Leisa Reed (00:01):
Hey, besties. My name's Leisa.

Tamara Kindred (00:03):
And my name's Tamara, and we're BFFs.

Leisa Reed (00:06):
Tamara and I met when we were about 12 years old
growing up in good oldFairbanks, Alaska.

Tamara Kindred (00:11):
And we've been best friends forever since.

Leisa Reed (00:13):
That's right. And that's why we've decided to have
some fun, friendly conversationswith
the bestest of best friends.

Tamara Kindred (00:18):
We'll talk about how we became best friends, our
experiences together, and haveother best friends on the show
to share how they met. Whoknows? You never

Leisa Reed (00:27):
know when you'll meet your next BFF.

Tamara Kindred (00:30):
Now let's get into it, how I met my BFF.

Leisa Reed (00:34):
Welcome to another episode of how I met my BFF. Hi,
Tamara.

Tamara Kindred (00:39):
Hey, Lisa. How's it going?

Leisa Reed (00:41):
It is good. I'm already in my red. I've got my
red nail polish, red lipstick, red shirt, and you might even
see that if you catch some ofthe video we might even release
some videos of this episode, butwe'll see. We'll see. To be
determined.
Do you have anything going on inyour world that you wanna share?

Tamara Kindred (01:03):
Well, I guess the big thing coming up this
week is, excuse me, is we thegrapes are about two weeks ahead
at the vineyard due to thelovely weather that we've had
this summer so far. So, we aregetting ready to harvest.

Leisa Reed (01:22):
Wow. So is that

Tamara Kindred (01:24):
bit? Yeah. It is early, but we also started
early. So the season's beenlong. It's just kind of been a
different summer due to theweather that we've had.
So that's exciting, but verybusy.

Leisa Reed (01:38):
What's your favorite part? Do you is harvest your
favorite, or pruning is yourfavorite? Or are they the same?
Because I really don't know.

Tamara Kindred (01:47):
Well, pruning is very hard.

Leisa Reed (01:50):
Okay. Well, I don't

Tamara Kindred (01:51):
know. Very hard it's, like, harder than just
picking harvesting grapes, butit's also very rewarding because
you know what you're pruneyou're, you know, pruning to get
grapes. So I don't know. It'sall it's all relative, I guess,
and harvesting is very fun, andwe bring the community. The

(02:12):
community comes and literallypicks all of our grapes for
free.
I mean, we feed them and we givethem beverages, but, there's not
many vineyards in the nation, Ibelieve, that literally gets
their grapes picked by communitymembers and for free.

Leisa Reed (02:30):
Thank you, Missoula and surrounding communities.

Tamara Kindred (02:33):
Yeah. Yeah. This will be my twenty first harvest.

Leisa Reed (02:36):
So Oh my gosh.

Tamara Kindred (02:37):
You guys just been busy with that and trying
to get everything together. Andthen, of course, September, just
with weddings and other events,it's our busiest month so far.
So just And

Leisa Reed (02:49):
for those wondering, for our besties listening, it's
Ten Spoon Winery. Right?

Tamara Kindred (02:53):
Yes. Correct.

Leisa Reed (02:55):
In Missoula, Montana. Beautiful.

Leah Harrington (02:58):
Yes.

Leisa Reed (02:58):
Well, I have a

Leah Harrington (02:59):
couple

Leisa Reed (02:59):
professional updates that it's it's there must be
something in the air because Ithink our besties know I'm a
member of eWomen Network here atspecifically here in Orange
County. It's a global network, but I'm in the chapter in Orange
County, California. And I'll bespeaking at the Las Vegas
chapter in October. I'll bespeaking at Calabasas in

(03:24):
November, which, one of ourguests is near that area, so
we'll talk about that. And thenI'm going to be speaking at
Orange County in January andthen Santa Barbara in February.
So it is like an e womenescapade that I will be on, in
the Western Region. So I'mpretty excited about that. Back

(03:45):
to in person officially. And,I'll be sharing a new talk that
has yet to be heard by anybody, and it's called public speaking
secrets for business ownersbecause you didn't start a
business to chase clients. Andso, that's kind of exciting.
I've been putting it together, and it's funny. Even though I've

(04:08):
spoken hundreds of times andgiven hundreds of talks and
changed my talks, each time I doa new talk, I feel that
nervousness come back. And Ifeel like, okay. I gotta get it
the right way. And so I I havethe same trepidations that a new
speaker would have even thoughI've done this a million times.
So

Leah Harrington (04:26):
I'm sure you're gonna be great. Aw. Thank you.
Mhmm.

Leisa Reed (04:29):
I will envision that. I will I will receive that
and make it so. I speaking ofspeaking, one of our members,
one of the members of theInternational Speaker Network,
which is a community that Ihave, which I don't usually talk
about on our show today, but oron our show. But one of the
members of our community is oneof our guests, and she's brought

(04:51):
her best friend. So I wannawelcome Rebecca and Leah to the
show.
Hello.

Rebecca Randolph (04:56):
Hello. Hello. Thank you.

Leah Harrington (05:00):
Hi. Happy to be here. Yeah.

Leisa Reed (05:02):
Yay. I'm so excited to meet you, Leah. Rebecca talks
fondly of you. Mhmm. So,Rebecca, would you share how you
met Leah for the first time?

Rebecca Randolph (05:15):
Yes. And there's a little tiny bit of a
backstory because actually thefirst time I met Leah was just
through an email with her emailaddress, but we had to circle
back and realize that that washer, and then we met. We
actually met on a Zoom meeting,or it was a it was like a
nonduality spiritual group thatwe both attended. And I just

(05:36):
happened to pop into themeeting, And Leah that was there
popped in. I was going throughsome really rough, rough patches
in life.
And Leah just sat with me,talked to me, and I thought this
woman is, like, the most amazingcoach or healer I've ever
experienced. Was like, wow. Thisis I'm like, wow. She took the

(05:58):
time to just be there with me.And then it just continued.
She was just such a huge massivesupport for me. And then our
friendship this was, like, ayear and a half ago, maybe two
years ago. It evolved. We stayedin touch. And the first time in
person, I can't even remember.
She lives in Westlake. I wasdriving through. And I said,

(06:20):
well, hey. Why don't we meet up?And and I ended up spending the
night at her house.
Her boyfriend, like, allowed meto be there, and it was, like,
just the most precious thing. And we're just little soul mate
sisters, and now we dochanneling work together and
healing work. It's it's justkinda wild. The universe brought

(06:40):
us together somehow in a wildway, very wild way. And it just
keeps getting better.
You know? Keeps getting better.

Leah Harrington (06:50):
Beautiful.

Rebecca Randolph (06:51):
It's just you know, it's it's ineffable. I
know we're on a we gotta talkabout it, but sometimes, you
know, it's like that feeling isso powerful when you make those
kinds of connections. Yeah.

Leisa Reed (07:04):
Oh, love that. Leah, what about you? How did it
unfold for you?

Leah Harrington (07:08):
Yeah. Yeah. It did feel, like, very
serendipitous in that waybecause, again, like, we had
both we were following thisnonduality teacher, Angelo
Dilullo, and he would do onlineretreats. And we had both
attended some of his retreats. But then a couple of us started
meeting off on the side andthere were, like, email chains

(07:29):
going around.
So I think she'd seen my emailthere. But eventually, we ended
up, like, on Zoom together. And,yeah, that that was very, like,
an energetic, like, sense of,you know, I like her. I like her
vibe, you know. And weconnected.
And this is, you know, literallypeople from all over the world.

(07:52):
And we get to talking over thisZoom and there's, you know,
maybe five of us. And, yeah, I'min Westlake Village, which is
just outside of Los Angeles, andshe's in Temecula. So we're like
an hour and a half from eachother or whatever. So it's like,
okay.
What are the chances of that? And then, you know, we get to
talking and it's like, ourhistories are just everything.

(08:14):
You know? It's like, okay. Wait.
Me me too. I went through thattoo. So, yeah, it was, you know,
it was easy to hold space. But,you know, for me, things got so
interesting when Rebecca, like, let me practice. So I I started
studying hypnotherapyspecializing in past life

(08:37):
regressions, and Rebecca was, like, letting me figure it all
out.
But, like, right away, hersessions were not like any
others. And to this day, theyare not like any others. You
know, when she goes under, one,her body loves it, and her

(09:00):
higher self will come throughand speak and encourage the
whole thing. Mean, just theytuck her away. Like, her
consciousness gets tucked away.
And I work with her higher self, and it is just like an infinite
exploration and, you know, beings come through and
channelings, all kinds ofpowerful, messages have come

(09:21):
through and stories haveunfolded. So it actually yeah.
It's been quite a magicalexperience.

Leisa Reed (09:28):
Wow. How fun did you in that process, I'll get a
little into the past liferegression process. In that
process, have you explored whereyou have had lives in the past
together?

Leah Harrington (09:41):
That's interesting. We've sort of
touched on that, and you wouldthink that that would be, like,
a huge thing that comes through, but it's more so actually, the
message that we've gotten isthat her and I do not have
karmic connections. And it'slike our souls, even when we try
to ask how many incarnations, this is like what I've been

(10:03):
trained to ask, how manyincarnations has, you know, this
soul been through? And we'll getthe message, like, it's almost
like that doesn't matter. It'salmost like this infinite
number.
Mhmm. And we're not I don'tknow. We get the message that
it's we're not that type ofincarnation and that we're

(10:24):
really great to work togetherbecause we don't have a karmic
history is what they've told us,actually. And so we're and the
way that our energies sort ofcomplement each other, and that
comes through a lot in themessaging that we get, that we
have these complementaryenergies that are great to work

(10:45):
together and, like, createtogether, and that we have this
sort of clean slate to work offof, which is interesting.

Leisa Reed (10:53):
Beautiful. I'm reading this current book right
now, haptic, What is it called?Pocket of happy money. Some
pocket full of happy money, something like that. Anyway,
it's it's akin to the secret, etcetera, but it goes into some
of the quantum physics stuff.
And and in reading a lot of it,and for best of know, like, my

(11:14):
dad, I grew up with my dad as ahypnotherapist who studied past
life regression and wrote bookson it and did thousands of hours
work with that. So, but he, inhis later years, got really,
really deep into quantumphysics. And so I'm reading this
book, and I'm like, gosh. My dadwas telling me this stuff when I
was younger. So I'm I'm so it'sfascinating to hear it again of,

(11:35):
like, you know, everything'smade up of molecules and
nothing's solid.
Like, it I don't know. And so mymind is just really stretchy
right now. Got a very sillyputty mindset. I'm flexible
right now. Very cool.
Yeah. Yeah. It's so fun. So,when when do you feel like the

(12:01):
and, Rebecca, we could go backto you. Like, the best
friendship started to reallycrystallize from like, oh, this
person's so cool.
Oh, this is really interestingto, like, wait a second. This
This is deeper than what Ianticipated.

Rebecca Randolph (12:14):
I think when we started doing the past life
regression work because therewas this just we already
established from the get it wasa flash. Like, the trust was
established from day one, dayzero or whatever. But it was it
was the deep trust and also thefaith within me to open up with

(12:42):
somebody like, it it's reallyhard to explain because our
relationship is is so deep andso dynamic and so infinite. It's
hard to really put a finger, like you were saying, this
fluidity of of when thatspecific moment, I think it was
just like, okay. Here, we'rewe're hugging.
Here we are again. Thank you.You know, and the work that
we're doing, you know, in ourlatest channel, we both are

(13:04):
together as, like, neophytes inEgypt together holding hands,
and they the the messages are, like, you need each other for
this, process to to hold thecontainer. So, I mean, it's it's
on a physical, spiritual,mental, intellectual. Like, it's
hard to to say it was just onespecific moment.

(13:26):
Yeah. It just keeps expanding.Like, the universe keeps
expanding. So we made contact, then it's like, okay. This this
is just continuously evolves andexpands.
And the creative work which Imean, it's just it's it's hard
to put a put a word to that.

Leisa Reed (13:44):
Well, it sounds like it's, you know, that infinite
back to what Leo was saying, like, this infinite
consciousness, this infiniteconnection, things that we can't
maybe put into words necessarilybecause it's beyond the planes
and the linear thinking thatwe're used to Exactly.
Describing things. Right?

Rebecca Randolph (14:02):
So so I

Leisa Reed (14:03):
get what you're saying.

Rebecca Randolph (14:03):
Yeah. And even in the channeling, sometimes it
comes up where it's got reallyslow because it's like
information code, whatever iscoming in so fast, it's
difficult to articulate at thespeed of what things are coming
through.

Leisa Reed (14:16):
Yeah.

Rebecca Randolph (14:18):
Yeah. So there's a lot of integration as
part of it. But yeah. Yeah.Having to get back to planet
Earth, you know, we when we gettogether, we we kinda we can get
back here.
But you know? And I think wehelp each other. It stay
centered and grounded of havingthat kind of space of awareness.

(14:39):
It's like a like a groundingcord for each other. Mhmm.
Yeah.

Tamara Kindred (14:45):
And how long have you been when how long have
you guys known each other? Ididn't get that, I guess.

Leah Harrington (14:51):
I think it's I think it's been about two Yeah.
Years

Rebecca Randolph (14:56):
Like, 2023. I'm thinking, like, I don't I'm
bad with dates. Like, my I amremembering anniversary. But
it's been it was 2023. It's now2025.
So give or take a couple ofyears. But lifetimes, I mean,
how do you quantify anythinglike that?

Leisa Reed (15:16):
Love that. Leah, what would you say you love the
most or some of the bestqualities you see in Rebecca?

Leah Harrington (15:27):
You know, there's really there's so much,
like, warmth there. And it'sthis, like, very I I think of it
as almost, like, archetypal, like, mothering love. You know?
And and you could really like, after we do a session, you know,

(15:47):
because there's all this, like, energy work that's playing out.
And she'll come out of thesession, like, just sort of
radiating her own essence, like, very clear, very, like, solid
within herself and almost, like, slowed down.
And that's, like, when I seeher, like, the true Rebecca,

(16:09):
like, shine the most. And it is.I think it's very, like, you
know, it's soft, loving, andthere's a strength there too
that's almost, like, regal.

Rebecca Randolph (16:21):
And,

Leah Harrington (16:25):
yeah, like, just a super, like, spiritual,
loving, caring, fun person thatis sweet and, like, loves life.

Leisa Reed (16:38):
Oh, that's beautiful. Yeah. Okay, Rebecca.

Leah Harrington (16:44):
Let's dry your tears. Well,

Rebecca Randolph (16:46):
she is like my my rebel self. She she's taught
me how to be strong and how tostand up for myself. Leah knows
how to ride a Harley. Okay? Thisbeautiful, tender, petite woman
has ridden Harley Davidson.
Okay? She is, like, the mostinsanely strong human being. The

(17:09):
amount of baloney Tony she'sbeen through and where she's
come from that is isunbelievable. And the tenderness
that is there, the tend thisthis strength that's like, we're
the yin and the yang. I can besoft and, you know, she's like,
come on, you know, be strong.
And so it's this it's that coweaving. It's this this essence

(17:34):
of just

Leah Harrington (17:37):
like a rock star.

Leisa Reed (17:41):
Beautiful.

Rebecca Randolph (17:42):
He is a rock star.

Leisa Reed (17:45):
You too. Yes. I can see how you were attracted to
each other, your your spiritsand and your talents and your
persons and your souls. And thenyou've mentioned that you are
working on a project together.Do you wanna share a little bit
about what that is?
Leah, do you wanna start off?

Leah Harrington (18:03):
Yeah. Sure. So like I mentioned, I started
working with Rebecca, like, aspractice doing my past life
regressions and kind of goingthrough the script. And it
started off where she just hadthese really, incredible past
life regressions, and they werejust emotionally very powerful.

(18:24):
We did great work in them.
But then it started to developand well, like, essentially,
entities were coming through tospeak with us during the
sessions, And they started toevolve into well, in a lot of

(18:47):
ways, unpacking my own storyand, like, doing my own soul
work through her channeling and, like, working with her higher
self to, like, uncover my soul'shistory. Because, actually, I
have not been able to go underin past life regression. So I
myself have not experienced apast life, but Rebecca's higher

(19:10):
self is able to read, you know,my self blueprint, answer all
sorts of questions, like, helpme work through issues. So it
was part self development. Andthen along with that, you know,
asking questions to her higherself was sort of like an
uncovering of ancient andesoteric mysteries.

(19:33):
You know, I I'm like, I have theitch for, like, what is reality?
What is the nature of theuniverse? And so I'll act and
and her higher self will answer. Not only that, but she can bring
in I mean, the most incrediblechannelings. Rebecca's, like,
built for this work.
And and she could, you know, just call in anything really and

(19:56):
work through, and it's just it'sincredible. But, also, like she
mentioned, this little it'salmost like a story within a
story has started to unfold. Andwe're gathering those recordings
and editing them now. We'restill in the process of that.
But, you know, we I dropped herinto, we're doing a session,

(20:21):
dropped her into the spiritrealm, really, and was bringing
her into the Akashic record whenthis, like, many stories started
to unfold within it where shestarted describing, okay.
They're asking for me to bringyour, like, higher self in now.
I need your permission. And thenwhen I gave permission, she

(20:45):
started explaining that she wasseeing a vision of the two of us
appearing as, like, littleneophytes. And then you follow
us through this journey. Shereally starts describing us, you
know, falling through portalsand, you know, putting our hands
on pyramids and things dissolve.
You know, it's just a a wholeall these scenes play out that

(21:08):
are sort of epic tales. So

Leisa Reed (21:11):
Wow. I love it.

Rebecca Randolph (21:14):
It's amaze well, and and we're is it okay
to talk about Soluna, Leah?

Leisa Reed (21:19):
Yeah. Oh, sorry.

Leah Harrington (21:21):
So this all no. This all

Rebecca Randolph (21:24):
we we it all came together and we've created
we're in the stages of we have aPatreon, and it's called Soluna,
s o u l u n a. And it's it'sgoing to be a collection of our
channeling, and eventually, wewill be doing sessions and
groups, things like that to toput the work out there because

(21:46):
that really is right now. Themessage is just where we are in
our in our state of evolution. Imean, we've gone down to
Atlantis, Lemuria, like gettingrid of these root race. And this
the the funny thing is is Ididn't know any of this in in
the history of whatever.
And so we did a session and Iwas we were in the Pantheon and
we go down to Atlantis. And andand my Google, like, what's the

(22:08):
connection with the Emeraldtablet? Like, all these things.
And it was like, woah. We're allthis is something that's going
on.
And so we we're gonna becollecting that into Soluna, and
that will evolve into oh, I hitmy I hit my camera into much
more things, retreats, andthings like that that we wanna

(22:28):
do.

Leisa Reed (22:28):
Love that. And so I think we have the link to your
Patreon. Is that active rightnow?

Rebecca Randolph (22:34):
Is. There's it is. And we'll be adding some
more things on there, andthere's a YouTube channel. And,
you know, Lee is doing someamazing meditation stuff too.
There's just it it's it'ssnowballing big time right now.
We're avalanching, really. It'sit's pretty phenomenal. Yeah.

Leisa Reed (22:54):
Okay. So we'll go so go to Patreon and find souluna,
s o u l u n a. So just one justone l. Beautiful.

Rebecca Randolph (23:04):
I think it's, like, city or something too, but
there'll be links, I'm sure, inthe Okay. Or whatever.

Leisa Reed (23:10):
Yeah. Yeah. You had sent me the link, so we'll get
that.

Rebecca Randolph (23:13):
Yeah. Yeah. Cool.

Leisa Reed (23:14):
And then, Tamara, did you wanna chime in? Yeah.

Tamara Kindred (23:17):
Well, I just wanted to ask you guys. I know
that you're both in kind of notin the same location, but after
this podcast, if you weretogether, what would you go and
do? Leah, if you want to start.

Leah Harrington (23:34):
Yeah. Well, right. We're so now Rebecca's in
Northern California. I'm inSouthern California. We do a lot
of our work over Zoom.
If we're we're in person, Imean, I already know. When we do
get together, it's like, youknow, all it's good foods,
treats, like, catching up, notstop talking, and then boom.

(23:58):
Like, we always get into asession. So it's fun. It's,
like, you know, a little bitdifferent to be able to to get
those sessions done in person.
There's, a little more energy tothem. Mhmm. So, yeah, we usually
jump on that opportunity if weget it.

Tamara Kindred (24:14):
Rebecca, is that what you would

Rebecca Randolph (24:17):
Oh, I would take I'm like no. We would go to
the four seasons and have a spaday and, you know, pop champagne
and get our nails done, manipedi, Elle from top to bottom,
everything, and, you know, bepampered like priestesses. We
can do that. We can go to youknow? Yeah.

(24:40):
That's not our home. All the

Leah Harrington (24:43):
Yeah. We haven't done per day yet, but
but it's in the future.

Rebecca Randolph (24:47):
It is.

Leisa Reed (24:48):
That's so beautiful. Well, I'm I'm so excited that
you found each other, and I, youknow, I definitely we've heard
so many different best friendstories, and there's no doubt.
It if you're meant to be bestfriends, you will find each

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
