(03:16):
It helps the small and growingbrand reach more people.
Alright, let's dive into today'ssolo episode.
I've been thinking a lot latelyabout where AI is headed, not
just in the headlines, but inour everyday choices as leaders,
creators, and curious humans.

(03:37):
And this month I've been divingdeep into a book by Noelle
Russell.
You might have seen her as therecent keynote speaker at
Mindvalley's Free AI Conferencethey just did online, and the
book is called ScalingResponsibly with ai.
I started reading it because shegifted to me at an event where

(03:58):
we were both speaking at here inMiami earlier this year, and I
felt like it was the perfectprep for an AI leadership panel
I recently moderated here inMiami, which by the way, that
whole conversation will be airedas a bonus episode in the coming
weeks.

(04:18):
Some key points I wanted to justgo over in her book, because a
lot of people were interested innot just the future of ai, but
what it means for education.
And in her book, she has theultimate AI leadership
checklist.
It includes things like visionalignment, talent empowerment,

(04:42):
ethical framework, continuouslearning.
Risk management, stakeholdercommunication and innovation
cultivation.
Particularly in the talentempowerment, ethical frameworks
and risk management sections.
I was really expanded by theseare the future jobs and future

(05:07):
work titles.
We're gonna see enter the marketvery soon and how we're going to
be pivoting a lot into more AIcentric and technology centric
roles.
Think just before the.
Uh, age of the internet and theboom of the worldwide web.
There weren't such things asdigital marketing managers, and

(05:30):
that was a title you had neverheard of before that big boom
happened.
So her book really expanded me,not only what it means to be an
AI leader when it comes topreventing biases and what it
takes to manage AI ethically.
But it really expanded me in away where I got to see into the

(05:53):
future of the types of new rolesthat are gonna be coming out as
we are all integrating andadopting ai.
I am really excited for you tolisten to that panel
conversation when it comes outin the coming weeks on this
podcast.
That AI leadership panel Ihosted really got me thinking

(06:14):
about a recent interview Iwatched with Sam Altman and Theo
Von, I'll be sure to link theYouTube in the show notes.
And it was so raw and real.
There was no PR script in it andhe really answered the questions
most people try to avoid.
And I love one perspective.
He shared, I mean, he clearlyhas media training, but he was

(06:36):
able to shift all of thesequestions coming at him in such
a positive reframe.
The fact that we're evenworrying about AI risks means
we're already putting theguardrails in place.
To his point, he mentions thatthroughout history, creativity,
service and human adaption havehad this stubborn way of

(06:59):
winning.
He says, human creativity seemsbasically limitless and human
desire to be useful to eachother and connect with each
other seems pretty limitlesstoo.
And I really attest to that.
And I think that, the more thatwe are worrying this dystopian
future and painting thesescenarios that Theo Von did so

(07:23):
elaborately in the talk.
Um, his response was the factthat you find this so
off-putting, I think is a signfor optimism.
And that's so true.
We're not gonna let these thingshappen if we're already off, put
by, the cause of concerns forai.
One of the most common ones arefor our children and he says, he

(07:46):
thinks kids are gonna be finebecause kids, you never really
have to worry about technology.
They're always quick to adaptand are the first ones always
to, move forward with technologythroughout history.
And we can see this happening inreal time with Gen Alpha.
This leads me to my next pointwhere not everybody's ready for

(08:10):
the adaptations we're seeing andthe big mass market pivot we're
seeing when it comes to ai.
You may or may not have known, but in the August issue of Vogue
Magazine, there was a completelyAI generated model for Guess
clothing and this stirred up alot of conversation.

(08:36):
The founders behind the projectput out a statement saying,
look, this isn't just an AIprompt behind every AI generated
image, there's a full creativeteam, engineers, designers,
photographers, stylists,developers, and yes, even
models.
They compared their process toarchitecture, fabric studies,

(09:00):
lighting tests, and emphasizedthat AI was just the tool, not
the vision.
Their argument is this is realwork and AI generated ads using
models deserve recognition.
I did some scrolling in thecomments, and you'll see that
people are really fired up.
I'll also link this post fromInstagram in the show notes, but

(09:22):
some of them are cheering on theinnovation.
Some are cheering on theinnovation, others are pushing
back really hard, asking aboutthe mental wellbeing of women
under impossible beautystandards, pointing out that
human jobs are being cut out inthe process and questioning why
AI keeps defaulting to the sameblonde, flawless stereotype.

(09:44):
Instead of opening doors to moreinclusive representation.
I would like to argue that thefact that these points are even
being made, that we're going tosee, in return and as a result,
uh, from these public commentsand expressions, just that we're
gonna see more inclusiverepresentation.

(10:04):
So I think it's important to bea part of the conversation and a
part of the adaptation that ishappening specifically in ai.
And if you haven't listened tomy episode with Natalia, AKA
Meta Muse, it's episode 15 of mypodcast series.

(10:26):
She talks a lot about the futureof AI brand avatars and predicts
that a lot of big name brandsjust like Guess are going to be
moving into this direction.
And having their own signaturemodels that are completely AI
generated.
So be on the lookout for more ofthis.

(10:49):
This is just the start, whichbrings me to something I've been
noticing in my own work, becausethere's a lot of controversy
already around AI generatedemails.
I do a lot of training withclients and sometimes there's
pushback this brings animportant point of the
difference between AI generatedversus AI polished content.

(11:12):
I'm in the camp that says AI canget you 90% of the way there,
but that last 10%, this is whereyou have to show up, read AI
generated content like a draft, strip out those em dashes that
it loves to sprinkle everywhere.
Put your own flavor back in, andthat's the part that people

(11:33):
actually connect to.
AI, is giving you the leveragein getting you 90% there.
But do not dismiss emails orcontent that is generated by AI
polished content it takes aperson behind the AI to give it
the knowledge and people put alot of efforts behind their

(11:55):
prompt before generating AIcontent, I think that's to be
respected, but that is mypersonal opinion.
Reach out to me.
I'd love to hear what you thinkabout AI generated content
versus AI polished content.
Because we're gonna be seeingmore and more AI generated copy,

(12:16):
AI generated emails, AIgenerated pitches, and it's
important to really distinguishthe difference between ai that
gets you a hundred percent thereand AI that gets you 90% there.
Another really big thing thathappened recently was the White
House released its plan for ai.

(12:40):
It publicly dropped itsmulti-page PDF.
It's enormous.
I actually threw this PDF into11 reader and had an AI
generated podcast read back tome, its Main Points, and I'll
share that link as well so youcan tune in and take a listen
along with the full AI plan andan article.

(13:03):
I'm gonna read an excerpt fromright now from the White House
it says.
The White House AI planidentifies over 90 federal
policy actions across threepillars, accelerating
innovation, building American AIinfrastructure, and leading in

(13:24):
international diplomacy andsecurity that the Trump
administration will take in thecoming weeks and months.
Key policies and AI action planinclude exporting American ai,
promoting rapid build out ofdata centers, enabling
innovation and adoption.

(13:44):
So really see this coming deeperinto our schools and what
they're teaching in schools, howwe're learning in schools.
They're gonna be expediting andmodernizing permits for data
centers, and this is something Ireally wanna double click on, as

(14:07):
they say, is the environmentalimpact of data centers of AI use
in general.
This is a lot of people'sinitial reservation or pushback
when it comes to using ai.
And I have such an excitingguest airing next week on How I

(14:31):
AI from Germany.
His name is Dr.
Kihm.
He's developed some incredibletech to make AI more energy
efficient, and I truly feel likeit's only a matter of time
before we use technology tosupport us in this time of deep

(14:52):
environmental concern.
I believe that the answers weseek are all out there.
Just to tease my episode withDr.
Kihm, he is able to preserveenergy conservation by 80 to
90%, I believe it was.
You'll have to listen in to thatepisode.

(15:15):
But it gave me a lot of hopetowards the future, especially
as I read this AI White Houseplan about what they plan to be
rolling out, and speaking offull steam ahead, I've been
toying around with creatingcustom gpt for this podcast.
I thought it'd be a great ideato load all of the transcripts

(15:36):
from these episodes.
And I've had 20 guests, Ibelieve, at this point.
So you can imagine how muchwe've gotten into every episode.
And I'm going to make it free atfirst, so be sure to tune in and
pay attention when I releasethat custom GPT.
You'll be able to interact withit and ask it questions.

(15:58):
It'll reference prior guestsI've hosted, and you'll be able
to get tools and systemsrecommended in real time based
on conversations with thoughtleaders and professionals and
developers in this space that Ibring to you each and every
week.
I think for my next soloepisode, I'm going to between

(16:20):
then and now dive way more intoAI agent mode on ChatGPT As
ChatGPT just released.
Uh, model five and AI agents.
I actually just got off a prettyincredible membership call with
the collective AI where we wereall talking just that, and they
were running through a bunch ofdemos on how they're personally

(16:44):
using chat GPT five and aI agentmode and gave some examples of
the things that they were ableto create and I was blown away.
Some ideas I already have goingare, now we can use AI agent
mode within chat GPT to createcustom GPTs for us, and they'll
probably do it better than wecould.

(17:05):
I'm going to use it to help mecreate more funnels to the
podcast.
I don't know if you know this, but right now I'm a one woman
show.
I'm doing everything from a to Zfor this podcast and all the
ways that I can get the AIsupport to get more people to
listen in and become empoweredand inspired by the use of ai,

(17:29):
i'm on board, so I'm evenconsidering launching a
substack.
I know.
I know.
I first need to really focus onYouTube and TikTok before I move
into more community drivenplatforms, but.
I was really energized bytoday's demo of Agent Mode from

(17:51):
The Collective AI, and I alreadyhave my brain racking of all the
ways that I could be leaning inand 10 Xing my output as a
solopreneur.
My final point I wanna make fortoday's solo episode, and again,
thank you so much for tuning ineach and every week is just a

(18:15):
reminder as you're building andin your AI sandboxes and
exploring and discoveringdifferent ways to use ai.
Something I learned recentlyreiterated the fact on how we
need to be very concerned aboutour data management and our
privacy when it comes touploading and sharing things to

(18:39):
our LLMs or any of thesoftwares, tools, and solutions
that we're using within the AIspace.
I read an article recently thatchat, GPT had a court order to
save every conversation ever.
In the past we have been toldthat it only retains users

(19:01):
conversations for a certainamount of time.
If you ever explore your dataand privacy settings in chat
GPT, if you haven't, I highlyrecommend that you do.
You can toggle on and off ifyou're sharing your data.
If your team, level, you don'thave to worry about it, it won't
show your data.
It'll retain conversations for acertain amount of days.

(19:24):
Or you can do a temporary chatsometimes I do that when I don't
want it to remember somethingand I'm just asking it a random
question that has nothing to dowith my personal and
professional goals so that itdoesn't save it to memory.
But anyways, OpenAI hasprotested a court order that
forces it to retain all of itsusers conversations.

(19:46):
This is part of a copyrightinfringement case against it by
the New York Times and otherpublishers.
The news organizations arguedthat chat, GPT, was presenting
their content and its responsesto the point where users were
reading this material instead ofaccessing their paid content
directly.

(20:07):
I think you're gonna see a lotof this coming up.
A lot of people have, uploadedtranscripts of not their private
data, of other books thatthey've read and been adding
this to their knowledge basewhen they're using their ai.
And if you are making thispublic and you're not keeping it

(20:30):
private and within your ownconversations, that's copyright
infringement.
This is intellectual propertyand there's gonna be a lot of
cases that come out like this inthe coming years.
This is just the beginning ofit, but my point to all of you
is, I saw something recentlycovering the 13 things to never

(20:53):
share.
With chat GPT, but you couldeven use this across the board
with any LLM or any AI thatyou're using.
Whenever I'm training smallbusinesses and founders on ai,
the first call I have with themis discussing what's your AI

(21:13):
policy?
What rules and regulation andguardrails do you have in place,
if you're dealing with sensitiveclient data and personal
information, be sure to alwaysredact any of that information
before uploading it to any LLMor ai.
So here are the 13 things thatthis post shared, and I think

(21:37):
it's just a really good reminderfor a lot of us because we have
become very comfortable withsharing our thoughts with LLMs
and ais.
Number one, pretty obvious, butsocial security numbers, credit
cards and banking info Numbertwo, home address, phone

(21:59):
numbers, number three, passwords, pins, security codes.
Four.
Medical records prescriptions,five.
Legal troubles or court cases?
Six.
Private family or relationshipissues?
Seven.
Work secrets or trade secrets?

(22:21):
Eight.
Client or employer?
Confidential data.
Nine academic assignmentrequests.
10.
Illegal activity instructions.
11.
Others personal information.
12.
Requests to impersonate people.
13.

(22:42):
Which sums up everything aboveit anything you wouldn't post
publicly.
This actually got me thinking ofevery conversation I had had
with Chad GBT at this point.
And I jumped in and added thislist in there and I said, have I
ever shared any of thisinformation with you?

(23:02):
And good thing I was in theclear.
So just a really helpfulreminder.
Be really careful and vigilantredact data where you need to.
And just be mindful that anyinformation you share with AI
can use against you in court.
Plain and simple.

(23:24):
Well, that closes off this soloepisode.
I hope you found this to bereally beneficial.
Every time I come acrosssomething that I think would
really help you all, I put it inmy notes for my next episode.
I've already written down we'regonna cover AI agents and my use
cases in the next one in thecoming weeks.
We touched on the next coupleepisodes as mentioned, we'll

(23:46):
have Dr.
Kihm next week talking about theenvironmental impact of AI and
solutions he has in place.
And following that, we'll alsoget the opportunity to meet the
founders of the collective.
You hear me talk about themevery episode i've interviewed
each of the co-foundersindividually about their

(24:09):
personal and professional livesbecause the collective isn't
their only business.
It's a technology company and AIcommunity.
That I personally partner withand a member of.
But they have a lot of otherbusinesses and have scaled and
exited businesses that arereally impressive.
So within this episode about thecollective airing in the next

(24:34):
couple weeks, we'll really getinto the nitty gritty of their
process of why they created thiscommunity and technology
solutions and the future of AITools and how they're helping
high level developers andbusinesses get real results with
their product called AIEnhancement as consultants,

(24:55):
which I have actually trainedunder them and am a licensed AI
enhancement consultant.
So.
Buckle up.
The AI wave isn't slowing downand neither are we.
And I'm so excited for thecoming episodes.
As always, reach out to me withany feedback.
I'd love to hear it.
