Hi everyone.
Welcome back to How I AI.
I'm your host, Brooke Gramer.
Today's solo episode I'm goingto run through a few newsletters
I've read up on that found veryinteresting and of note to share
a couple app releases I've beenexploring with AI tools and
technology.

(01:51):
I'm gonna share a bit on the2025 Global Wellness Institute's
latest Micro Trends report andwhat they had to say about ai,
how I've been playing with 11labs.
And what I'm most excited aboutto share today is my new custom
GPT I created specifically forthis podcast called the How I AI

(02:13):
Podcast Companion.
Think of it as a personal guidethat helps you instantly find
the right guest story, keytakeaway and my resource library
of key findings and reports thathave been publicly published in
the past year, such as the WhiteHouse AI Action Plan, the World

(02:34):
Economic Forum Jobs Report, openAI's Leadership in AI Playbook.
This is going to be an amazingcompanion to the podcast
because.
I am sharing information everyweek and having phenomenal guest
conversations.
Maybe you're just discovering mypodcast now.

(02:55):
We have 26 episodes to date, andall of those transcripts are
gonna be added there to yourdisposal to be able to interact
and asked questions with.
Beyond talking about myexperience creating a custom
GPT, we're also going to dive inhow you can use it for your
business as a funnel.

(03:16):
Alright, let's dive into today'ssolo episode of How I AI.
We're gonna kick it off with the2025 Global Wellness Institute
Micro Trends Report.
The five key trends that theymentioned happening in AI are AI
and mental health, AI andhealthcare and medicine, AI and

(03:38):
fitness and wellness tech, AIand social wellbeing.
And AI and workplace wellbeing,Kicking it off with key micro
trends in AI and mental health.
They share on the rise of 24 7chat bots and virtual companions
that are filling the gaps incounseling access.

(03:59):
The number one use case for AIright now in LLMs is therapy.
They touch on apps like Clare&meand LimbicCare.
They talk about the benefits andthe risks.
I'm going to link this report inthe show notes so you can go
through it extensively.
Jumping into number two is AI inhealthcare and medicine.

(04:23):
You may or may not haveremembered my episode with Dr.
Akash.
Definitely go back to it.
It wasn't that long ago, probably four or five episodes
ago, and within this key microtrend, they talk about how
generative AI is accelerating AIassisted screenings.
They're able to detect diseaseearlier.

(04:44):
It's being used as preventativecare, things like speech
analysis or forecastingAlzheimer's years in advanced..
Number three is AI in fitnessand wellness tech.
This has been a little bit moreprevalent and common in my
personal opinion.
Things like wearables and smartdevices and adaptive AI is

(05:06):
leaning more into coaching, andyou're seeing this technology
integrated into our home gyms.
They speak on apps like WhoopCoach, which is personalized
training in real time, actinglike digital trainers in your
home.
This trend is moving towards AIas a wellness advisor that

(05:27):
evolves with you.
The number four micro trend isAI and social wellbeing.
They touch on companion robotsand AI friends.
They mention Replika and ElliQand how they're reducing
loneliness, especially amongseniors and students.
Number five, micro trend is AIworkplace wellbeing.

(05:51):
They mentioned companions areusing AI to monitor morale,
stress, and engagement.
Early interventions for burnoutand providing personalized
wellness resources.
The goal with using AI in theworkplace is to create
healthier, more productiveteams.

(06:12):
These are early signs of whereAI is moving closer to our
bodies, our wellbeing, and ourdaily habits.
Next up I wanna switch to themusic industry, and some of you
may or may not know I for aperiod of time worked in film
and TV music sync, so I knowquite a bit about music
royalties and all that goes intolicensing music.

(06:37):
And when I was gifted threemonths of 11 Labs Pro to check
out their new music creationtool, I was really excited my
goal was to create trailer musicand commercial music that I
could use for my YouTube, thatwas purely generated by me where

(06:57):
I don't have to pay any royaltyfees.
You can think about how muchthis could really support you as
a creator on a budget.
So within the tool, you'll seethat 11 Labs offers an AI
powered music generated platformwith features like high quality
audio output, customizablelyrics, and modular song
editing, which allows users tofine tune compositions.

(07:23):
Challenges I found were a littlelimited user interface.
I know it just launched.
And, a little bit slowerprocessing fees and limited
flexibility when it comes tosong structure.
I felt that it hindered mycreative freedom and I was
making a lot of similar songs.

(07:45):
I haven't made a trailer track Ireally love quite yet but I'm
gonna give it another couplemonths.
I used my credits already forthe first month attempting to
make some trailer music, but Ithink I got some good tracks to
use, at least for commercialmusic.
I found it to be really easy touse.
So I'll link that out in theshow notes if you want to give

(08:06):
that app a try and let me knowwhat you think and if you have
the same experience.
So that's a tool in my currentcreative workflow.
Let's zoom back into a biggerconversation about how we're all
trying to manage tool fatigue.
Okay.
I recently went to an AI eventhere in Miami and this woman

(08:27):
from the UK was visiting andspeaking.
Her name was Cien Solon and shehas an app called Launch
Lemonade App.
And Launch Lemonade is all abouthelping non-tech small business
owners launch and run AI agents.
I really credit her for thisnewsletter.

(08:48):
I am going to read from it a bitwhere it just talks about how
we're all experiencing

Brooke (2) (08:53):
this clutter and how

Brooke (08:56):
using AI ineffectively can really multiply our work
rather than scale it back.
She says The smartest teamsaren't stacking every shiny app.
They're choosing one clearsystem as their base.
They're letting everything elseorbit around it because when our
AI tools fight for attention, nobody wins.

(09:17):
When they work in sync, thewhole team gets its time back.
She puts together a little threestep process, and step one is

pick a home base (09:26):
choose one central place where all work
begins and ends.
This matters because everyone isaligned and reduces tool
hopping.
Step two is assign jobs, nooverlaps.
Give each tool or agent oneclear role.
This eliminates confusion andduplicate effort across the

(09:48):
team.
And step three is run regularprune sessions.
This is where you review yourstack quarterly and cut what's
not helping.
This is gonna keep your systemlean, efficient, and easy to
manage.
Cien says the real flex in AI ishaving a clean system.

(10:11):
Your team doesn't need to juggledashboards or memorize another
password.
They need to set up that fadesinto the background, letting
them focus on the work thatactually matters.
Alright, now I wanna switchgears into something I mentioned
I'm personally fired up about, and this is the new How I AI

(10:32):
Podcast Companion GPT.
My GPT is a personal guide thatis really gonna surface the
right guest key takeaway orresource instantly for you.
This really matters becausemaybe you just discovered my
podcast and we're 26 episodes innow, which is incredible.
Maybe you want immediatefeedback on which episode is

(10:52):
best for you and what you arespecifically moving through,
depending on your industry.
Your key goals or objectives andso you'll be able to jump into
my custom GPT and ask a questionlike, Hey, I'm just getting
started with ai, I work in thecreative industry.
And it'll guide you directly tothe episode to listen to.

(11:16):
It'll give you a couple quotes.
I even added a bunch of thepublic facing reports I've been
covering on my solo episodesmonthly these are additional
little nuggets I dropped in thatthey'll be able to cite and
resource back to you.
Beyond speaking to my custom GPTand why it's amazing, let's
scale back and talk about whyyou should make a custom GPT and

(11:39):
how it can be relevant to yourindustry.
I've seen this as such a greatlead gen funnel, a really cool
demo to use during livepresentations, and a really easy
way to add and credit yourselfas an AI adopter.
One frequent use I've seen forcustom GPTs are to bring your

(12:01):
client through a workflow whereit's step one, step two, step
three, step four, and you'rebringing them through a process
of A to Z through your customGPT.
Say you have your top three painpoints for your typical customer
or client.
And this can be low hangingfruit.
Things that are really justgonna show that you know how to

(12:22):
support them and ultimately aregonna lead them toward your more
higher ticket products.
Or to book one-on-one time withyou directly.
So you can have them askquestions and it brings them
through the process and flowwhere they make a small win, and
then towards the end they'reguided and funneled to book a

(12:44):
call with you directly.
Visit your resource library, goto your course listings, or go
to your YouTube videos and spendmore time learning about your
offers.
They're very easy to create, andthis is one of the first things
I teach my clients how to do.
Um, and One of the unique waysthey can use them is replacing

(13:07):
the FAQ tab on your website.
Think of it like an AI chat bot.
And this is just the startbecause the way we connect
people to content is changingfast.
One last thing I'll say aboutcustom GPTs.
If you list yours in the publicGPT store, it's basically like
creating an extra funnel foryour business.

(13:28):
You can connect your website, your socials, and suddenly
people who'd never find youotherwise can stumble across
what you're building.
If you're a plus or pro user andhaven't explored the GPT store
yet, I really recommend checkingit out.
And if you're curious aboutgetting started with custom GPTs
of your own and wanna book sometime with me, I'll drop that

(13:51):
link in the show notes for aone-on-one.
Coming up on how I ai, I've gotsuch an exciting lineup of
guests coming your way.
You'll hear more from creatives, from founders, solving problems
in real time, and from voicesshaping where AI is headed.
One story I am especiallyexcited to share is from a Vibe

(14:14):
Code Tech founder.
And she happens to also be amother.
She used an app called Bolt, youmay have heard of it, to create
a solution for baby allergens, and her product is called Map
Mind Milk.
She's already finding tractionwithin other mothers, and it's a
really powerful example ofbuilding with purpose and how

(14:36):
anybody, no matter what yourbackground, can lean into these
empowering AI solutions.
I've also got a guest coming upstraight out of DC who's deep in
the world of policy andpolitical communications.
We're gonna unpack some reallyjuicy stuff with her about
governance, i'll also be talkingto specialists within AI

(14:56):
assisted search, SEO rankings, and how we should all be
thinking about visibility anddiscovery in this next phase of
the digital landscape, androunding things out, I have a
guest from the UK who spent over40 years in IT and developed
frameworks and AI archetypeswhich can help you see where you
are in your own journey, whereyou're stuck with your AI

(15:20):
adoption, and how to moveforward with more flow, grace,
and ease.
So thank you for tuning intothis solo episode.
If you enjoyed it, please rate, review and share it with someone
who could benefit.
It helps the show grow and reachmore people.
And don't forget the How I AIpodcast Companion GPT is free to

(15:41):

It's linked in the show notesand it's a great place to start
exploring the How I AI podcast.
