.
It gives you basic vocabulary.
Advice on how to start playingaround with tech tools.
And also my favorite resourceson how to jump in and start
learning.
I also want to mention that inthe show notes with each
episode, I am mentioning each ofthe technology stacks from each
(02:15):
guest.
Go ahead and scroll down withinthe notes of each episode and
you'll see all the tools that weshared..
I do wanna go ahead and ask ifyou've been enjoying these
episodes, please rate and shareit with a friend, leave a
review.
This is really gonna help thepodcast find and reach more
people and support those thatare wanting to get started and
(02:38):
need resources.
So for today's solo episode, Iwant to cover some of the AI
news I've been reading, and I'mgonna share about the speakers I
was able to learn from in thispast five day Mastermind.
I'm also gonna be interviewingeach of them individually in the
coming weeks, so get ready.
(02:59):
There's a lot of really excitingepisodes on deck, even when I'm
back in Miami.
I have some really cool episodeslined up for you all.
Alright, let's dive in.
You might've been watching thenews.
So many advancements happeningeven during this mastermind we
were in.
The speakers were sharing, oh,this just happened yesterday or
(03:21):
this happened this week.
It was hard for them to evenprepare their presentations
because even just the day of, orthe day before, they decided to
speak on something completelydifferent.
That just goes to show, howimportant it is to be paying
attention to all of this news.
One of my friends recentlyshared the Diary of a CEO
(03:42):
YouTube, maybe you've heard ofhim.
He has over 10 millionsubscribers.
And the episode that she sharedis called AI Agents Emergency
Debate.
These jobs won't exist in 24months.
This episode was over four hourslong.
It had a few gentlemen speakingabout why AI is threatening the
(04:05):
global workforce, how AI agentsare already replacing millions
of jobs, the disruptive force ofthe creative industry.
What critical skills are gonnabe mattering most in the future.
What I did when she sent me thisYouTube was I personally
uploaded it into 11 labs and itbroke down a five minute podcast
(04:26):
for me.
This is really how I digest, long form content and
information research papers now.
I'll link the YouTube and I'lllink my summary to the YouTube
in the show notes as well.
But they were discussing how AIwas able to solve a very complex
mathematical problem in under 24hours.
(04:47):
Apparently in the past, thistook 70 years for this problem
to be solved, and the rippleeffects of industries like
logistics, research anddevelopment, finance and
industries where complex problemsolving is needed shows the
impact of what's gonna happen tothe job market.
Goldman Sachs predicts AI couldautomate 300 million jobs.
(05:12):
They also share that 85% ofcurrent jobs are gonna be
affected by AI by 2025.
This year is really big and thedemographic divide is just
growing.
A lot of workers over 45 havebeen reporting lower confidence
in adapting ai.
And only 35% of individualsreally feel equipped.
(05:35):
They also discussed that there'sgoing to be creation of new job
categories.
And how 85% of the jobs outthere don't exist.
There's a lot of really goodinformation in this YouTube.
So as mentioned, I'm going tolink it out.
Another interesting article Iread recently was how
(05:57):
organizations can prepare theirworkforce for jobs that don't
exist yet, the World EconomicForum stated that by 2027 65% of
children entering primary schooltoday will ultimately work in
jobs that don't currently exist.
So how do we equip our childrenand those in school for the
(06:19):
future?
In summary, they shared to builda future ready workforce that
organizations really must fostera culture of continuous
learning.
And this is gonna includeintegrating training and skill
development into their dailyoperations.
And regular skill assessmentsare gonna be essential due to
(06:40):
the Rapid technological change.
So investing in technologicaltraining is really gonna equip
your employees to adapt andgrow.
And they also share that earlyadopters are going to have
significantly higher businessgrowth.
And how strategic partnershipswith educational institutions
(07:03):
and tech providers are reallygonna help companies stay
aligned with emerging trends anddelivering relevant future
focused trainings.
So what is that saying?
It's saying that this isn't justa one and done situation where
someone comes into your businessor teaches you aI, and then
that's it.
You're done.
(07:23):
It's something that is going tobe continuous learning.
And consistent learning and tobe setting up established
partners with eitheruniversities or small brands to
really be on top of emergingtrends.
This is what I'm doing alreadywith my clients.
(07:45):
I'm being a designated resourcewhere I'm coming in, going
through their operations andtheir systems and keeping them
in the loop with what's going onwith AI and teaching them the
updates and going inconsistently.
Love dining out.
Here's a little gift for you.
(08:06):
I've been using InKind and it'shonestly a game changer for food
lovers.

next meal on me.
Well kind Of.
All right, as mentioned, I'm inBali.
I'm here for an AI Mastermindthat just wrapped for the past
five days.
And there were a lot of reallyexciting speakers.
We had two days of learning andwe also had a lot of
(09:09):
opportunities to build and workwith developers and learn about
automation and agents and I amgoing to give you a brief
overview of what I experiencedand what I learned during this
Mastermind.
As mentioned, I'm gonna beinterviewing a lot of these
speakers individually so you getto really dive deep into what it
(09:31):
is that they teach and howthey're using ai.
So the speakers during thisconference were the co-founders
of the Collective Umer andJonathan.
They also featured Eric LucasNatalia.
And Faith.
Let's go ahead and start withFaith.
She is a visual artist and AIexpert, and for each of these
(09:52):
speakers, I will also link inthe show notes how to reach out
to them and how to get to learnfrom them more.
So don't worry about that.
Faith is a passionate visualartist and AI expert with a
passion for helpingentrepreneurs unlock their full
potential.
She's made it her mission toshow creators and entrepreneurs
how to leverage thetransformative power of AI to
(10:14):
scale their businesses, simplifytheir workflows, and she got
into using AI tools as amuralist.
She began with Mid Journey andit helped her really ideate
these murals that she wascreating for her clients.
She did a really cool, creativeexercise with us.
We did a few things.
We created an AI influencertogether.
(10:36):
We created an AI generated ad.
She also showed us a really coolapp to virtually try on clothes
online and be able to put it onyour own AI avatar.
So she went into chat, GPTbecause.
These past few weeks ChatGPTadvanced so much when it comes
(10:57):
to image generation that it'sreally blowing everybody out of
the water.
We were able to do a lot withinit directly.
Some other platforms that sheshared were Kling ai.
We went to Adobe Firefly tocreate the AI ad.
She touched on cloning yourvoice on 11 labs and also
(11:20):
Resemble AI as another AI voicegenerator and so in chat GPT we
created an AI influencer.
We built out its face and itsbody.
We took a picture of a productand we created an AI ad within
Firefly.
And then we put the two togetherand showed this AI influencer
(11:41):
holding the product that wecreated and were able to animate
the ad and she just reallyshared all the benefits of being
able to do this beyond savingmoney, right?
You can really align yourproduct and show the lifestyle
alignment to your customer.
It helps showing your product toscale among many other things.
(12:01):
So it was really cool to be inthis mastermind and not just be
spoken to and to be shown inreal time and also follow along.
How to create AI influencers andAI ads.
Next we had Lucas Lorenzo.
He's a creative technologist, AIbuilder, and is also a creative
(12:23):
studio founder.
He went over Brute ForceProduct, launching through ai,
fast ideation and accelerationwas the title of his talk a
little bit more about Lucas.
He's an American technologistbased in Barcelona.
He is really building at theintersection of AI design and
innovation.
(12:43):
He's worked in research anddevelopment since 2018 as a full
stack engineer.
And he's worked with adagencies, fortune 500 companies
and works on large scaleproducts related to software
automation and strategy.
We did a really cool thingtogether with him.
He had a really good talk andpresentation, and then he also
(13:06):
shared a prompt.
Called the Future Wheel Coachand this prompt series is
essentially designed to helpfounders really think about what
it is that their business couldlook like six months from now.
And it's a step-by-step processthat we went into chat, GPT and
he recommended for a portion ofit to really use the research.
(13:29):
Model within ChatGPT and itreally guided us through a
creative thinking exercise toimagine what these future
changes might happen next withinthe business.
We went over our competitivelandscape and it switches into
an investor to really start tosee what's missing about your
business and your pitch, anddive into what could go wrong
(13:52):
and which steps are mostimportant to take on next.
It was really cool.
To see that he created this fourstep series prompt and I
personally stepped away and juststarted speaking directly and
did some ideation back andforth.
And I gave this really thoroughoutline in the end.
So that was a really funexperience.
(14:15):
After that we went over toNatalia, AKA Muse.
This one was really interesting.
She has a signature talk whereshe goes over Create Your
Digital Twin.
She's a developer and she's alsoa metaverse architect.
I learned a lot from her aboutWeb3.
(14:36):
It was just a fascinatingconversation, so we all built
our digital avatar.
More about MetaMuse before Ijump into what we did.
She's a visionary AI developer,she's a metaverse architect with
13 years of experience in IT.
She's been leading innovation inWeb3 AI and immersive tech for
(14:57):
over four years.
And her mission is to empowercreators and businesses through
intelligent automation, digitalavatars, and scalable content
systems.
She is really in this space ofcreating AI influencers.
She's working in this space ofhaving agencies of AI avatars.
(15:19):
She spoke about the future, andan example she gave was, imagine
if someone like Bruce WillisPassed on and he had an AI
avatar that was able to stilllive on and have royalties and
commissions from his moviesmoving forward, even though he
(15:41):
was no longer with us.
Kind of think about when PaulWalker was brought back for the
fast of the furious seasons, even after he had passed away.
Things like that are gonna be abit normal now with official
royalties and things in play, and it's gonna be a little bit
more consistent and common.
(16:03):
Another example she gave was howDJs will be able to upload
their, consciousness, quoteunquote, and be able to play
virtually at sets with notactually being there.
Just think about what that wouldbe like to have someone's taste
and style and everythingcompletely downloaded.
(16:25):
And then they could play in morethan one place at a time and
just think about your ability toscale if you had an AI avatar
downloaded in that way, she alsoshared some future notes on how
you're gonna see really bigbrands create digital faces and
(16:46):
have them be representing theircompany and really be the DNA of
their brands moving forward.
So soon we're going to seemodels that represent specific
brands that are completely AIgenerated, and this is going to
be much more common.
The exercise that we all did, reach out to me directly if you
(17:07):
want me to send you my AIavatar.
It was pretty cool.
It took a few tries to get itright because obviously it's
about prompting, right?
And you have to go back andforth and get it to a point
where you like it.
But she built her product, whichis very fascinating, completely
on Telegram.
So everybody in the Mastermindwas able to open their telegram.
(17:30):
And go through her product andpay directly on the platform for
her app to create our AI avatarswithin there, which were pretty
incredible.
You'll have to check her out onInstagram and her websites to
see her AI avatar.
It's gorgeous.
And, like I mentioned, we spokea lot about the Metaverse and
(17:53):
Web3 and she told me about thethings that she's built and how
she owns the most land sodefinitely someone to check out
and hopefully I'll get her onthe podcast soon.
Another.
Speaker during the Mastermindwas Erik Faz Jurgensen.
He's a developer.
He's a builder and a visionarymind.
(18:13):
His topic during the mastermindwas vibe coding, which is all
the rage.
He talked about how to buildapps and websites without
knowing code or very littlecode.
And for those of you who mightnot know vibe coding is when
developers use AI to generatecode by describing their desired
functionality in naturallanguage rather than manually
(18:36):
writing code.
So this is all the rage rightnow.
A lot of people are losing theirjobs in this space or having to
completely shift gears of whatit is that they're wanting to go
to school to learn.
So a bit more about Eric.
He built the original genealogyplatform.
He's a vc, he's a technologistwith a specialty in government
(18:58):
contracts and fast growth.
He applies his softwareengineering skills to create
innovative and secure solutionsfor the decentralized web.
Some of the tech that he coveredwas N eight N, which is one of
his favorite websites andplatforms to build agents and
(19:19):
autonomous workflows.
He also covered apify.com, whichis a full stack platform for web
scraping.
Apify is the largest ecosystemwhere developers build, deploy,
and publish web scrapers, AIagents, and automation tools.
That was something really coolto learn about.
(19:40):
He also did some previews ofstuff that he's been learning
and playing around and reallyliking lately.
Just for reference, he is reallyactive on Twitter, so maybe I'll
link his Twitter here.
And he says that is where hegets all of his AI news.
He brought up his Twitter andshowed his feed and he was
(20:01):
sharing all of the developmentsthat came through this week.
One thing he covered was VEO,which is a state of the art
video generation from Google.
We went over stitch with Google, which is how you transform UI
designs for mobile and webapplications.
He introduced me to the website,framer.com, and I'm gonna use it
(20:22):
to update my website.
He covered Bolt, which is an appcreator, and then someone else
in the group also sharedLovable, which is a really good
no coder website for Vibecoding.
Next we had Umer present and hedid a really cute interactive
call with his son remotely whodialed in and shared how he's
(20:48):
been able to create facelessYouTube videos using AI and
gained a ton of traction as ateenager, and it really just
goes to show how easy this stuffis and all it takes is time and
dedication to start to learn andhow quickly you're able to start
to gain traction.
Umer's topic was on automations,a little bit more about Umer.
(21:10):
He's a serial entrepreneur over15 companies founded across
tech, e-commerce, and education.
Including two successful exitsin just four years.
He has over 20 years ofexperience scaling startups in
ai, blockchain, and exponentialtechnologies within Fortune 500
companies.
He's also the co-founder of theCollective and he shared a bit
(21:34):
about N8N as well.
One other key thing that keptcoming up was how we would get
to a point in what we werebuilding and sharing as a group
for this hacker house and AIMastermind.
And sometimes we would get stuckand there was always just a
quick fix answer, and it wouldeither be within the platform,
(21:55):
you would just have the coderegenerate and it would fix
itself, or there were dedicatedGPTs to assist you with these
specific platforms.
For example, N eight N has itsown N eight N assistant on GPT.
I think I've mentioned onprevious episodes how whenever
I'm stuck on anything, I alwaysgo to chat GPT and just ask it.
(22:17):
But it's cool to hear that thereare custom gpt for a lot of
these platforms, like NAN.
He also used make.com.
We went over automations.
We briefly touched on websitecloning and this app called
Emergent that he's been usingfor that.
It's really incredible thecapabilities of AI and it really
(22:41):
is mind blowing the stuff thatwe were able to cover in these
sessions of compact learning.
But to wrap it all up the finalspeaker was Jonathan Foltz the
other co-founder of theCollective, and he likes to talk
about superhuman systems andabout time hacking and a lot
with mindset and he's veryconscious and so he had a lot to
(23:04):
share about that as well.
If any of you have ever gotten achance to hear him speak at any
of the AI workshops, it's justreally cool.
He's an amazing speaker to seethat he blends conscious
leaderships in ai.
A little bit more aboutJonathan.
He's a serial entrepreneur.
He's a futurist and visionarybuilder behind 30 plus companies
(23:26):
across tech, ai, and e-commerce.
He has five exits and over ninefigures in social media driven
sales.
He's really into exponentialgrowth mentoring founders and
launching AI systems.
The tech that he covered a lotwas Vortex ai.
Recently the collective launcheda really cool platform for its
(23:50):
members and clients, and it's amulti-agent system.
A little bit more about Vortexai.
Let me pull up some stuff foryou to read.
It's a self evolvingintelligence platform designed
for individuals and enterprises.
It empowers users to buildpersonalized or organized AI
systems, and it really bringstogether the most powerful L LMS
(24:15):
agents and automations into onemain space.
Think about all of the differentways that you're having to jump
around into different LLMs,whether that be ChatGPT, or
Claude or PI, or Perplexity.
This brings them all into one sothat you're not jumping around
and it has one central way topay as well, and so it's way
(24:39):
more affordable.
He shared a lot about Vortex ai.
We did a bit of a demo, and ifyou're a member of the
collective, you get access to itand it's just an amazing tool
and resource.
So we went more into that duringthe Mastermind as well.
All right.
I hope this was exciting for youall to hear everything that I
learned from these speakers andwhat we did during the
(25:02):
Mastermind Following two days ofreally intense learning
building, we had two days ofamazing excursions and got to
just really immerse deeplywithin the nature here in Bali,
and The Collective community isdoing another international
Mastermind later on this year inTulum.
(25:24):
So stay tuned if you'reinterested in joining the next
one.
It was a special group ofindividuals that came together
and exciting to be around fellowentrepreneurs who were in such a
build phase of their lives.
Thank you so much for listeningto my second solo episode.
I would love for you to reachout to me directly with any
(25:46):
feedback or comments.
I love hearing from you all.
As mentioned, I have some reallyexciting guests coming through I
typically post around Tuesdaysor Wednesdays, depending on how
busy I am that week.
Alright, I'll talk to you soon.
Take care.
I hope today's episode
opened your mind to what's
(26:06):
possible with ai.
Do you have a cool use case onhow you're using AI and wanna
share it?
DM me.
I'd love to hear more andfeature you on my next podcast.
Until next time, here's toworking smarter, not harder.
See you on the next episode ofHow I Ai.
This episode was made possiblein partnership with the
Collective ai, a communitydesigned to help entrepreneurs,
(26:30):
creators, and professionalsseamlessly integrate AI into
their workflows.
One of the biggest game changersin my own AI journey was joining
this space.
It's where I learned, connectedand truly enhanced my
understanding of what's possiblewith ai.
