Dr. Brewster is the Co-Founder of Hats & Ladders, Inc., where he leads business strategy and partnerships. In 2015, Dr. Brewster co-founded Hats & Ladders to reimagine career education for youth ages 14 to 24. Building on twenty years of developing award-winning educational games and interactive experiences, Hats & Ladders created a platform designed to motivate youth to explore, experiment with, and prepare for a wide range of careers.
